Candy Crush Saga level 530

Tips for level 530 Candy Crush Saga
This is a tricky level, but not impossible once you get the hang of it.
If you unfreeze the fish above the chocolate factory a bomb will be released which is very difficult to destroy so leave the fish for now and clear under the chocolate factory.
Allow the chocolate to cover the candies either side, which will create empty squares where the chocolate cannot spread. See image below.

Bombs will also fall from the outside 2 columns once the fish are unfrozen but they fall into the playing area and can be removed more easily.
There are jellies under all the cream blocks.
Try not to disturb those empty jellies or you risk destroying the chocolate blockers and allow it to spread.
Use stripe/wrap combos in the outside columns if possible to destroy as much jelly as possible and also get the cream blocks at the bottom.
Allow sideways stripes to fall into the bottom row if you can to remove cream and jelly from the bottom corners.
Eventually you will have to release the center fish and clear the jelly around the choc machine, but the fish will help with that if most of the other jelly is gone.
Good luck!

Help? Anyone?

I need help with this one too!

I discovered that if you clear the blocks under the chocolate then it cant go anywhere. then try and get a freckle with a strip and then some vertical strips to finish off. I almost got there a few times doing it this way, but not quite yet. Good luck.

Anonymous said...

Still trying. I know I will eventually get that lucky board. Good luck everyone.

Anonymous said...

Took only about four tries. I'm sure I got lucky, but then I was a jelly away one of the times I failed.

I found it useful to focus on the cream at top to allow those areas to produce candies. But eventually the level required one or two chocolate balls mixing with stripes.

Anonymous said...

Been stuck for days but followed the advice on clearing the top first. You need a bit of luck on your side as well :)

Anonymous said...

Finally had to resort to hammers for my last 2 squares ;(

Anonymous said...

Omg 3 attempts and done it no extras needed think it must have been pure luck

Anonymous said...

The ONLY way I can see to complete this level is at least 2-3 speckled/stripe combinations. But if you use this combination too early in the game, it drops the time bombs at the sides too soon and you are left with diffusing the bombs rather than clearing the jelly. Also not fair having a time bomb above the chocolate wheel, only way to clear that is a direct hit from a vertical stripe. Have been on this level awhile, only had 1 game with 2 jellies left in the same spot. A double hammer would've done it.

HAPPY DANCE!!! FINISHED ALL THE LEVELS!!! Try not to disturb the far right and left columns (time bombs) until closer to the end wasn't going to stop until I got this last level today. Guess it's back to a real life for me instead of asking for lives....lol...happy crushing...you will get this level also!!!

Anonymous said...

I must have been very lucky, beat it on the 2nd attempt. had 3 speckled/strips combos, a wrapped/wrapped combination and some vertical stripes.

The bombs go fast, but there are so many combos that are easy to combine to eleminate them.

Everyone that came this far could finish this level within a limited time.

Well, the waiting for new levels starts now:-)

Good luck from the Netherlands!

Here we go again with the last level being very difficult. I have not even gotten close to completing it. Very frustrating. I really need a lucky board.

Anonymous said...

This level is so boring! Can't wait to be done with this one.

Anonymous said...

This is another tricky level! I followed the advise above, I tried to avoid releasing the bombs. I still had 12 jellies left when I ran out of moves but I'll keep trying. Kind of sad that there are no more levels after this, at the moment. With the exception of that horrid level 500, I have really enjoyed playing these levels. Much better than many of the 400's! Thanks to everyone for your posts. I wish I could find a blog like this for Dreamland. Stuck on level 102 for a couple of weeks now! Happy crushing!

Anonymous said...

Got down to two jellies left! A chocolate bomb/stripe combo helps, after you have cleared the majority of the jellies. Bombs will be released but mine somehow disappeared. Wished I'd had a couple lollipop hammers but at least this seems doable now!

Anonymous said...

