Candy Crush Saga Level 1426

Hints and tips showing how to pass level 1426 Candy Crush Saga without boosters.
All the jelly is in the left side of the board under the locked chocolate and marmalade, so you need to get into that side of the board somehow.
The problem is that as soon as you unlock one of the candies from the marmalade it will be eaten by chocolate, leaving you no way in without using combos from the other side.
First you will need sideways stripes and stripe/wrap combos to unlock the chocolate, especially near the top.
Once the chocolate is unlocked from the licorice strings you can use either a colour bomb/stripe combo or two colour bombs switched together to remove as much chocolate as you can so you can start to make matches in the jelly.
If you are using a colour bomb/stripe combo make sure there are candies the same colour as the stripe near the top of the board so hopefully they will clear enough chocolate to allow more candies to fall down into the jelly.
Once you can make matches in the jelly make sure you keep the top from getting blocked by chocolate and you should be able to clear the jelly without too much trouble.

  1. Hated this level...seemed almost impossible to get the upper section opened up. Played this for a few days and barely opened the left side a few times. Ended up using 4 lollipop hammers just to get this one over with!

  2. Dreaded this after reading what two cats said. It isn't easy but got it after about 20 tries. Important to get a sprinkle stripe the same color as the fruit in the chocolate. Then you've got it made. It will take a lucky board that is for sure.

  3. Your best bet on this level is to try to do nothing on the left side of the board and just focus on getting a color bomb on the right side lined up with a stripe candy that is glazed over on the side with the chocolate. Someone already hinted at this but did not go so far as to suggest that you not shoot any of the chocolate on the left side. If you do so, you will have fewer candies turn into stripe candies on the left side when you eventually DO pair up a color bomb with a stripe candy, thus doing less damage to the chocolates. Took me about 20 tries to clear but only a few tries (with no boosters and 4 moves left) after I figured out the nuances of the strategy. Still need some luck getting the right side to cooperate, but it's not all luck.

  4. So, correct me if I'm wrong, it's imperative to clear the top of the left side before anything, at all, will happen?

  5. Why is this not considered a 'hard' level? It sure is for me. I haven't even been close yet.

  6. This level is just like all the other "lucky" levels. Only once have I gotten semi close that it was still 10-15 moves short...I hate waiting for a lucky board...

  7. Awful level but managed it after about 20 tries. If you can't open the top left impossible but unlike another comment above once I got left opened stayed on that side and totally opened it when I got the chance..3 jellies and one move left I used 3 hand switches..it was the closest I got. Glad to be done and agree should be a hard level

  8. Thanks to the great tips above I got this on my first try, three stars. Got lots of stripes lined up on right but waited til I got a choc sprinkle/stripe combo and even though I only had one covered candy the same color as stripe it worked. Still took more stripes and stripe/wrap combos and at the end I bought five extra moves with sugar drop gold bars. Figured I'd better if I was so close. Good luck all!

  9. Took few tries and a lucky board, always resetting for an immediate makeable choc ball. Got one next to it, and that got all of the cages. What tripped me up the first tries was a few remaining caged candies, and I would suggest clearing the left as opportunities come up. I came closer when I did that, and was able to get the candyless tiles with combos. Good luck.

  10. It pisses me off when people comment on here that they "got it on the first try". If that's true, then why the hell are you bothering with the blog? Liar, liar, pants on fire.

  11. Thank you Dr T - I took your advice and matched a sprinkle with a stripe. This left me with some chocolate remnants and jelly on the left. I made horizontal stripes, and then was very lucky. I got two sprinkles I could move together with a switch hand.. After that it was mopping up.

Wiki says this level is 'insanely hard'. Not if you don't get swamped with chocolate it isn't!

  12. And no, Carlye, it wasn't my first try!

  13. Getting nowhere, so I looked for tips on here (Thanks, all!)
Made a sprinkle and was able to mix it with a stripe. Used matches to get rid of most of the chocolate, but resorted to a hand switch to the lower of the last two, and then got the last one. With the chocolate gone it was a lot easier. I did use one more hand switch to get my last jelly as I was so close to finishing.

  14. Started with a chocolate ball booster and was able to make another one on first move. Got them together and matched them. Of course that did nothing, but the ending to this game made me think that it did set up the board for a win. Just kept making stripes and wraps and matching them. The key is to get rid of the chocolate with enough moves left to get the jelly. Down to one move and a jelly I couldnt match,so used a hammer. Yay! Thought I'd never get this one. JS

  15. I am finding this level to be impossible, and I am not even sure what would help me get it. I am going to try a few more times, and then it is good-bye to this frustrating game!

  16. Finally beat it but had to start with a sprinkle next to a stripe. Required some hand switches and a hammer to finish it off. Brutal. Good luck! LA

  17. Agree...brutal level. Not getting close at all.

  18. Have had my fill on this riculous level!

  19. Starting to lose my faith on passing the one.

  20. Need to take a break from this terrible one!

  21. Used a Fish booster-only gave me 1 fish- no help at all.

  22. Thanks for the tip to concentrate on making sprinkle ball stripe combos on the right and ignoring the left till it breaks open. Stripe wrap was also helpful to me. I still used a hammer on the last jelly because I didn't know if I'd get that close again. And Sharon none of us believe you pass on the first try as much as you say you do. What is the point of even saying that?

  23. ugh, I hate this level!! Been here for too long. No luck making specials, they always seem to blow on their own. Hoping for my lucky board soon.

  24. Tried it 4-5 times before reading the comments but could clear it first time after reading. The key was making colour ball and stripe combinations. The first time it was colour ball plus colour ball and later four colour ball plus stripe combination which cleared the jelly without use of any booster.

