Candy Crush Saga level 808

Tips for level 808 Candy Crush Saga
Open the board up as quickly as possible to give you space to make colour bombs and other special candies.
The jellies in the 4 corners can be cleared using either colour bombs or a colour bomb/stripe combo.
Stripe/wrap combos will clear lots of cream and jelly, but the jelly isn't under all the cream, the cream around the edges is only there as a blocker.

This is a very tough level! Stripes, wrapped and combos are hard to make until most of the bottom are cleared. There are many dead moves produced and since I haven't beat this level yet, luck and maybe extras will be needed?

Hmmm... Have not had the same experience as above comment. Combos were frequent and easy, finished first try. Keep trying ;)

Its fairly easy to clear the first half of the frame but unless you are lucky to get some descent combos early on its a bit of a nightmare to clear the corners and bottom row. This i a bit of a cross your fingers level!

Ended up completing it a few hours later yay. Bottom row does not need to be entirely cleared !! I did watch the videos after i completed it and it looks like the bottom row is just there to confuse you.

Looked harder and scarier than I thought. Thought it might be a mult day project. Glad I was wrong.

2nd try, no boosters, 3 stars. I used the sprinkles to clear the bottom corners then just focused on combos. It looks harder then it is because not all the blocks are covering jellies.

Hmm... You ppl are all better player than I am. I am having a bit of problem beating this one:( Should I use some of my saved up booster from free spin? If so, which one?
Nah, it's only a Day 1. I should give at least one more day before I waste my booster.

I'm not having the same luck everyone else is having. I've been stuck on this level now for about three days. Combos hardly ever come up on my board, and by the time I run out of moves, I'm not even 1/3 of the way through the jelly. This level must hate me.

The bottom candies do not cover jelly so no need to blast them away. Difficult just have to keep balsting away. 20 attempts.

Must have gotten lucky. Took out the corners with choc bomb and then stripe/wrap combo, then choc bomb/stripe took care of all. Third try. Keep the faith.

Not as bad as I thought it might be. I got lucky and combined a sprinkle with a stripe twice which almost cleared the board. Two stars, no boosters needed.

Quite challenging, but just keep at it and it is doable.

After three days I finally beat this one. The tip above that all the cream doesn't necessarily cover a jelly was very helpful. I used my last lollipop to get rid of the last jelly with one move left. Also got 3 stars. But it did take a long time to get this lucky board.

Less than 10 lives, 2 stars, no boosters on iPhone. Agree--don't be distracted by sides and bottom cream since there are no jellies. Work down though the middle if possible to get the cascade effect. Make any combos.

I just played my 1st game at this level. I had 2 sprinkled balls side by side, had a sprinkle next to a stripe and still didn't come close to completing it. But it was fun trying! No bombs, choc. etc. On to my next try...

Took 5 extra moves and a hammer for the top right which was impossible to clear.
