Candy Crush Saga Level 499 Tips.
First break the cake, which will unlock the wrapped candies on the left section.
Once the wraps are free DON'T match them where they are, get them into the main part of the board and match them together where they will cause most damage to the cream and jelly.
You don't have many moves to spare, so don't waste them.
Look for specials with every move once the wraps are gone and don't forget the bombs, keep them under control while destroying the cream.
Play slowly and carefully and think about every move so you don't miss any chances to make the best moves.

Great directions! Had to play it a few times, but I thought it was a lot of fun!

Well, it finally happened to me what has happened to others. I passed the level and then the game went to an error and didn't move me on to the last level!! Good thing it was an easier board and not one that you think is impossible to win, or I would be crying right now! lol

why is it that i buy gold and still i dont pass the level . its not good that to pass a heavy level you need to spend about 5 or 7 euros

When more levels uptill 500 will be added in the mobile. It has till 455 levels in the mobile. It's very boring to open the laptop to play further levels. Plss add the levels in mobile also,I will appreciate. I am a big fan of candy crush saga:)

I just passed level 499 with 2 stars then down the pink banner that said error. I refreshed page and i'm back to 499. This is the first time that it happened to me despite having had error page on previous levels. I never lost a level from error page. It's not fair!!

I finally decided to quit trying to break the cake and focused on clearing the blocks. That seemed to get me further. The cake is going to break anyway once you clear more blocks. Had to use a lollipop hammer on the last jelly on my last move...mona

and this finally is a WTF level, before I could figure it out I passed it :D

Argh...2 times this happened to me...1 jelly left with a bomb showing 1 move left. On the next move I cleared the last jelly but because the bomb counted down to 0, game over. Frustrating to get so close...

I beat this level but it said I lost by one candy. I looked and looked the candy was all crushed.

I played it again and after I cleared all the pie slices the hammer didn't come out and clear the board what's up with that?

Anyone else experience either of these ?

Thanks

Very difficult needed extra moves to finish.

After playing this level numerous times with no success got down to one jelly left. Bought a hammer & smashed the final jelly & then it froze. Bad enough to not get the win but angrier that CC took my money & gave me nothing. Fix these glitches please.

i finally got the right board and was able to make chocolate bombs! used a couple of them and then striped with a package close to the bottom and that took care of all the jellies!!

This level comes down to getting a lucky board that allows you to break the cake before any of the wrapped candies on the left. Hopefully, once the cake breaks, the wrapped candies will fall into the right side of the board and not explode right away. This will allow you to move them down just a bit further so they can do the most damage. You really need to be able to clear the cake early though so you have enough moves to finish off everything on the right side.

There are definitely bugs on this level - I got booted out once, and a couple of times the screen froze and did weird things. Never experienced those before.

Anyway - Here's my tips:

1. Ignore the cake if you can and focus on the marshmallow. The sooner you clear the cake the sooner you have bomb problems.

2. Try not to let wraps explode - save your turns for clearing jelly and let them self destruct. Once one goes the rest will go anyway.

3. The bottom row of jelly is hard to clear. See if you can let a horizontal stripe drop down there and let your self destructing wraps set it off.