  26. One colour ball and a stripe is not nearly enough. You need lots of them. Don't make it sound so easy when it is not. Grace from DU

  27. With this level I reached the point where I am not enjoying myself anymore. It's not a challenge, it's plain boring. I am going to stop until I enjoy it again. To just waste time shuffling candies is becoming the same as to light a cigarette and not even liking the taste anymore. That's why I stopped smoking years ago. Yep, I'm going cold turkey. Grace from DU

  28. Be kind in your comments please, we don't need any more crap in this world

  29. Definitely need a chocolate bomb plus striped candy very early to clear the jelly then combinations. Took ten attempts.

  30. Does anyone remember when this game was fun? It has been quite some time. I don't mind a challenge but most of these boards now are ridiculous!!!

  31. I swear Candy Crush knows when I have given up and gone to this blog and read hints and suggestions. I had tried all of the suggestions on my own with no success but all of a sudden after I go to this blog I get a lucky board and succeed.

    ReplyDelete
  32. Well another hard level. Too many of them where you need luck.

    ReplyDelete
  33. Used a sprinkle and wrap booster that matched at least 4 of the candies on the left. Took out most of the left. Whew, finally done with this one.

    ReplyDelete
  34. Been on this too long. My enthusiasm is waning.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Yeah, make sideways stripes....whatever. all I ever get is vertical stripes. Sucky level. Not wasting my time. I have four free hours to play but I don't have time and I'm not wasting my time. Go blow

    ReplyDelete
  36. Oh you gotta have all kinds of boosters to get through this level. Guess I'm done.

  37. What a waste of time. Please Lord, help me have the strength to uninstall candy crush game.....

  38. Started with a booster color bomb and fish. Decided that my best bet was to switch 2 color bombs and was lucky enough (hand booster) to be able to make a second color bomb and switch them. Fish cleared a path and cleared just enough upper chocolates that I was able to get the chocolate gone. Then it was just a manner of clean up. 16 moves left over. 3 stars. Do not regret using 3 free boosters in one level.

  39. I'm using boosters and STILL not getting anywhere! Lucky board please!

    ReplyDelete
  40. tried and wasted boosters. open up left only to have chocolate stop everything up before I can clear the rest. frustrating

  41. I got this after about 6 tries. Although it was probably a combo of lucky board and boosters, I started with all 3 boosters, stripe/wrap, fish and chocolate ball. I worked to get the ball and stripe combo and then used the fish a few moves later. That wound up opening the board enough to give me another choc/stripe combo which really helped.

  42. I don't know why I held back on using my boosters at the start, but I had enough of trying to get rid of the chocolate. So this time I started off with a sparkle and fish. There was another sparkle already on the board and a stripe. I sat and debated to either put the two sparkles together or use the stripe and sparkle. I noticed on my previous try, after using a handswitch to put two sparkles together, that it hardly touched the chocolate. I had also previously used a stripe and sparkle but it didn't clear enough of the chocolate either, so I didn't bother with that this time. Anyway I decided to use a handswitch to put the two sparkles together which got rid of the cages, then the fish came along and I got rid of the rest of the chocolate with stripes. After that it was plain sailing. Plenty of moves left, 3 stars.
If one way doesn't work try starting with different boosters. I don't like using stripe and wrap if I can help it, as I notice I don't get many of those in my daily boosters or jumping candies. But if you have plenty of boosters then go for it. Also some bloggers notice they've done better early morning, that's worked for me sometimes, but not always.

    Good luck everyone.

  43. Seemed mission impossible and then got lucky board within 5 minutes ....
I ignored left side. Just waited for a stripe and bomb and away it went..

  44. Is this game ever going to be fun again????

  45. This level is pure evil.

At what point does EVERY hard level have to be the most insanely impossible level in the history of ever?

Feels like the last 20 hard levels are like the worst level ever.

    This level NEEDS a nerfing.

It should be the final level of a game, not another one.

  46. My hatred of chocolate grows by the day. I really have tried everything on this level and the closest I have been is down to 10 chocs. Have mercy on me cc

  47. This level is crazy. Impossible with or without boosters.

  48. So not funny anymore, bored senseless with this one.

  49. Fish booster worked wonders on this level, especially if you can match it with a stripe.

Would like suggestions for a better and fun game.

  54. I can't get a decent board to work with on this level... I hate to use my few boosters when I don't get anything decent to work with...
Guess I'll continue hoping a moderately lucky board comes along and I can put this one behind me...

  55. First time of posting ever. I'm really, really frustrated, Is anyone else finding the game impossible to continue because of glitches? I'm not even close to completing this level because it's so difficult and when I am able to get some stripes and choc together the game closes down and I have to restart the level again. I've used up all boosters (I had 27 choc balls originally) why can't King at least give us a Rolo option at least and fix the glitches along the way. I do look out for the regular updates by the way. I have come this far and really don't want to give up. Tried all techniques suggested as well. Thank you to all those who post, your comments are helpful. I know I will continue to try but my enthusiasm and addiction to cc is beginning to wane.

  56. Ok candy crush I get it I have to wait for a lucky board to pass this level. How long do I have to wait????? I've used all my boosters and still can't pass. Come on with the lucky board please this is getting boring.

  57. Use a flying saucer booster if you have one. Mine put all the wrapped candies in the left column which practically cleared the board. Easy from then on.

  58. I just st never seem to get close. 😖

  59. Tried for ages on iPad- not even got close. Used lots of boosters only to have board consumed by chocolate. After running out of lives I tried on my iPhone and succeeded first time- trying on a different device has worked successfully before, so give it a go and good luck - hated this level!
