Candy Crush Saga Level 424

Hints and tips showing how to pass level 424 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
First you need to clear the cakes at the bottom of the board, these will make a start on clearing the blockers and jellies.
Try to make as many colourbombs and other special candies to clear the blockers and jelly.
Work as close to the bottom of the board as you can to create cascades, the cascades will help to clear the blockers and remaining jellies.

If the level you play is different from the one here it is because the developers have changed it since I played and I have no control over this. Please let me know on our FB group and I will try to change it.

You need to clear the two cakes at the bottom quickly, because there are jelly hidden there.

Good fun after some of the levels. Pies cleared early is the key.

I finished the level with no boosters, 2stars and about 10moves to spare.
I think I just got lucky because the board gave me 2 chances to make a color bomb + striped combo!
* Clear 1 pudding cake one at a time. The color bomb + striped combo cleared 1 pudding cake, when the canon went of it cleared 1 layer. When the second canon went of, it cleared the second layer of jellies which us not much.
* Work in the lower part of the board. To maximize cascades. And clear some of the 5-hit and 4-hit blockers.
* If you get the chance to make special candies and combos go on make it.
* after clearing the pudding cake, don't forget to clear jellies under those.
Good luck everyone! - LEI

I almost got it on my third attempt! I cleared the cakes quickly and then cleared the jellies underneath. I worked on the top but ran out of moves with only two jellies to go and I was set up to clear those! I'll keep plugging away. This is definitely more fun than most of the other levels in this episode!

How nice to get a fun level. First attempt, two moves left and a score of 407,500. Have fun everyone. And yes clear the cakes early.

Spotted & stripes combo's are the key. Watch for the jelly hiding under the cakes. Enjoy :)

Ha. Refreshing after 421!! I beat on first try and didn't even see the cakes at the bottom.

Fun level. Got on first try, but would have been happy to try a few more times.

I got this one on about my fifth try. The first try I only had one jelly left. When I did finish it, I didn't realize I had. A tornado hit the last piece of jelly on the last move. The first time those tornadoes have actually been helpful.

Easy level. Beat it first try

You really don't need hints and tips for this. Just go and have a blast, it's a really fun level, for a very pleasant change.

cherylcandycrush here.

Billiex (above) is right.
What a relief this level is, after the hard slog of the previous ones. It's easy to get close, with great scores, even when you don't get through.

Go all out to clear the cakes at the bottom asap, look for combos and you'll get there after a few tries.

have fun.

Thx for the tips. I got it out on my 3rd attempt. I soon realised that to break the cakes you need some horizontal stripes on the bottom rows (or a striped and a wrap which I didn't have)so I focussed on that and the rest was easy.
