Candy Crush Saga Level 1031

Hints and tips for level 1031 Candy Crush Saga
This is a pretty simple level to complete, all you need to do is collect all the keys from along the bottom and the fruit will fall out of the exits without you having to do anything else.
Use any special candy to unlock and collect the keys. Use stripes to hit the colourbombs along the top of the board, these can't be controlled, but they will still help to clear the chocolate and collect the keys.
The hard part is getting three stars on level 1031. Colour bomb/ wrap combos are best for high scores but you'll need a lot of luck to get them.

Not simple at all. Yet another one of those levels where you only get silly moves that do nothing while the board gets eaten up by chocolate. Yet another tedious wait for that lucky board.

I got this first try. I accidentally didn't uncheck a stripe/wrap booster and it helped. I got all the keys and the fruit just came out.

I think you're wrong to describe this as simple. It took quite a few goes and a lucky board to complete.....

Used a couple of hand switches. Lucky to complete first try. Only one star though. High points are hard to get

Simple hardly. 6 attempts and no cigar. Managed to unlock 2 fruits .. just not enuff moves and wasted all my choc balls!! Grrr

Got it on second try with three moves left. No boosters. Only one star but that's okay.
Biggest problem is keeping the chocolate from growing and then setting up moves to get the keys. As soon as I got the last key in center the ingredients just dropped through.
Good luck. Sharon

Got it on second try....i got a color bomb and a strip candy in the bottom. Key to success, work on the one side of the board!

Very hard to make moves! Used a coconut wheel which I reset my board till it was just above chocolate but a match would drop it to a row where it would clear a big section. With more room to move maxed to make a few good combos and got lat key on lat move causing fruit to drop. Great tip to primarily work one side of board!

Thanks

I found this quite difficult the chocolate needs to be cleared both sides and then there are not many moves to get all the keys.

On my second try, I was lucky enough to cross a stripe with a sprinkle. After that I was left with the key in the middle. I had to use a hammer at the end to beat the game. Only 1 star, but happy to move on. Good luck!!

Struggled 10 times then used all the pre-level boosters and passed with 16 moves left but only 2 stars.

I certainly didn't find this easy. I kept quitting if the chocolate got out of hand on one side. Very difficult to control when there are no moves to be had on one side. Got lucky on my 5th try when 2 wraps exploded together at the bottom. Didn't even see the fruit drop! Good luck everyone!

Tired of wasting my boosters on this boring level. It keeps getting more and more boring. This game used to be fun.

I like this site so much. Always try a new level on my own and when it becomes frustrating, like this level, come here. When I read the tips and saw it was simple I was disheartened. To read the other players posts and see I am not alone AND pick up tips is wonderful. Thank you to all who post and help other players!

"All you need to do is collect the keys" simple yes? NOOOO!

JSN: Reading through the tips, there seems to be no one path to success with this level. players have advocated keeping the chocolate under control, and another poster recommends letting the chocolate take over one side of the board. Some have succeeded with boosters and some without. I haven't had any success on my PC (though haven't yet tried a booster), even when I've managed to get rid of all of the chocolate. Too many times I'm dealt a lousy hand. I'm going to try playing on my iPhone where I can quit a game without moving if I don't like the initial setup, and won't lose a life - something I can't do with my PC.

JSN: Yeah, that's what it took. Kept restarting until I got the candy ball sitting next to the wrapped candy. that did enough damage that I was able to clear the board. Though I got another candy ball midway through the game. Onward!

I JUST PASSED and part was a good board but the other tip I would give and what I realised only this time: once the chocolate is gone it stays gone! I was able to get rid of the chocolate on one side and then was able to work on the other side without worrying on the chocolate building up on the side I had to leave alone for a while. Maybe this helps others as well. Grace from DU

Just use all your boosters knowing the colours of the keys. Play your usual style. Without using boosters it's impossible to pass this (weird) level. It's strange I cannot see this sollution in any comment given above....we're here at this site to help eachother I thought. Greet from Holland and good luck, KC (Kees).

After several attempts, finally got it using the pink wheel. I used the 1st one down low on the vertical. It wiped out ALL the yummy chocolate!!! Made a sprinkle and a stripe that knocked out some more. I then got 2 MORE wheels and DONE!!!!

Is there anybody out there?