I passed this level thanks to many chocolate bombs! I was able to match them with stripes twice. I released some bombs but was able to take care of them. Near the end, I had an orange candy in each of the bottom right, stand alone boxes. They were my last two jellies. I matched a chocolate bomb with an orange candy and voila! I hope they add more levels soon!

Three days and still not even close. DANGNABIT!!

Another level based completely on luck rather thank skill and yet another ploy to try and get us to part with our money :-( sad times

Anonymous said...

While I wait for them to add more levels, I have been playing Dreamland. I am hopelessly stuck on level 104! It is brutal. Otis falls off he perch so quickly so it's almost impossible to get to the end. Is anyone else there? My son passed it so I know it's possible. There needs to be a blog like this for Dreamland!

Anonymous said...

i have tried everything. I even used 3 daily spins for one game. I used striped/wrapped, chocolate sprinkle, and the fish.

My problem was I didn't have any lollipop hammers to destroy the bombs. Lol I will get it in time.

But I won't be using 3 spins all at once again.

I also tried two chocolate sprinkles together and that didn't work either.

Thanks for all the great tips.

Hi this is the 4 th time i have written here. I want the 530 one and cant down load. Its very fustraighting.

Anonymous said...

I am so excited I finally beat level 530. I didn't know I could purchase for $1.99 to extend the time of the bombs by 5 seconds. I was so tired of coming so close to beating it I will be still trying to beat it without cheats. But just the same spending the $1.99 is no different than someone buying pop, cigarettes, caffeine drinks etc every week. This CC game is my own little vice. lol
I am now off to finish up the Owl levels.

I wish I knew what to say to help the above post but I am playing on the Iphone 5 and when I last updated it gave me all levels from 516-530

Anonymous said...

It took me a few days, but I followed the advice posted here to concentrate on the top.... and it worked right away. You do need a chocolate candy or two, and stripes and wrapped helped - but I did it. Now I get to wait for more.

Thanks for the Dreamworld links! I am stuck on level 109 now! I go back and forth between trying to improve my score on level 530 and trying to conquer 109 on Dreamland. I have not been able to beat 530 since my initial time passing it. I hope everyone gets through it because it is hard.

Anonymous said...

Thanks for the March 11th comment about Dreamworld. I tried the first link but couldn't find anything level 109. The second link gave me a huge clue! If the colors on Odus' perch are the same as the bombs, the bombs will go away during the Moonstruck phase. My solution will be to hit the back button on my phone until I get a set up with that scenario! There aren't very many candies in this level, which makes it difficult to form combos. Thanks again! Been stuck here there for days!

Anonymous said...

And many more thanks! After reading the 3/11 post at 8:18 this morning and leaving a comment, I passed level 109 on Dreamworld! I paid attention to whether or not the bombs matched what was on Odus' perch. It's not full proof as only one color disappears during the Moonstruck phase but I used jelly fish from the booster wheel and they took out both bombs and some of the jelly. Yay! On to level 110!

Anonymous said...

How come i still cant down load the candy crush sarga. I have been trying this for weeks now. Please help

Anonymous said...

To March 14th Anonymous: Are you talking about downloading levels past 530? There aren't any new levels at this point, on the PC on on phones. They just added more Dreamworld though.

Jude said...

There are new levels on PC now - 531-545 :D

Anonymous said...

Thanks Jude! I've got more crushing to do!

Anonymous said...

I think I got down to 64 out of 65 jelly left...maybe once in hundreds of games. Finally deleted this game, ah, the Freedom!!

Anonymous said...

Since I can't figure out how to start the blog coversation on level 531, I'll just say that it seems like it won't take too long to pass it. You just have to look a couple of moves ahead for the candies that shift to the left. Work on breaking the licorice cages but also keep an eye on the travelator at the bottom.

Anonymous said...

I am struggling with this one, cannot seem to get moves to make spotted striped combos or any others for that metter. Just seem to get stuck with the centre tops blocking everything with choc. HELP!!! I am almost finished with this stupid level and ready to delete it!!!

Anonymous said...

