Candy Crush Saga Level 1285

Hints and tips showing how to pass level 1285 Candy Crush Saga by Allina Rumfelt

You have to make what ever moves you can at first.
Once the board starts to open up focus on getting a couple wrap/stripe blasts so you can get the chocolate bombs released from the popcorn.
Once the popcorn starts popping do double chocolate bomb blasts.  If your lucky you will get 3.   If you can get the 3 double chocolate bomb blasts then you should only have a few isolated jellies to clear out.
Try to clear the ones closest to the spinners first because that is where the chocolate will start spawning again and you may lose track of it and lose the game.

This level is fun. If the keys are destroyed they form wrapped candies and they can set off an explosion that's fun to watch. My problem seems to be the popcorn at the top. I think I will enjoy playing this one.

Enjoyed this one. Got 5 or 6 chocolate bombs together, that really did the trick. This would be a fun sugar drop level

Found this level to be kind of tedious. The keys themselves do not turn into wraps but release wraps in the center the chocolate usually eats. I only got one chocolate at a time but managed to switch two with stripes which helped open up the board. The other ones just blew up. I was left with four popcorn at top and took lots of moves to get two. Then got a stripe under the last two vertical ones and they actually fell together so was finally able to swipe two with five moves left and it cleared the board.
Finished on my second try. Good luck.

I guess it helps to complain! Finally got this after about 10 tries. Only managed to get 2 colour bombs together once. Had to do the rest with vertical and horiztal stripes. Glad to be moving n. Good luck everyone!

Dang chocolates eat every choco bomb that appears as they seem to all fall to the bottom right into their greedy jaws. I hate chocolate. Won't even eat it anymore :)

AARRRGH!!!!! What is the point of giving us choco bombs if every blasted one is either eaten by the damn chocolate or the wraps blow them up. I HATE this level! And r tjere are no boosters that will help. If someone has a tip, PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

I finally got it without boosters, and without getting two bombs together! It took about 10 tries on mobile. Maybe some of these levels are easier on other devices? Anne

Got this one first try. YES! Did nothing special. Just got a good board and side by side choco balls twice. Good luck.

Checked in after 2nd try and realized I would need a good board. Next try , got one. Still needed a hand switch to combine 2 sprinkles and an extra 5 moves but done!
Thanks

I got a good board, but had to use hand switches to match the sprinkles - then done.

What is the point of having keys to unlock wraps that right away get covered with chocolate, yes I try to avoid getting the keys but usually there are no other moves. Ridiculous level

The popcorn at the top most difficult look every time to attack the top, took ten attempts and enjoyable.

this is my lucky complaint post. Having trouble getting the popcorn at the top of the board. Everything else clears out easy enough so now I'm concentrating on the top ones first. Waiting on the lucky board.

BINGO!!! I don't know what it is about the complaint post that works. I went back after my post above and won the next game. Getting 3 pairs of chocolate balls (I call them power balls) cleared the board and cleaned up the last two with a stripe/wrap combo. Good luck to those of you struggling.

Played this for two days. Then finally got two double bombs and finished with 30 moves left

I find I'm having the same problem. I'm left with 4-5 merangues and can't get anything to zap them with. I've just played another game by clearing all the bottom board and was left with 9 jellies and 5 merangues a the the top, with 34 moves left. After that it was just matching 3's or just a couple of stripes. Also I agree with other bloggers who say what's the point in having wrappers in the column only for the choclate to gobble them up! And, when the sparkles appear and the wrappers have been released everything explodes and you don't get a chance to use the sparkles. I've had two sparkles and I was waiting for the board to clear, and there were no more matches, yet they both exploded by themselves. Oh well, I await a lucky board, hopefully.

Well after My last post I took it in turns playing on my iPad and phone without any luck. Used a fish at one stage, nothing! Then I used all three boosters on both, nothing! This time I used all three boosters but reset until the sparkle was next to a wrapper, but the same colour had to be more than 11 candies before I started. I got one after about thirty tries with about 14/15 same colour, that nearly cleared all the bottom half of the board just in one move. The rest was gradual, I used a handswitch to put to sparkles together, which I succeeded without them blowing up beforehand. Then I was left with two merangues. on the last merangue I ended up using 3 hammers to clear the board.
This level was not marked as hard but for me it was. I lost track on how many times I played it.

Phew! Onto the next one.

Good luck everyone
