Candy Crush Saga Level 213.

Hints and tips showing how to pass level 213 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie

Tips by Adrian Gardner.
Easy, you just need lots of luck ... it's a pig of a level, i was
there for ages ... just work on getting specials and using
them to maximum effect. No "magic" answers I'm afraid, but
try and leave the choc factory "trapped" for as long as
possible and, I know it's obvious, always try and play moves
which will (a) eat the cream and/or (b) destroy jelly!
If possible make vertical striped candy ... and really try and
use that colour bomb (or any you make) with a striped candy
to have max destructive effect. When you do open up the
choc factories, try and clear the jelly near them ASAP so you
can ignore them a bit afterwards (otherwise you lose track of
any jelly left to do)

Extra tips by Cookie

I would totally ignore the colour bomb at the bottom..
I tried this level LOTS of times and never once got the
chance to use the colour bomb to any advantage.
You will just waste moves trying to use it so don't bother.

If the level you play is different from the one here it is because the developers have changed it since I played and I have no control over this. Please let me know on our FB group and I will try to change it.

I loathe this level. At one point I had 69/70 and 1 move left. Instead of spending $1.99 for the hammer which would've ended it? I assumed it just required perseverance like some of the other levels. If I could go back in time...

Anonymous said...

I have FINALLY passed it (I am the anon from Feb 24/10:17 pm). But I cracked and gave in to the 5 extra moves at the end (since I had only one square left and the move had been all lined up when I reached zero remaining moves.. I seriously needed exactly one more move so I gave in). After hundreds of tries I just couldn't face it anymore!
Now at 238..

Anonymous said...

Unfortunately this level is just proof that the makers of the game want you to just spend money on extras. Levels should not be this hard. Too frustrating.

Anonymous said...

This level is killing me. So completely frustrating. I have been playing this level for over 1 month now - with no end in sight...

Anonymous said...

Me too, did the same, and now i am stuck here...

Anonymous said...

I guess the comments have provided my answer, although not the one I was looking for...time to give the game away.

Anonymous said...

So "glad" (?) to see that others are sharing my frustration...been stuck here for about three weeks and it's ticking me off!!! I'll try the two wrapped--I usually go for the wrapped/striped combo but I'll go out of my way to make two wrapped and report back. Ugh!!

Ann said...

I'm about ready to quit. Been here so long that it is getting boring. I was only two jellies away from completition and no more moves,,....Augh!

Anonymous said...

I finished it in a few days and got to 215 on my iPad. Now it won;t let me ask friends for a ticket to move to the next level. Log onto Facebook and it is says I still need to do 213.

Utter shite

redelly said...

I've been stuck on 213 for about 2 weeks and to be honest I've had enough now, I think I may just go find another game, Ive even tried using boosters and I cant beat it

Anonymous said...

Save me from this level...over a month now!!! Ive resorted to passing other peoplez levelz in my family on their fonez n ipadz as opposed to dealing with my own level....grrrr....dwn to 1 jelly to clear several timez!!! I refuse to buy boosters! Havent done insofar but sooooo frustrating!!!

Anonymous said...

Also can confirm, the bottom layer of jelly, or cotton candy, or whatever they call it is not breakable on facebook. It only works on iphone.

If your reading this and have access to both platforms, do not use facebook for this level, it is not doable. You must use Iphone.

Unknown said...

I'm on android and I can break the bottom row of blocks, but have been stuck on this level for about a week, best I've got is 66/70, I think the 2 wrapped candies is going to be my best bet!

Anonymous said...

This level is so hard also it don't matter if u spend the money it screws you every time. Think its time to take candy crush off my android. Sick of this level

Anonymous said...

I feel for all of you! i have been playing for two weeks!! I can't get passed it for the life of me. I decided today im done!! Just like learning you can't make something that puts people past their frustration level or POOF your game goes to crap!!

Anonymous said...

I just passed the level! It takes quite a bit of luck and perseverance(:

michie chee said...

I replay and passed it the 1st time I play.. I use android phone. Luck :)

Anonymous said...