To the March 24th comment: I wish I could tell you there was some magic strategy to pass this level. Chocolate bomb/stripe combos are helpful near the end but don't use them in the beginning because they will release bombs. I might suggest trying to save up lollipop hammers from the booster wheel. That way you have them to get the last couple of jellies. The bottom two stand along boxes are the toughest jellies to get, in my opinion. Try to start your moves in the top center of the board, where the chocolate comes out. If you can clear those jellies first, you won't have to worry about them if the chocolate covers them up. I've played this level dozens of times since I passed it, and I haven't succeeded a second time. Good luck!

Anonymous said...

I have had enough of this stupid level and refuse to buy anymore extra's. I hate these levels that the choc keeps taking over. Time to get rid of this game I think!!!!

Anonymous said...

This is another of those annoying levels that require a huge amount of luck. I have been at it for longer than I can remember.I am passed trying anymore. Time to quit I think as it is certainly no fun anymore :(

Anonymous said...

I am done with this level. I cannot keep the jelly clear at the top and when I do, no moves to make any combos to clear things. I am finished with CC. It is not worth paying for moves, I tried this in desperation and still no good. No more money for you or time for you CC. Its a shame as most of the time it has been enjoyable but when you still get these levels that almost entirely rely on luck, I simply cannot be bothered anymore.

Anonymous said...

This level stinks and is impossible unless you get a lucky break. I have had numerous combos of all types and still cannot pass. This will be my last day trying. I have had enough.

Anonymous said...

After 3 days I got down to 1 jelly left and forgot I had a lollipop! Oh we'll hopefully it doesn't take me too long to get that close again. I got that close by getting 2 chocolate ball/ stripe combo's plus regular play. Very hard level, but I guess doable. Good luck everyone!

Anonymous said...

Woohoo! Finished this level. Now just have to wait for CC to add more. Mix two chocolate ball/stripe combo's together and you should be close. Not that hard considering it's the final level. Much easier than level 500. Good luck to all ! :)

Anonymous said...

Teresa from NC
Well, I hope CC makes no more levels! Really! I doubt I will ever get this one. It just boggles my mind! I may keep trying; I may not. Good luck everyone!!!!

Anonymous said...

Keep trying Teresa, you've come this far! Oh, they added 15 more levels too. Good luck. :)

Anonymous said...

So sick of this level. Hate it, its not even fun. Played the board at least a hundred times. I get it down to one jelly in the corner. I hate it. So dumb. Not spending real money on this game. Got here this far, without spending a dime, but pretty sure they want to make you pay for the stupid bomb cooler. Not doing it!

Unknown said...

Got it right after reading the comments.

Anonymous said...

I have been stuck on 530 for over 4 months! I am officially done!!!!! Dont want to play a gme thats not fun anymore! I like a challenge but this did it!

Anonymous said...

i can officially say i really don't like this level, it does seem impossible, not even getting close! you need many more moves to complete this since the jellies are everywhere, and if you blow up the board with stripes/bombs the timed bombs get you! will try a little longer but this may be the end of candy crush for me!

Anonymous said...

Level is not fun nor is it possible. Count me in the ex-player category. Game deleted.

Anonymous said...

i wrote the above comment and guess what! i passed this level! had to use a lollipop hammer i got in the daily spin for the last jelly! i had one fish left but didn't know if it was in a jelly but it wasn't yipee! very difficult level, am very happy for the daily spins!! used stripes, chocolate bombs everything to blow up the board when there weren't too many moves left so the timed bombs didn't matter!

Anonymous said...

actually i wrote the comment about how i didn't like it, lol, someone else wrote a comment after me!

Anonymous said...

Bored now! Can get stripes, wraps and choc balls but almost never together in the right place. Have enjoyed playing in the 500s so far but this level isn't fun at all. AS

Marwa Elrayes said...

still too hard, all videos i saw are just for lucky people who get lucky candy's in a perfect timing!!! the truth is if you get lucky and get Striped candy + Colour bombs you will face either moves are gone and 1 to 3 jelly's still exist or bombs are exploded and you have nothing to do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it needs a lot of luck to pass this level

Anonymous said...

