Candy Crush Saga Level 1714

Hints and tips showing how to pass level 1714 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 1714 is a dual task level, you need to collect 4 ingredients as well as clearing all the jelly.
The thing that usually kills the game is the bombs, so destroy them whenever you get the chance in case you don't get another one.
The ingredients are not too much of a problem as long as you remember to keep your eye on the moves. The ingredients fall on moves 32, 28, 24 and 20. So if you make those moves in or near the right hand column the ingredients will fall there and go straight down out of the exits without you having to worry.
Don't worry too much if the ingredients come out anywhere else as they will usually slip down the board as you play, but there are a few places they can get stuck and have to be moved, so it's always easier to let them fall where you want them.

I can't believe there are no comments. Did everyone find this easy because I have been stuck for days - those bombs!

i think noone commented because too many people are still stuck at earlier levels! what a nightmare episode this is! I managed to clear this level using a fish booster, 2 hammers & 1 hand switch.

Yes, the bombs are brutal, and the board is set up so weird it's hard to anticipate moves. I guess I'll try some boosters, myself.

already get bored with candy crush after spending boosters to pass those ridiculous level than another stupid level again !

How is this not marked as a hard level??? So far in the last 3 days I have either had 1 of 3 different outcomes...a bomb gets into a place I can't match it, one or more of the ingredients gets stuck in the middle or I get all the ingredients and somehow contain the bombs but need to destroy 12 pieces of jelly on the last move.....

Thank you to the CC developers for taking any fun out of the game.....I wish that stupid fun o meter had a annoying setting for this level.

This level is doing my HEAD in! Grrrrr, no fun, not hard huh?! Really?! Used all my boosters up and still got nowhere near, I suppose I'll have to wait for my 'lucky board', the one's that don't exist :-(

I just used all possible booster... Done!

Used all 3 boosters, matched the sprinkle with the stripe and cleared an exploding bomb with a hammer. Could've probably saved the fish, as it only appeared twice and didn't do much good.
Yet another boring, "booster-greedy" level, like most levels in this episode...

I had one ingredient on the board at the start and the others fell at moves 35,31, and 27. On my third try I was down to my last jelly (a double) so used a hand switch and lollipop to finish. I did have today's freebie sprinkle at the start, which helped with a bomb I couldn't match.

Horrible...help!

Marked as a hard level on iPad. Finally used a couple of hand switches and 3 lollipop hammers to get the last jellies. Happy to be moving on. Good luck everyone! Is anyone losing their gold bars?? Mine seem to disappear without me using them...just wondering.

I passed this level on the third try without boosters. Just take care of the ingredients first and when they are gone, work on the jellies. On the IPad the board starts with an ingredient and others fall on moves 35, 31, and 27 as one other commented.

Same here! Ugggh

Get ingredients out first. Had to use 1 lollipop booster on a bomb & 1 on the last jelly. I guess I had a lot of luck too on fourth try. This time no ingredient got stuck in the middle.

Commenting here for lucky board to appear!

I was stuck at this level for a long time but after using a wheel, sprinkle and fishes booster, I was able to finish it with 20 moves left!

Been stuck for ages and used all my hammers and switches to get past one of the nightmare levels a few levels back - either get blown up or ingredient gets stuck or have jelly left :-(

Been on this for days and it is impossible. This is set up for failure as bombs aren't near anything you clear them with. There is not much room to create special candies. Don't think there is a lucky board for this one.

I will say I have been on level #1714 for days. It's a shame the new buyers of candy crush have decided to go this way in the game; no one enjoys what was a truly fun game that you would occasionally spend money on, but, this technique they are using is not fun nor do you have a challenge, it's just controlling, luck or all about money. Shame on you, not a good business decision on your part. You will in a very short time be looking for a buyer yourself to try and recoupe your mistakes! You are losing players, I have out of over 50 friends playing this game down to three friends left. Listen to your players you will be the loser in the end.

I think this is the most boring level so far! It's close to impossible! I think my time with CC may well be up! It's supposed to be a game! Aka fun!!

This is a 'use your boosters' level if you have them. I tried only a couple of times without any and it just seemed like there were so few moves available. Just matches of three are hard enough to make and they wasn't always a chance to make them on or near the right (or left) hand side so that the fruit could just easily make it's way down. I found that no matter what I did at least one piece of fruit slipped into a dead spot. So I used all three boosters and it took me two tries to finish. I didn't try to reset to get them into particular placements either, I just wanted some guaranteed movement on the board. I also tried not to waste a move exploding a bomb. If I could clear jelly while exploding one I did it. I did always keep an eye on them though. In the game I won, in addition to the three boosters, I had to use a free hand switch to move a cherry out of a dead spot, one hammer to eliminate a bomb and one more to get rid of the last jelly. The bombs help give you decent points but this was not a level I wanted to spend a ton of time on. Just no fun at all.

Geez...okay patience running out... three days.....boosters disappeared...sugar drops giving everything but hand switches and hammers...and you need a few of them...ugh

CCAddict said...

No no noooo!!!!!! Twice in a row....only one jelly left...NO HAMMER.....sob sob sob

This is as tiresome as level 1710 was

This is a hateful level. It's just soooo boring, I do disagree with some of the tips. If the fruit falls in the middle section, I just restart, having wasted numerous hand swaps etc. I also think it's pointless using boosters, I've wasted loads of fish, candy hammers, hand swaps, thinking, wow I've got 28 moves to clear 5 jellies, how am I not going to do that... Erm the bombs, and just not being possible to make specials. I'd save hand swaps and candy hammers to having a jelly left and hitting it, as just like the person above, I have been twice in the position of only having 1 jelly left and no hammer :-( why make levels like this? It doesn't make me want to spend money, just stop bothering playing, as it's so dull. I know I'll get through at some point as I have 2 hammers now! Hope my tips help someone :-)

I have noticed that when I get to having 33 moves left, on the right hand side the jellies move once and then slips down another one......been left with just one jelly to get with 16 moves left.....and failed......sort this out please KING.....total nightmares!😡

Yea, boosters help. Got it on my first try. Ended up with one move left and three hard to reach jellies. after reading the posts here, I decided to hammer the remaining 3 jel, and get out while the getting was good.

Moves for cherry drops 42. 38. 34

Use iPad and not iPhone. Bombs have much longer life and less bombs drop on iPad. Try and make fruit drop only in the last column so it won't get stuck in middle. No boosters needed if you can do that. 3 tries only needed for iPad after playing days on iPhone. Close all 3 times on iPad but never on iPhone.

Ano control were the fruit falls once it is the track

Anonymous said...

Not much skillfully because there are a few moves. Frustrating level. Need a lucky board.

Boosters didn't help at all so I gave up using them. I manage to make two wrapped next to each other and they took out a huge section on one side so I just needed to concentrate on the other side and keeping the bombs at bay. Two hand switches were needed to clear the last few jellies.

So I've tried five times this morning. Can't seem to get all the jellies. It's tough. Don't get many matches in the right spots.Looks like I'll be stuck forever, AGAIN!