Luck is really all it takes, like most any other beast level. If you've gotten this far, you get the mechanics of the game enough to know the basics: make bombs, combine them when you can & in places that remove the most jelly/cream. It took me just over a week & I even started replaying earlier levels just for a change of pace... I was pretty sure I'd stop playing because of this level (especially after looking online for help & discovering all of these comments), but then I got the board I needed. I used no boosters.
Oh... the only thing I didn't see mentioned that could be a tiny help is that there is no jelly under the cream blocks that surround the covered color bomb... I didn't notice that for a bit. It doesn't really matter, but might save you some moves trying to clear them.
& yes, keep the chocolate from spawning until you have no better options.

Anonymous said...

Funny seeing so many of the same comments (been stuck forever, gonna find a new game, FREE game is crap) as in other level threads. Hilarious.

Anonymous said...

I just hate this level....phew! have been down to 69/70 so many times..but looks like I will be on this level forever :(

Rory Minelor said...

I'd be happy if there was a way to pay for a skip...but knowing these developers, it'd cost 20 bucks. lol

I win!
Lots of specials candys!
Dont give up...

Unknown said...

I could cry its so frustrating and even if you brought the boosters it still wouldn't work,I have a lot of patience but its wearing pretty thin thought 208 was bad this is bloody awful

Unknown said...

Yehhh I did it don't you lot dare give up you have not come this far to quit hang in there if its one thing this game is teaching me its bloody patience

Anonymous said...

It's frustrating to me that one of my favourite games has been ruined by their greed. I too have been stuck for far too long on 213. I hardly ever play anymore. If they had just made this game a little less frustratingly difficult, and stopped trying to use that as a way to force me to spend money, I would have gladly paid as much as $5 for the game. I think they would have made more money in the long run if they had just made the game more user friendly!

Anonymous said...

Uh oh, well I do not have an iphone. If this is true, I guess I should quit now?? :( Has ANYone gotten through this level on Facebook??

Anonymous said...

Should I even try to get through this level, or is it true that you cannot possibly get through it on Facebook?

Anonymous said...

Bottom layer breaks fine for me on fb - still haven't finished the level but the cream/jelly does break

Anonymous said...

Stuck for about a week now. Still waiting to be dealt a decent board of candies to get through this. I no longer look forward to playing. Level 213 sucks.

Anonymous said...

Answering my own question, I got through on Facebook and no boosters. Just use as many stripes and bombs and wraps as you can, eventually you get lucky combos. To me this was NOT one of the worst ones.... I spent weeks on some of the other levels! Good luck all.... but it IS do-able!

Anonymous said...

Thanks.... I got through today without boosters, and it does work fine on Facebook!! :) Good luck!!

Unknown said...

Ok, I did win it the first try. It just flowed. I have had this before where a hard level, first time, you get very close, like 1 jelly left. Then you say, wasn't that hard. 67 lives later you wish you bought the lollipop. I had 3 moves, 1 jelly left located next to the Choco factory. It was ready to release. We all kmow it will cover your jelly. Not sure if the lollipop works on chocolate. I used a lollipop. Call me chicken, call me non-purist, but, after reading people get stuck, didn't want to spend weeks on it. In some ways, the game didn't make me use the lollipop, it was reading comments. But, I always appreciate the tips. Honestly, first try, got it. Lucky for sure. Don't think I didn't get hung up on other levels. Candy On!! Dean

Anonymous said...

i'm also stuck at this level for 2 weeks of trying!!! GRRRRR...

Jen said...

Would never pay! To me that's the equivalent of cheating....Im just starting this one, but love a challenge...isn't that why we are all playing this game? Makes me laugh when people put "I'm giving this up" cos of this level and that level...If it was simple, we'd have ran out of levels by now...Enjoy!! :)

Anonymous said...

Agree Jen!! This was a difficult level. Getting two bombs together, twice, helped a whole lot!! Pay attention to where stripped candies are before letting them explode or they could be wasted. PS

Jen said...

