Candy Crush Saga level 762

Tips for level 762 Candy Crush Saga
You have 30 moves to collect 100 each of blue and green candies.
The board is roughly divided in 2 at the start and you need to open up the playing area as soon as possible to make combos. This is the only way you will complete level 762.
Break the cakes and clear some cream, not easy and you will probably get loads of shuffling of the board at the start, but once the board is cleared by the cakes specials and combos are easier to make and you can get cascades which will also help to collect the orders.
Not an easy level, especially to get 3 stars.

Ola, fase muito difícil, placa sem uma estratégia de jogo, vai depender muito da sorte para passar, envelopes, listrados e combos ajudarão muito. Abraços.

I agree with olinilo. Very difficult.

Not too bad, but really depends on two criteria: 1. The cakes need to be broken early - so, always look for matches along their edges first (it's not like you have a whole lot of choice in the first moves...). 2. Try to always match toward the bottom of the board to increase the chance of cascades which is the only way to really get the numbers required. Got it on the 10th try or so.

I'm finding this one very difficult!! Cannot find a good board.

Anonymous said...

Yes a good board is what you need.
There was far more skill needed 500 levels back than there is now. The entire game is now about luck and a decent board than it is about skill.
Not many games get worse the further you go into them. But this surely is.

Anonymous said...

I have managed to clear both cakes and left myself 20 moves to get past this level. But it seems it is all about the cascade on your last life. Really is the most unskilled pointless level so far.

Leslie said...

Getting very bored with this one. When I get a good cascade, there aren't many moves left to finish it off! I got down to needing 1 green and 2 blues, once and 7 greens once all week.

Leslie said...

Finally got my lucky board with all the right cascades!!!!!

Anonymous said...

Another repetitive, boring and brain deal level that relies totally on luck. You just have to wait until you get a the right board or be prepared to use loads of boosters. King must be desperate to get players to give us the game when it continues to serve up levels like this.

Anonymous said...

Probably the most boring (and un-achievable) level so far. No skill involved, and most of the time you either have one move or no moves (forced reshuffle).

While I have great sympathy for the designers who have to come up with a mix of interest, skill, luck each time, this level is very ordinary.

I look forward to getting a lucky board some day soon and passing this level forever.

Sorry - no tips for other users except for patience.

If king designers monitor this page, suggest you could make it a bit more possible by removing some of the licorice blockers.

DAK4Blizzard said...

This level would be more beatable (or at least more interesting) if the licorice didn't exist. But the designers decided to be sadistic. Even if you can break both cakes within the first 10 moves, your odds of winning merely increase from 0.1% to perhaps 5%. Perhaps.

I'm attempted about 30 times so far, and I still haven't beaten the level. And this level is extra frustrating because I have yet to get close to winning. One time I did get 100 green, but still had more than 20 blue to go. I'll probably need the 3 extra moves to (eventually) beat the level.

Aamri El Mehdi said...

Dumbest design ever, how do you excpect in such circumstances ? seriously :p well it's all about cascades i know it already but cream plus chocolate, licorice dispensers. they should at least remove one of those !!

Joep van Mourik said...

+was stuck for one day. Hardest part is to make combos, because the choc and liquerice and the conveyors ruine every plan. But I'm through!

Ann Marie Kleiber said...

omg - MAJOR SUCKY LEVEL! so close so many times, after 3 days finally got the lucky board. I hate the ones that don't require skill!

Anonymous said...

This is horrible. Shuffle, shuffle, make useless move, more shuffle, more useless moves.
Break a cake, some 3 candy moves with blue or green, but since most of the board are the other colors, waste more moves.
I once had a board where I broke the cakes quickly and even managed to make 2 color bombs. I still needed 20 candies at the end.
This one needs some updating.

Anonymous said...

Gee...2 cakes, a board with very limited moves, licorice blockers, chocolate, and an impossible goal. What's not to like? The only way they could have made this even suckier is with a few bombs thrown in.

Linda Main said...

