Candy Crush Saga Level 539 Tips and video

Hints and tips showing how to pass level 539 Candy Crush Saga by Cookie
Level 539 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a nightmarishly hard level so you can expect to lose some lives before you manage to pass it.
You need to keep the bombs under control in the middle of the board, if any of them count down to zero you will lose the game, so keep your eye on them and don't let them count down too low. Remember the bombs count down when you make a move so there is no need to rush your moves.
The hardest jellies to clear are the cream and jelly in the top 5 squares which either need a very lucky match or must be hit with stripes or combos to clear the cream, then the jelly.
Try to make stripe/wrap combos if possible to clear the cream and jelly. Colour bomb/stripe combo is also useful but not easy due to the limited board with holes at the bottom.
The conveyor moves the candies upward in the centre of the board so use it to plan your combos. You don't have enough moves to clear everything without using combos so look very carefully at the board before every move and don't forget to read our page on making combos.

I used a jelly fish booster from the sugar drop challenge to make this level a bit easier to complete.

If the level you play is different from the one here it is because the developers have changed it since I played and I have no control over this. Please let me know on our FB group and I will try to change it.

This indeed is a difficult level. Use the conveyor to plan on combo's. I managed to succeed this level in 10-12 attempts, but it absolutely is difficult.

My strategy remains to work on a colour bomb with a stripe. Stripes are easy to get and I managed to get coulour bombs in every attempt.

Keep the bombs in mind at all times, with every move watch how many bombs you have and when they are going to explode.

Good luck from the Netherlands!

Just got past this without boosters, but it took about 30-40 attemots. I finally got a color bomb/stripe combo early on that got rid of most of the beginning bombs.

YESSSSSS. Beat 539 after about 20 tries. Took vertical stripes and a color ball with a stripe to do it.

Apparently I got very lucky on this level! I passed it on my first try. Seeing the string of bombs intimidated me at first but I got lucky with lots of stripes. A chocolate bomb/stripe combo took out a lot of the jellies and I managed to get rid of the bombs before they exploded. Phew!

Time bombs are going to be the death of me. I just can't keep them under control. I will keep going though. I've come this far!

this one came down to the lucky board, lol, i played it many times to no avail and finally got a board that made chocolate bombs, put with a stripe it did the trick, finished with a bomb set to go off in 3 seconds! even though it took a while it was a fun level! but the bombs were driving me crazy!!

OMG what a horrible level, what chance have you when your managing bombs every move... King have managed to change a fun game into something that is mentally torturous and soul destroying...

This level is not even fun! All you are doing is fighting bombs! Had enough of this!

Yes I too have found this one difficult. First time leaving a comment here, I have always found this blog a great help when stuck. When looking for help here for this game, I thought of something someone else said in a comment on an earlier game, Remember the aim of what you are trying to achieve. Here of cause it is removing all the jellies, not all the bombs. I found if you concentrate on making specials whenever you can, the cascade effect took out a lot of the bombs - still have to watch them though. Hope this helps the bomb chasers.

I like the comment above and maybe this is what I should concentrate on; as so far I find this level very, very frustrating! Almost want to quit; but heck I have gone to far to quit now. I just hate all the bombs!

I played this board so many times and got nowhere. I too started to focus on clearing the jellies whilst keeping an eye on where the bombs were going and taking them out before the count got too low. If I got an opportunity to wipe them out down the middle I took it but also targeted those hidden jellies on top when presented with a chance. Eventually I had a few boards where i got down to one jelly but frustratingly I had used all my free boosters. So frustrating as on 2 occasions I just needed a lollipop - I normally have at least 3! However quite soon after that I just got the THE board; ended with a few jellies in bottom right corner and a bomb dealt with them for me. I do think the key is to focus on the jelly and not getting rid of the bombs.

OMG just past this level after many attempts on mobile was getting frustraing decided this needed a bigger screen read thru the comments and indeed i started concentraiting on the clearing the jellies by getting/making combos every chance i got, which wipes out the bombs but u still have to keep one eye on the bombs :) next level here i come :)

I was petrified when I saw the time bombs. I got it second try with a lucky board but it was down to the last move. What helped me most was getting a vertical/wrapped in the bottom left to wipe out the upper left corner and same thing on the right. I never got a sprinkle ball/stripe. I hate time bombs! I just got lucky! Best of luck and thank you for all the tips!

cherylcandycrush here.

Hard level.
Took me ages to get through, but it's not as bad as a couple of other diabolical levels in the past.
I was often taken out by bombs I hadn't even noticed. And those top iced squares are hard to clear but usually there are so many other jellies left anyhow that it doesn't matter.

Eventually got through with a combo right near the start (stripe/wrap I think-would have taken more notice if I had known I was going to get through) and it set off other detonations & cleared just about every bomb so I had a fairly clear board for a while.

Was left with only one jelly at the top. BANG!

I may not be a great player but I'm not stupid. If you get down to only one or two jellies and you have any lollipop hammers, use them!!

A dastardly level! It took me about 12 attempts and with no boosters. I finally got lucky with three sprinkles. I matched the first with a stripe which cleared much of the board. I matched the second with the colour of a bomb about to explode. I had one unreachable top jelly so I matched the third sprinkle with that colour and as a bonus cleared two more lone hard-to-get jellies. I had 13 turns left and got three stars. I was amazed as I thought this one would be impossible. I must add, a vertical stripe on the conveyor is useful.

I'm stuck on this level. 539 is difficult. Dang bombs. I need a lucky board i guess.

Whew! Thought this was going to ba a long one but after getting no where for a couple days on the iPad I switched to my Mac and got it fairly quickly. It did seem easier to get combos on the Mac and trying to ignore bombs as long as possible seemed to help too.

Here's hoping there are no more impossible ones for a while.

I read the comments and dealt with getting rid of jellies..top priority.had to use one candy hammer for last jellie, but passed this level in my first try.yeahhhhh
