Candy Crush Saga level 874

Tips and tricks for level 874 Candy Crush Saga
Please "LIKE" and "SHARE"----->
Level 874 always starts with the chance to make 2 colour bombs.
ALWAYS make the top one first, then the bottom one. If you go for the bottom one first you will lose the top one.
Use one of the colour bombs straight away, it usually doesn't matter which one, but if uyou try to save them both the top one will likely be swallowed up by the chocolate. If you use whichever is next to the colour candy with most on the board it will save the other one from being eaten.
After you have used the colour bombs try to prevent the chocolate blocking your moves by making as many specials as you can and keep using them to control it while at the same time clearing the cream and jelly.
This is not a difficult level, but not easy either, especially if you lose concentration and miss good moves, so slow down and check the board carefully before every move so you don't miss chances to make combos.

Not too bad, but you need to get a good board. Follow the blog directions to start. Really need several combos and at least a third To complete this one. JS

Keep an eye on the left and right hand sides as they are the hardest to get

If have have a few fish saved up this is a good level for it if you want to get through fast, got it first try without doing anything special using a fish booster, regards AJ

The hardest squares to get are the left and right in the middle by the chocolate factories. Once you make your sprinkles at the start, try to get the colors in those squares before the chocolate gets them. I finally got a lucky board and the candies fell so 3 of the middle ones were the same color. Once I'd cleared the middle, I was able to get the rest and clear the board.

JanC here! 3 stars a few boosters, 1st try! Yippee!!! Im on a crushing roll! Gang, simple one here if you just think it out, just make alot of specials and its easy peazy!! I paid for a bunch of boosters to beat it but even experts need help! Makes me no less of a pro and a candy crusher who should be looked up to for advice!

Good luck gang... Ahem.. On the the next!

I wish I could be as good as JanC above. It took me about 10 tries but I successfully completed with no boosters and 3 moves left. I will keep working so I can be as good as JanC to get on first try. It's good to have legitimate goals in life, and especially while ur playing candy crush.

JanC must spend a fortune on this game! Haven't paid a penny and I don't intend to ever!

Or JanC jus BSing around here.

This one was hard for me. It's straight forward but the middle and sides are tricky. Finally squeaked by with 1 star, no boosters.

So many times I had one jelly left! No lollipops left either. Finally got it after about 25 tries. Either the chocolate got me or I was restricted to one corner for moves. Fluked the 2 chocolate balls together at the start and then one appeared later in the game. One star, but I'm just fine with that! So glad to be past this one!

JanC here. Am I the only commenter with my own troll? Anyway, after loads of attempts, often getting within three or four, once with only one jelly left, I caved and used my only two hammers ...(because unlike my troll, I have never spent a cent on cc; never will -- that's part of the fun for me: not giving in to king when they've presented us with a nasty and/or annoying level) -- had to use both of my daily spin hammers because I didn't know if a jelly has chocolate, you need two hammers. Sigh. All to pass with one star. Might replay it next time we run out of new levels.

JanC here.... Ahem, the actual real live JanC. Anybow gang, I did pass this Last week as I stated a few posts prior to my troll popping in.... Theyve got some people convinced, eh? But I am the actual JanC..... We have a few imposters I guess.... Smh. Lot of combos here gang as I said above, just keep at it!

Why don't you just post anonymous, then you won't have said "trolls". Heck, not like we know who your are anyway for you to name yourself. Just post a comment or tip and keep it moving. Geesh!!!

Don't go for the Sprinkle at the top, go for a wrapped, this will drop and can be exploded to clear the 'difficult' squares around the chocolate factory within two or three moves.Worked for me

It took about 20 lives to complete this level. The best way to win is to make your two color bombs, and use them to take out the candies left and right of the chocolate maker. The rest is basic candy crushing. Good luck.

They must have changed the level since the original comments. You never get two color bombs to start - one is created automatically for you and that is it!

JanC here! Hey guys, dont mind my troll please. Well gang, ahem, 3 stars 1st try!' Used a few hammers to "bash" this level. Bery unbearable level but luck of the Canadien eh??

Good luck gang!

Uh finally! What a frustrating level. The jellies on the right and left of the machine are hardest to get. A fish booster helped in the end.

I think I have gotten all jellies several times now, but it says I need two more. I really watch before the chocolate starts to cover. Anyone else have this happen?

Agree fish booster from the bonus wheel very useful still needed two hammers as the chocolate never stops growing.

c/candycrush here.
Fairly easy level, with luck you should be through in a few tries.
I only got one star, mind you.

The hardest squares to get are those on either side of the chocolate fan.
Make your colour balls (top first, bottom second) & as someone else said, detonate one, trying to include a colour that is in one of those difficult to get at squares.

A colour ball/stripe combo got me though-just.

Keep plugging away-no boosters needed this level. Save them for what is sure to be ahead somewhere.

Tried several lives without the fish booster and finally gave in and used one. Did the trick and got through. Made and set off the top sprinkle and then the bottom. Only 1 star, but I'll take it.

Agree with Roberta...The chocolate is a real pain but twice I was positive all jellies were removed where any choco then went & I concentrated on every visible jellie & was sure I won but failed saying need only 2 jellies...Any event after some 15 tries finally passed using tips in comments & some board luck with 1 star...no boosters...& glad its over...fun in beginning but got old & frustrating...its doable but can be a pain...

I don't know if I got a lucky board, but I did it after not too many tries. No hints, I'm afraid, just look carefully at each move before you make it and watch that chocolate!!!!
One star, no boosters - now on to a toughie, so I understand, which I believe is the last one on my iPad until King add more levels.

Wasted all my fish boosters still didn't pass. Finally tried the colour ball next to the to be made colour ball made on the first move and passed on the first try.

Finished with the fish booster. Good advice above. Formed top chocolate ball first then bottom chocolate ball. Both jellies by the chocolate fans were the same color so used one chocolate ball to get those on my 3rd move. Unlike most levels I play with my fish booster this one gave me 8 fish to use. Lucky board as well! Good luck.

I'm running into the same as a poster above... Pretty damn sure everything I'd cleared but no "Crush" only that I needed two more
If it had only happened once but several times now... Down to two fish, back to the board...