I agree with other comments. This is not fun any more. It is boring. I can't see the point of this level, I'm not getting anywhere with it. Just waiting for a lucky board, no skill needed here, which is a shame because having reached this far, I was hoping to get to the end. I'll give it one more day. then I'm back to my books!

Anonymous said...

Really? Another chocolate and bomb level? Boring and frustrating.

Anonymous said...

This level sucks. In one try, I had the following:
-two sparkly/stripe combinations, and one had a lot of the same colour as the stripe on the board
-three wrapped/striped combos, including two in the bottom three rows
-freed and used all the fish
-no moves wasted dealing with chocolate or bombs (chocolate ate the bomb above the generator)
-lots of striped candies
My reward for all of this, no moves left and four jellies to go.
This level is frustrating! Eighty-five tries and no success, though I got to one jelly once (I think, the last move resulted in a lot of action on the board and the banner came across the board so I could not see the board and where the jelly was. King really should allow a view of the board to let the player decide if he wants to buy extra moves. It depends on where the jelly was).
Most of the tips here are not terribly useful, because there is a large amount of luck needed in getting the good combos. At least two sparkly/striped combos are needed, and I am lucky to see one sparkly per try. I never had to use eighty or more tries on a level before this one. Maybe when I reach a hundred tries, it is time to throw in the towel and play Papa Pear Saga instead (at least in that game, each try on each level is theoretically winnable).

Anonymous said...

App deleted - how satisfying thanks for tips.

Anonymous said...

I'm not sure if it was this level or another, but someone said if they kept doing the same thing, they would always get the same result. It took about 100 attempts to realize that was what I was doing. So, I changed my tactic. I didn't go in with a plan, just made sure that with each move I was able to blast a jelly. I did get two candy bombs next two stripes when I finally won. It was over a month on this level. Never give up!

Anonymous said...

This level is not even fun! Have been on it for a few weeks! Why do you make this last level in a series so hard to get out of? Ready to quit.

dirty vegas said...

Oh dear ,was so delighted to get to this level but came here for some useful tips and saw all the comments ,tried the level and got down to 3 jellies first try , it's fast a furious and fun to play just hope im not stuck for days weeks or months on end #thatisall

dirty vegas said...

Been playing a few hours now and should have passed the level but didn't because of my own stupidity ,I only had 2 jellies to clear and would have done that with a stripped sprinkle combo ,but failed to see the time bomb ,I could greet :) (Scottish term for cry ) I thought my luck was in but it wasn't but it's my own fault ... never mind keep calm and carry on crushing #thatisall

dirty vegas said...

Day two and getting no where near clearing the level , I'm making loads of combos and keeping the bombs at bay but I need that magic board ..... 'thaisall

dirty vegas said...

This is a good fun level to play but gets boring after 4 days , even after 4 chocolate sprinkles numerous combinations I still can't clear it , tried everything that other crushers have suggested ,came close a few times but still waiting on that decent board ... #thatisall

SueJ said...

Such a difficult level - have been trying for days but not even close yet. The tips above are all very well but you have to go with the board you have and mine seem to have been very mean!! Will keep trying but beginning to feel despondent and not looking forward to playing each time as it seems so hopeless! :( If this is the last level perhaps I should just quit now!? Does anyone know if there new levels for the I-pad coming?

Donna said...

Played once and came here to read tips. Played 2 more times and cant even come close even with the blocking chocolate. Grrrrr. Probably be here forever.:(

Donna said...

This level is impossible. I don't believe anyone passed it unless they payed.

SueJ said...

Donna - I posted just above you and have FINALLY passed this level. I have never paid any money at all on CC although I have used my boosters from the bonus wheel. It took ages and I was ready to give up but it will work eventually! I have to admit to a few shrieks of joy - luckily no-one else was around!!
I want to know if there will be other levels on my I-pad soon. I have more on my PC but refuse to pay or pester my friends to get to the next level. I have always logged out of facebook and progressed by passing the challenges instead. Does anyone know if more are coming?? Perhaps now is the time to find a new game!!