Thanks for the tips Anon, Day 2 so far...nearest I've got is 68/70, so hopefully wont be long, but if it is....I may change my mind!! haha

Jen said...

69/70 :(

Jen said...

Yayyyy did this one last night. Must admit was a bit worried as so many had warned me it was a stinker, but didn't take as long as some. Being lucky with the bombs etc helped...I concentrated on getting as many speckled candy and stripes together, or even just getting lots of stripes helped loads, and concentrating on knocking off the bottom blocks as the top ones kinda look after themselves. Obviously try to avoid those bottom corners when the chocolate starts as you spend all your time fighting them. Best of luck everyone!

Anonymous said...

Well,at least I have one small consolation.....I'm not the only one. That makes me feel the tiniest bit better. This is simply maddening! I don't want to quit CC,but I've looked for other FB games that I could really get into, and no other game I've tried makes me want to go back and play and make it "my game". Candy Crush is "my game",and I'd hate to quit forever, but seeing as how a lot of it is luck,I just keep playing over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again. Now I'm just so tired and bored of it. ARG!

Anonymous said...

Love the fighting spirit. Have just arrived at level 2013 and discovered fairly quickly that it's one of *those* levels. Had a bad time at 208. Fully expecting to he here for a while. But that's what the games about. It's a great free game. No-one's forcing you to buy extras. It *can* all be done without spending a penny and with a lot of patience and a hefty slice of luck every now and then.

Help I was on level 39 I believe and then I just went to play and it brought me to level one again, What happened?

Unknown said...

This level is driving me crazy. I tried all the tricks and have been on it for a month now. Ready to give up.

Lynn said...

I had been on this level forever, but after reading these comments and tips, I was able to beat it on the second try. Yay! Here's what worked for me:
(1). There is NO JELLY under the under the chocolate covered candy surrounds the candy bomb, or under the candy bomb itself. Don't waste moves on these guys.
(2). When you open up a chocolate factory, try to get rid of all the jelly in that corner before moving on. That way you can just ignore the oozing chocolate.
(3). Wrapped candies seem to work best

Anonymous said...

Iv been stuck on this lev for 3 months its really gotten me to think about deleting the game really sad

Unknown said...

When I finished the level on my phone, I had 4 moves left and over 300k points. Just focus and think hard, the level is not as hard as you think...unless you open up the chocolate and it starts screwing you over.

P.S. I was only stuck on this level for 2 days..

Anonymous said...

Yep. I had 69/70 with no hammers or facebook credits and I got there when I swiped the wrong combination on my mobile phone.

Anonymous said...

Well it took me a frustrating day of many attempts, but just did it easily with 9 moves to spare and no bonuses. You have to work hard to make balls - it won't do it for you and then combine them with stripes. I think I had to do this 3 times in the end, so there was a bit of luck involved, but actually much more strategy than luck if you play it right.

Anonymous said...

Honestly I thought other levels were impossble until I got to this one; I accumlated 5 or so lollipop hammers and I waited until I got just that many pieces of jelly and then used them; I had accumulated them playing papa pear saga and something else; I just got sick of getting down to 1 piece of jelly only to play god knows how many times to get back to 1 piece of jelly left...such an awful level!!!!!

maebee said...

How do you accumulate 5 lollopop hammers? I thought you had to pay for them. Level 213 is a right pain. I'm about to delete the game.

Anonymous said...

10 days later, hate hate hate this level!!!! Cannot get enough spotted balls or combos that will clear things for the life of me. Am ready to chuck it!!!

Anonymous said...

I am almost done with CC because of this blasted level. 11 days and no good.just seem to chase the candies around and get the odd good strike but that is it :( Please please help!!!! I give it one more day and if I cannot crack it, I am finished with CC.

Anonymous said...

This level is crazy, I quit here a month ago after playing 45 days. Today I tried again but failed. And Finally I quit n blocked candy crush. Hope you guys will start some creative work than hanging with this crazy shit.

Anonymous said...

Day 13 and I finally passed with one move to go. I do not know how, just a lot of blurry luck after soooo many attempts I think.
I am off to have a glass of wine to celebrate!!