This ended up being easier than I thought. Passed it now stuck on level 765.

Anonymous said...

When I first saw this level, I thought OMG look what CC has done to us this time.. impossible!!! but I got the best board ever and beat it on the 2nd try without any boosters..I managed to make a couple of wrapped candies and detonated them together breaking one of the wheels, then the cascades broke the other wheel and once the board was a bit open I made a few color bombs and the rest is history... U just need the right board and some good luck and perseverance.

Anonymous said...

I think a good strategy I got from the video is that if you get a speckled candy, do not use it on a blue or green (like I had been doing). Instead, use it on a non-blue/green color that has many pieces on the board. That way it will pair up more blue and green combos and also bring more down with it. I'll keep trying. Ug!

JanC here. Was dreading this level based on comments left on levels a few back (like: "If you think this is hard, wait til you get a load of 762!") But I got three stars, no boosters, playing on an android tablet and probably within five lives. Lucky? Must have been, but from the first try, I came close, so maybe they've nerfed it? As for tips, I tried to prioritize breaking the bottom tart, simply because candies stop falling in that area so before every move, I would check that area first to see if there was anything. Yes, if you have a choice between making a special candy or chipping away at either tart, I'd do the latter. Sprinkle balls I would match with whatever happened to be next to it. On the winning board I think I got two and each time was able to match it with wrapped, which seemed effective. Wishing you all lucky boards!

Anonymous said...

What, now we have King employees commenting here to try to encourage people to play by saying how easy the levels are? First of all, there's no way to create wrapped candies at the beginning due to the limited space, much less 2 next to each other. Can't do it. This level sucks, and is next to impossible unless you happen to get that 1 in a million lucky board.

Anonymous said...

Don't play for about a month and maybe they'll change the level. That's my advice.

Ultramum said...

All I want for Christmas. ... Is a lucky board ...

Anonymous said...

Phew, took a day and about 25 attempts but got there with one move left, agree with JanC, need to get rid of those cakes and then try to play for cascades, I got a two colour bombs that I just combined with a normal colour, the cascades are what won me the level, I had got close (under 10) three other times so it is not am impossible level, regards AJ

Anonymous said...

King, you made a mistake on this board. You forgot to have 4-move bombs dropping everywhere.

Anonymous said...

I love this site, come here all the time to get tips & feedback but have never commented as everyone seems to express my frustration fairly well. One thing I have never seen mentioned, has to do with shuffles. I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me, but have made it a point to pay very close attention.....does anyone else notice that the board shuffles when there actually IS a move to make?? And sometimes, the move I see, is exactly where I saw it AFTER the board shuffles!!

Anonymous said...

I too have noticed that the board shuffles when there is a move. Usually it involves a sprinkle ball or a fish. I noticed it several times on sucky 761.

Anonymous said...

Gosh this game used to be fun and challenging. Now it's just a matter of waiting for a good board. I've only played this level of few times but I can see it wont be any fun. Even if you clear the cakes it's hard to get big moves.

Anonymous said...

Are people playing on mobile devices or PCs? Winning on mobile devices or PCs? This seems like 751. Don't you get more cascading on a PC?

Anonymous said...

Things I was doing when I won: Clear cakes first. When you have a choice, clear candies near the cake that you have found hardest to clear like top of conveyor belt. When you have a choice, clear candies near lower cake because it seems harder to clear. Best if both cakes are cleared by time you're down to 18 or 17. I kept an eye on the candies on right of upper cake that moved through gateway down to left of lower cake. Sometimes you can clear candies up top to make sure you get matching colors moving down. After cakes are clear, next priority is creams between chocolate machines in lower left and upper right. Because cascading is critical and opening those sections is important. It also means you're just naturally clearing chocolates as a side effect because you're working in those areas. And I tended to focus on candies at bottom. Because when you combine them, candies above start cascading and form their own combos. Once you are following those rules, you naturally start getting more "lucky" boards. You get very close to beating it. Beat with no extra moves, no boosters, not particularly great combos. Just lots of cascading in the last 10 to 12 moves because candies near chocolate machines were clear and I was making my moves on bottom of board.

