Hints and tips for level 98 Candy Crush Saga
Level 98 is an order level, you have to collect countdown bombs and striped candies to complete the level. Remember that the bombs only count down when you make a move so you can take your time between moves and look for the best way to go. Although you need striped candies I found that the best moves to make at the start is to make two wrapped candies as these can be used to clear some licorice and blockers which will open up the board. Once this is done look for chances to make stripes whenever you get the chance. Switching a stripe with a wrap will get down to the bombs at the bottom of the board. The easiest way to get enough stripes is to switch a colourbomb with a stripe, this will give you lots although this isn't an easy combo to make.

Very straightforward just keep blowing up the bombs then combinations.

What Bill said. Aim to make combos but clearing the bombs takes priority. You don't need to open all the locked candy though of course it helps when you can.
Be aware that even when you get up to the required score, the game will not end, you have to play out every move. Just concentrate on clearing the bombs then.
Easy level.