Anonymous said...

Two weeks I was trapped on this bullshit level with no hope in site. The first few tries, I was able to destroy between 60 to 65 of the jellies and it made me think, "Oh, this won't be too hard." Don't fool yourself. Yesterday, after some well placed combos and 23 moves left, I destroyed what I thought was the final jelly. I waited for it to say "Sugar Crush!" but nothing happened. What?! Where's the remaining jelly?! And there it was in the top right corner. A sole yellow candy encased in jelly, surrounded by blues and purples, no other yellows in site. Damnit! I attempted everything I could to kill it. My moves continued to dwindle down to zero. with 5 moves left, I set off a chain reaction that caused two color bombs to land side by side. An evil grin came across my face as I shouted, "Burn in hell, evil devil candy!"

Anonymous said...

Get as many of the solid wrapped candy combos they make big explosions and you get double blow ups im still stuvk here after a month but this has helped

Anonymous said...

I've matched TWO color bombs, I've matched TWO wrapped candies and still haven't beat this level. It's just matter of luck apparently.

Anonymous said...

♥ (that was me above) After 15+ more tries, I finally got it!! Nothing special really. No boosters. Color ball + Striped like usual but for some reason, it hit the right spots this time and cleared most then I finished it up with 2 moves left. What a miracle! 1 star. I don't care! I'm outta there!!

Anonymous said...

♥ I agree with you! Same here! Nothing special either. Stoke of luck will only let us pass!

Anonymous said...

The trick to this level is blowing up everything! Start off making as many stripe and wrap candy as you can. When you get a color bomb, don't try saving it to hit a stripe, or you'll run out of moves. Use it right off on whatever you can, and WATCH....you'll begin to see chances of making 5 in a row a lot. USE THEM right away!!! It's the key to pass this level. This is definitely a tough level.

Anonymous said...

I hate this level, been stuck for a very long time...feel like giving up...arrggghhh!!!

cs_amg2002 said...

I bought boosters for the first time to complete this level :P

Anonymous said...

I have been stuck on this level for 2 months now!!!! I'm about ready to delete this game. Its impossible to beat!!!!!!!!!! :(

Sarah said...

Hi everyone, I had been stuck on this level - 213 - for days and was seriously ready to stop playing. I then read that the creams covered in chocolate have no jellies underneath them. I thought they did! Then I played by focusing on the sides and I completed it the first time!!! And I even managed to get all the creams and everything cleared! So, my advice is to focus on the sides, delete the chocolates as soon as they start. Completely ignore the speckle in the middle and the creams with chocolate on them. Swap two packets together low down, swap speckles with stripes - after bringing lots of the colour that is striped on to the board, swap packets with stripes to the sides. Ignore all high-up jellies until the end, because they tend to go anyway naturally. You may have the odd high-up jellie left over though - so be careful you don't miss any! Good luck. :)

Sarah said...

Please read my comment!

Anonymous said...

I beat this bad boy but it was the worst... took about 3 weeks.

Double wrapped and then about 4 color bombs. Luck? yes. Skill? yes too.

Keep the faith. The only way to fail is not to play.

Anonymous said...

Why did the moves drop from 50 to 40? I have been stuck forever!!!!!

Anonymous said...

Finally cleared after learning from this site that there's no jelly underneath the creams with choc!! I wasted so many rounds trying to clear everything. Anyway good luck this is a damn tough level.

Anonymous said...

Yes it took me 4 tries after reading this and now have moved on, thank you

Anonymous said...

Candy crush saga isnt a funny game anymore. Its just this damn level again and again!

Leslie said...

I hit this level and read all the tips and looked at the video. I am playing on a laptop. I agree with all the tips. #1 LUCK! Choc. Balls mixed with stripes/wrapped or any other combos. Stay away from the Choc Factory. That means doing whatever you can within the center, or if you can get a striped candy shooting down and clearing the jelly near the factory. Remember 2 striped candies regardless of direction mixed together will go in both directions. I am still bewildered that I got 3 stars first time playing this level. I think I will now buy some lottery tickets!!!