Anonymous said...

If you think this 762 is hard wait until 763! That one is almost impossible!

Anonymous said...

very bored with this on, not playing as much as i do coz its boring and impossible hate this one and why only 30 moves seriously been stuck for over a month arghhhhhhhh cheers katrina

c/candycrush here

Hard level.
I am evidence it can be done without boosters.
It goes without saying to try to clear the cakes. I had no colour balls at all in my mix, just so you know.
Nor did I manage to combine a stripe/wrap.
At the end, 3 turns left and with 7 greens to get, I was able to match stripes that took out a row at a time & got through.

Only one star, but I wanted to let people know it could be done (eventually) with no boosters, no colour balls and no wrap/stripe combos.
So take heart!

Someone said the next level is harder than this one, Just to reassure you it isn't necessarily. I got through in 7 tries. It is hard, mind you, but if you can get through this one, you'll manage the next so.. take heart and soldier on.
Heck, if you can figure out the verification codes on this site, you can do anything!!!

I was stuck on this level forever finally got down to needing only one more blue. Paid the .99 cents for five extra moves and finally completed it. Wish I hadn't paid to finish this level because the next level is just as tedious.

Anonymous said...

I just played an entire game where I never had more than a single move. So someone at king needs to explain to me what my strategy would be for such a game. It also contained 21 reshuffles, but even on turns where it did not reshuffle I still only had one move. Does someone at king think that makes a fun level?

Pugmom said...

Finally beat this level after days of playing. I was just mindlessly playing when I realized I was down to 15 & 17 orders with 12moves left. Don't give up. You will eventually get a good board.

Anonymous said...

UGH!!!!

Anonymous said...

Stupid shuffle shouldn't be shuffling when there are moves!!! Glitch better get fixed. Tired of this level.

Jocelyn said...

Ugh this one took a lot if tries. You just need a lucky board because most of the time in the beginning there's only one possible move per turn. Got 3 sprinkles and matched one with stripes that helped clear down the board.

Bill. said...

Agree very difficult easier on Pc. Needed extra moves to complete. Have to clear both cakes then hope combinations available.

Rain Thompson said...

I've been on this for a month now and not even close. I can clear the cakes and make maybe one speckled ball, but still have 20 to 30 left of each. This is riDONKulous!! BS. I'm so sick of waiting for that lucky board. I'd quit, but I am NOT a quitter, just a whiner after a week or two. --BITE ME CC!

Anonymous said...

Has anyone else noticed that if a kind friend gives you extra moves, the game you use them is the unluckiest board ever?

Anonymous said...

Hard level on iPad. Played for few days, can't even get closed to finish. Much easier on PC! Definitely need a lucky board. Good luck on passing this level. Hard but not impossible.

Anonymous said...

The first time I tried this level, I finished needing just one more green. Thought this level wouldn't be too hard to pass - what a mistake! Is all the licorice really necessary?

Victoria Warren said...

Candy counter skewed. I kept noticing that the number needed appeared randomly to increase, but thought I was mistaken. Last try, 50 each color was needed to complete; game shuffled; after shuffle, 80 blue and 90 green were needed.

DAVID stewart said...

Ya this is duhm I can't get below 40 they want that money!

Anonymous said...

Again, so many people complaining about how hard the level is. That's the idea with this game, the further you get the harder the levels get! Can't anyone understand that? Geez people, if they were easy, you would go through them all quick and wouldn't have any more to go. Stop complaining or delete the game if it bothers you so much!

Anonymous said...

Actually, not that difficult. Got it on the 8th try. Cleared the cakes with 18 moves to go, played low on the board, and got lucky matching a chocolate ball with a stripe. Couple of good moves after that and done.

Anon lafy said...

Such a frustrating level, shuffle, shuffle all the time. I was prepared for it to be a real challenge and it has been. I like a challenge, or I would not have got this far!