Anonymous said...

IMPOSSIBLE LEVEL! GRRRRR! I don't know what else to do. I've been close - one time had 1 jelly left and no lollipop hammer available. A few other times 2 or 3 jellies left and ran out of moves. Just waiting for that lucky board. ugh.

Anonymous said...

took me 2 weeks to get the lucky board and pass this level. glad that's over

Anonymous said...

I was hoping for some tips but realize it will take luck and sprinkle balls. Will probably be on this level for a long time.

As someone mentioned, I would like it if the board would stay visible after play so I could study it.

Also, I used to get lollipops in the daily spins, but they are too few and far between these days.

Anonymous said...

c/candycrush here.

It's a tough level.
None of the tips really helped me.
I didn't find just leaving chocolate blocked much help as then there were less candy on the board and less chances to make special candy.

I got worried a couple of times in games when that top middle fish got released and a bomb was up there but the chocolate ate it in every case.

Colour balls/wrapped candy doesn't do much unless it is early on in the game.

I was surprised when I got through actually. I didn't do anything special. All I did was stop and look for special candy before each move. I had one colour ball/stripe early on and that helped get those far corner spots at least open.
Then I got a few stripes that cleared lines and towards the end, another colour ball/stripe.

After that. I looked at the board and couldn't believe my eyes. Only one light jelly left, up the top. Plenty of wraps and stripes available but nothing that would clear that spot.

Free spin lollipop hammer, that is what you were born for!! Bang!!

I have had much higher scoring games that didn't clear the jelly, but at least this time I am through.

So hang in there.. when you least expect it!!

Bill. said...

Very tedious needed hammer to finish the last jelly. Chocolate bombs plus stripes are essential.

MichelleDV said...

An interesting level ...

My tips:

1. Work low to maximise cascades, alternating between attacking chocolate to keep it under control (low-high-low-high)
2. Avoid far end columns for as long as possible. Bombs are a nuisance!
3. A horizontal stripe in the bottom does wonders
4. Two wraps together does wonders (but does release bombs)

I used two daily spin freebies: a hand (to move a sprinkle next to a stripe) and a hammer (to knock out the final last jelly right at the top)

Mel said...

Thanku so much MichelleDV, for your outstanding tips. I reset board until I got one that looked good, ie: made sure I could start with a stripe in the correct column, so it could eventually do some damage. Then worked low, yes, that worked brilliantly, the colour bombs appeared by themselves, got a coloured stripe next to one, then I just made sure I had the correct coloured candies in every column. Then I detonated color bomb and stripe and woo hoo, ended up with one jelly left, which I knocked out with my free daily spin won of the hammer. Thanku thanku thanku

CANDY CRUSH RIP OFF...I bought 2 hours of Candy Crush play. It was NOT. What it was was 2 clock hours where if you were available you could play BUT the clock ran even when you were not playing. That ' s the last $$ they will get from me,
.

Anonymous said...

Enough is enough, can't take the frustration anymore. Impossible candy crush!!!

Anonymous said...

This is impossible! I am so tired of this level. I am not even getting close!

Anonymous said...

Well it's true what they say it is definitely down to a lucky board. I've been on this level for about a week and invariably a bomb would be in an awkward place to get to or the corner candies. With this board I've just had it started off with one sparkle and that set off clearing half the board, then the fish helped too. I noticed the opportunity to make another sparkle then another appeared so luckily they both ended up together so I set them off and that left only a few candies to clear. I had bombs and one candy up the top I couldn't get to and had 10 moves left. I got rid of the bombs and was left with one candy which required 3 of my hammers I had so I went for it and cleared the level.
The daily spins definitely come in handy otherwise that top candy would have caused me to lose.
Keep trying and good luck.

Rain Thompson said...

Seriously? One of the worst possible levels to finish. NEED that lucky board. *UGH*

Hoping for a lucky board, I am so bored with this not fun level.