Anonymous said...

Hmmmm, I got it out after about 20 lives, was always achievable...2 choc balls on the bottom towards there end was magic. But with 20 moves left clearing the top left became scary with 5 moves left i just managed to clear it....reading these hints helped and definitely working the sides is the key!! good luck gamers

Alex said...

This level is hard, like many other levels you guys have beat to get here. I've never been stuck on any level more than 2-3 days, can't believe some people played this level for a month lol. You don't need any boosters to beat this just perseverance and luck. If the game was too easy you guys would probably whine about that too smh.

Paul H said...

Been stuck since march on this level. Really spoilt my enjoyment of the game, so now I hardly ever play it.

Anonymous said...

You know, hearing how people are fed up and quitting is not help. It's whining.

Please post only if you can help people get to the next level.

Anonymous said...

Hey guys,

For people who are stuck at this level I just say don't give up.

I got stuck for around 3 days and I passed with a truckload of luck by having easy combos including a magic mix of 2 wrapped candies, not releasing the choc factory until the very end and just 2 moves left.

The good news is that at least the next 20 or so levels are a walk in the park, I think none of them required over 20 tries, and some was first try pass. I just cleared level 245 and I'm waiting for friends to unlock next episode. Also some of these levels that I passed since 213 are well designed and fun to play.

So don't give up!!

Anonymous said...

I am not playing Candy Crush anymore after being stuck for months on this level. I got board so am now playing another game. Shame really as I enjoyed Candy Crush!

Darren Hastings said...

Should I give up now. 2 months wasted on this level

Anonymous said...

I finally beat this level by combining 2 color bombs twice which left just 1 jelly. This was after weeks of trying every hint I read. Used no boosters!!

zjas said...

This level is difficult. The most difficult part is clearing the jellies around the chocolate factories. To pass this level, you need to keep them contained as long as you can. Bring a wrapped candy nearby and blast with another special candy to clear those difficult jellies. After I blasted the board. The board was clean except one jelly in the middle of the right column with only one move left. I studied the board for five minutes and decided to purchase the additional 5 moves. Cleared it with 5 more moves. Like to forget this level. I think that dollar may have just saved me serval days fighting with level.

Stine said...

I completed it the 3rd time I tried. Read here before hand and I just made sure to blast 2 bags together. Special candies came on their own and I had 9 moves left. Got 400.000 something. Ignore the color bomb.

Lynette said...

Uuuugh I'm sooo damn frustrated with this level already!!! Been on it too long!!! Somethings gotta give or ima call it quits for this game all together!!! Damn u level 213 I really hate u!!!!!!

Anonymous said...

I just finished it, using no paid boosters.

The keys are: playing enough levels to both get a "good board" and enough that you become more familiar with what works and doesn't.

Vertical stripes work from anywhere, even the top of the board.

Eliminate the first row or two to open up more combos.

Wrapped candies are the best, even alone.

Wrapped+ striped are good.

The color+stripe was just ok in the beginning of the game, but near the end it is what won me the game. After using it, I had 15 moves to clear 5 jellies. Easy.

I ignore the jelly the first 2/3 of the game and focused on making as many combos as possible. Once I made a wrap or stripe or color, if I couldn't use it effectively, I left it alone. Once I set off about 12 at once - major board clearing.

Keep the chocolate trapped as long as possible because it is too distracting and takes up board space and/or moves.

HAPPY to be finished!

Anonymous said...

I've been on this level for 3 weeks, not enjoying to play anymore. I took my credit card off!!! Spending too much on extra moves!!! It's definitely rigged so you have to pay to pass.......giving up soon :(

Anonymous said...

As I had a hard time to pass level 197 (I must have played that level some 25 times, the biggest amount so far) I began to look into potentially hard levels to come and I came across this thread. I thought this level was actually damn difficult/almost impossible and seeing the comments I got a bit worried for my future in the game. However, I managed to pass it after only 6 games. I might have been lucky, but then again I cleared most of jellies in all the games before completing it. I don't want to look like an arrogant, but it's not THAT hard. I mean, you can't be stuck here for months or have played more than 100 times! So I wonder if you people use any game plan or just make combinations blindly. Come on!