Suddenly this morning I got some good cascades and ended up needing a very few candies to finish the level, so as I had some gold bars I decided it was time to use 9 of them for 5 extra moves, and hey presto, it's two stars!

kfmconsulting said...

Actually a fun level. Got it in less than 10 tries with 2 stars and no boosters. Did it on iPAD.

Anonymous said...

move 1, reshuffle, move another, reshuffle, move yet another and hey presto, reshuffle. Not much imagination or skill nedded here. This game is getting very tedious with all the reshuffles. My brain feels like it is reshuffling too!!!

Anonymous said...

Oh yeah, another BS level that reshuffles all the time and very few combos to be made. I am almost at the fed up stage & ready to take a run from this game as so many have due to the rep[eat nonsense of some of these levels. Fingers crossed my luck changes or I will have a lot more spare time to read books etc rather than waste it on this. :)

Anonymous said...

For those complaining about people complaining - There is a difference between hard and just plain stupid levels (this being on of them). When the board constantly has to shuffle and there is little or no skill (in most cases), that doesn't make the board hard, it makes it frustrating when you have no control over what happens. That defeats the strategy purpose of the game.

Anonymous said...

This is just a messy level.

Anonymous said...

All right, I did it. I cleared the two cakes fairly quickly, and then all it took was two candy ball - striped candy combos.

Amy Damery said...

Stretch/yawn.. gee this level is jus....zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

King fell down and broke his crown and all that's left is the guillotine.

Chad Duerksen said...

Took 5 extra moves and 1 hammer. The only way to beat it, unfortunately. Really can't be done without extra moves.

Anonymous said...

Been on this level for months!!! Grrrrrr!!! Followed all the tips, still nowhere near :'( not happy

Anonymous said...

Why do we keep playing this game?!?!?! Ugh. Levels like this drive me crazy. waiting.... waiting.... waiting for a lucky board.

Anonymous said...

Finally got through this using a Mystery candy(the one with the tick on it)bonus from the daily spin. You get several show up during the game and they really helped clear the board.

Anonymous said...

Well, thanks to the last tip.... I used one of those free "mystery" booster candies (the one with the checkmark on it) and while it didn't seem like it was helping that much, I got some favorable cascades from it. Left me with 8 greens left and I used one hand-switch booster and two lollipop hammers, all from the free wheel spin, to pass it on the final move!! Had to think hard about how to use the boosters to pass it, but luckily my strategy worked. passed with 2 stars. (after about 20 tries). On to 763 which looks awful and I didn't come close after one try. 😓

Anonymous said...

At level 762 you have finally lost me Candy Crush. I have been playing this level for WEEKS...and every time I only have ONE POSSIBLE MOVE until I get down below 10. There is no option than to make the move the board tells you to make, and then it shuffles and again, only one possible move. People play this for the challenge, but this level is unbeatable. I guess you have to buy boosters which I refuse to do...so goodbye!

GJ said...

I played this level quite a few times and actually thought this is totally impossible. I used a few of my daily boosters and it didn't help.
Then I left my iPad and used my mobile this evening and it was plain sailing. Cleared it all with two moves left. I had to keep up looking for the blue and green candies slowly and checking the board carefully. It does require a lot of patience. But it is doable. Good luck everyone.

haganmd said...

Ok this is a really evil level...

Anonymous said...

Waiting to get a lucky board. This is one of the worst. If I ever get close to the goal all I get are orange red yellow moves. Ugh. Hopefully I will get my lucky board soon!!!!

david said...

on every board I make a couple of moves then it shuffles then ends the game due to no more switches to be made how the hell am I going to be able to beat this no way if this continues

Anonymous said...

David, who commented on 23 june, have you got past this level yet, Im getting the same problem, it shuffles a few times and ends the game due to no more switches, the one time it literally opened the board, shuffled it, said 'no more switches' and ended the game - sooo annoying!!!

Anonymous said...

Guess I'll just have to wait till I've accumulated 200 lollipop hammers to get past this one.
