Candy Crush Saga level 898

How to pass level 898 Candy Crush Saga
Have a good look around the board before you begin to make moves, as the first key you need is tucked away at the bottom of the board and you need to try to arrange the candies to collect it.
More keys will fall from the top of the board, but they will fall sooner if you can collect the first one.
Once the board is unlocked the chocolate will be set free, but if you make lots of special candies and combos the chocolate should be kept under control.
There are three UFO's locked in licorice strings which will help to clear some jelly, but if you use them at the end when you just have a few jellies left they are likely to miss the jellies completely, so best to use them as soon as possible for best effect.

2nd try, no boosters, but only 1 star. If you get lucky with the UFOs then this was is easy to clear. The top corners were the hardest spots to reach.

Took about 10 tries. Getting the keys ASAP definitely helps. And making specials wherever you can. Finished a couple of times, but not enough points. Made a couple of wraps near the end, and still had a saucer locked in. Used my hammer for the last jelly and the saucer got me the last few points I needed. One star but it's done!

Only one star. I was hoping I'd get more because I was lucky with my UFOS; they cleared out both chocolate areas. Oh well!

What am I doing wrong?? Just can't get the UFO's....?

Hi it's Kath... Last 2 levels were good, passed within a few tries each.. Did this one first go !!!

You have to use a special candy or a combo to bust open the UFO cages. Stripes will unlock them so you can use them when you want, and wraps usually explode the cage then release the UFO right away. Good luck!

I just finished my 2nd game and got thru.
I only scored around 280,000
& they put me thru anyway.
Then it indicated my score was 300,000.
Hey, fine by me!
The 1st game, I couldn't make a special to save my life.
The 2nd game, I was able to make 2 stripe/wrap combos
which took out the lower part of the board each time keeping the
choc down to a minimum.
I also got an occasional stripe but no choc sprinkle balls.
I was down to my last 2 points (I'm seeing a trend here)
& killed the last jelly.
BTW, I always play better after using my medical marijuana ☺️ just sayin'

I should've waited before I wrote my other comment
I forgot to add the stripes took out the locked UFO's which I used right away. Unfortunately they didn't
take out a block of choc. but they did some damage.
I also waited to play until I had a board where I could get a key in the 1st move.
That's it. Have fun & good luck!

I was so excited when I cleared my final jelly only to realize I didn't have enough points! Ergh. Back at it....

I am pissed off; I cleared my last jelly using a precious hammer and then was told I did not reach 300.000 points. I did not tell me I had to reach those points; it says 'clear the jelly', which I did. NOT happy Jan! Grace from Down Under.

Sorry to the real Jan C. The NOT happy Jan quote comes from a Yellow Pages ad some years ago. It was very successful and become a saying in Aus.