Anonymous said...

They re-designed the level today...
Now I only have 40 moves, but I can make a lot more special candy/combos...
It seems like it has improved imo.

Anonymous said...

That's true! Yesterday when I played and passed this level I had 50 moves but the yellow candies were still there. Now there are no yellow candies anymore! I guess it's a bit easier now, as we can create bombs and combos more easily.

Anonymous said...

This level is so much easier now, I was on it for days way back.. tried it today, and got it at the first try?? What changed??

Anonymous said...

Yay I have finally cleared this rotten level after 3 weeks of torture!

Anonymous said...

Totally cracks me up...lol! I've played this game long enough, 212 levels, to figure out what strategy will complete a level in a couple of try's. I played this level for a couple weeks, finally I looked for tips just in case there was a special trick I just wasn't getting. I came to this blog and read several comments. I found no hidden nuggets of wisdom or secrets. My resolve to press on and hope for that lucky board set-up was renewed. Miracle of miracles, my very next try I was successful with 14 moves left over. LOL! I have played other levels just as difficult and frustrating and my opinion is it's like playing slot machines in Vegas. Luck far outweighs logic. You pull the arm again and again, (sometimes hundreds of times) and eventually you'll hit the jackpot! There's no way I'm gonna let this damn game beat me so I keep going. Winning feels good. Good luck and have a blast.

Anonymous said...

I swear the game does this to you just to spend money....and i refuse to pay...if i dont get out of this level soon...I QUIT...it doesnt mean that much to me

Anonymous said...

Took me 3 attempts and I am pretty poor at this game - I guess it is just down to luck. I just kept making bombs and swapping them with striped candy.

Anonymous said...

Color bomb plus stripe combo was key for me. Took a lot of tries but I finally got 2 of these combos and just stocked the board with a lot of the striped color before firing.

Anonymous said...

Wow I beat it on the first try . Three St
Tars easy guess I'm just lucky

Anonymous said...

Im quitting if i dont get it cleared by .. like one more time. Make it happen

Anonymous said...

This is the one level I cheated on by purchasing extra moves. I only needed one but I had been playing all weekend, time to move on. I should have read the comments on this page first. My strategy was to line up speckled ball and striped candy, eliminate from the board as many other colors than what was on the striped candy so that the board was populated with as many candies of the same color as the striped candy and then mash the speckled ball and striped candy together. Got me a fairly clear board but combos afterwards were hard to come by. Ended up with two candies left in the gel and 3 moves left. Move 1 - make a 5 combo speckled ball. Move 2 - mash speckeled ball with one of remaining colors in gel. Move 3 - make another 5 combo speckled ball. Out of moves, one yellow left in gel and there just happens to be a yellow candy next to the speckled ball. Okay, spend 99 cents to end this misery. It's a fun level though.

Anonymous said...

Some strategy for this level:
1) Keep re-starting the level until you've got a couple of striped/wrapped you can see on the board with one move away

2) At first, forget about the jelly, and forget about the colour bomb at the bottom. Instead focus on clearing as much of the icing as possible, BUT NOT the far left or right columns. The more board you clear, the more combos and special candies you'll get.

3) This is quicker by getting vertical striped candies, so scan the board for these at every move, and fire them off when you get them.

4)Best combos are colour bomb + striped, or wrapped + wrapped. Colour bombs by themselves aren't much use, so leave them in case a combo opportunity crops up.

5) Try to clear nearly all of the icing before releasing the chocolate generators. when you do release them, clear the jelly around them as quickly as possible. This will be much easier if you've cleared the rest of the board.

Good luck!

Richard

Anonymous said...

Thanks! Tried tip of re-loading level until a nice starting board and did it with 3 moves to spare!

Anonymous said...

