♥ It only gives you 8 moves! You need to use striped candies against each other to make it count toward other striped candies. I got it on my 3rd try with 2 moves left.

Have to look at each move carefully with only 8 available.
Very boring level and this video is of no help at all. Two reshuffles automatically setting off the striped candies? How lucky was that! I'm stuck with this one.