Played this level on the tablet with no success (fourteen tries), then tried it on Facebook and got it the first time. There was luck involved, but by this time, I was aware that the chocolate generators should be blocked as long as possible. What helped was a sparkly/striped combo early, and then late in the game, two striped/wrapped combos at the bottom of the board, which dealt with the chocolate and the jelly around them. After the second striped/wrapped combo, I had just one jelly to go, and a move was right there to take it out. No boosters or extra moves used on this level. I was close a couple of times playing on the phone, but that was early, and I only would consider boosters after fifteen or twenty tries on a level.

Anonymous said...

Wow I cant believe I did this level first go, with 19 moves left !! Top of my friends leader board woot woot :)
Colour bombs and striped are the way to go

James Greenlee said...

I played this round twice, and then decided to come here to see what the best strategies for it were. Then I went back. . .and completed it on the first try! I was laughing like a loon, after having read that people were stuck here for weeks or a month! I guess I got lucky, but would rather attribute it to "skill."

Anonymous said...

They must have changed it. It took three tries...

Bill. said...

Finally got it with aid of chocolate bombs. Difficult level.

Anonymous said...

After reading all these comments, what was most helpful was remembering that no jelly is underneath the 11 tiles around the color bomb. Also, I kept coming down the middle of the board, using vertical stripes whenever possible. The level IS possible! Don't give up!

Trishka said...

Well I don't know what I did to deserve this after reading everyone's comments I was dreading this level But 2nd time playing it I beat it!! Only got 1 star but who cares. No boosters used. Ended up making 3 coloured bomb + striped candies including using the one down the bottom. Easy peazy!

Taxpayer said...

reading all your comments you had me even hesitating to try this level, because I didn't want to get irritated and staying on level for weeks; but I attempted it, and SUCCEEDED in 3 tries. No special tricks, just strived for color bomb and stripe candies at its side. I still had 8 moves left when almost all of them exploded, was able to get another bomb and striped candy, and they set off and cleared out my bottom row.

Anonymous said...

The wrapped candies seem most useful. Wrapped candy^2 is a near auto-win if you are lucky. They'll clear out the jellies in one go. The colored bomb+striped candy can sometimes get you into trouble if there's no follow up and you wasted a lot of moves to get them.

Alternatively, if playing on laptop, open up a couple dozen pages and try to make a color bomb or wrapped candy+striped candy within 5 moves. Quit and repeat if you can't. :P

Anonymous said...

Its such an easy level. I did it in three chance on the very first day i played.. Just make combos of special candies as much as possible. strip with wrapped, strip with strip, color bomb with strip, color bomb with wrapped candy.. And then it will be over :)

RM said...

Must have been lucky; finished it in under 4 hrs having tried about 12 times. Yes, avoid getting to the chocolate factories till as late as possible, unless you can get a double color bomb combo. Don't give up. If you don't like the start board, keep changing it untill you think one might work.

10 minutes after reading Adrian's advice I got it with a score of 446,000. Cleared as much as I could with verticals and some horizontals, avoiding the choc makers, then matched 2 wrappeds. Then focused on clearing all the jelly around one chocolate maker before clearing the rest of the board. Getting 2 wrappeds was the key but better not to match them too early because once they go off, the choc making is bound to start & it's hard to beat it if it starts too soon.

This is hard. Been down to 1 a lot. Just keep playing as many stripes and combos as possible. Try to play as low as possible to remove the jelly as fast as possible and hopefully drop the ones above. Really need to be aggressive and luck helps.

The first time I played, I had one left. Thought, oh, this is easy. Should've spent 99 cents for 5 more moves. Now cannot even get close!
I'm not giving up...gonna get it if it kills me!!!

I beat this level when it was still "insanely hard". When they made it 5 colors instead of 6 it was rated "medium". Id say its rather easy. Wait untill you get to 714!!

Buyer beware... If you purchase "2 hours of CC play". You are purchasing 2 clocks hours, NOT 2 actual hours of play. The clock on those 2 hours will run whether you are playing or not. If you have any interruptions and shutdown CC, too bad, the clock on your purchase keeps running. Just one more way CC rips you off!
