Candy Crush Saga Level 1919

Hints and tips showing how to pass level 1919 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
All the licorice you need is on the board, but you will have to unlock at least one of the chocolate machines to get the 12 chocolates that you need. Since there are only 20 moves you need to get the chocolate growing within the first few moves or you won't be able to get enough since it only grows one piece at a time.
Once the chocolate is spreading leave it as long as you can before clearing any, it won't spread if you keep clearing it.
The hardest thing to get is the popcorn in the middle. You will need either wraps detonated beside it, or stripe/wrap combos to blast through the middle. Stripes alone won't touch it.

Surprised by the lack of comments here! Having no great problem getting the popcorn, but struggling to get enough chocolate grown and blasted before I run out of moves. Think I will have to resort to a lolly to get a spawner started really early. Was trying not to use boosters for this one. It is a pity that I seem to have to decide which boosters to use for each game now rather than just deciding on a strategy - the challenge has changed since the start. Disappointing!

Polly won't unlock chocolate spawner- I've tried- and the chocolate is the only problem!! I had one left last go!!

CC from vero said...

I used check booster- gives lots of combos so I got spawners opened quickly and that did it! However, I agree that you pretty much have to look at the board and decide which booster will do the trick- so many of the later levels are impossible without them- no real strategy at all:(

lots of exploding but can't get the popcorn or enough chocolate

Managed this one first go with the help of 9 of my saved gold bars. Was short of chocolate. Takes 3 moves for the chocolate to come and blasting it only makes it worse, but with the explosions on the board it's hard not to hit the chocolate when you want to let it grow! Good luck everyone! I got the lucky board first go.

Check mark gets the chocolate needed

Anonymous said...

If you think it's difficult to get the orders within 30 moves like in the video, try it on Android (which has only 20)...
P.S. Check mark doesn't really help as it often gives more licorice

Anonymous said...

I passed it after posting the above, but used all 3 boosters. Combined sprinkle with wrap, thus getting rid of the licorice within the first few moves. Afterwards the check marks had no choice but to transform in chocholate or popcorn.

Connie said...

The best way is to use a check mark which will turn into a popcorn where you can make a wrap to turn it into a sprinkle and now let Chocolate build and clean up. Much easier than trying to takeout the one given without a touching candy

Anonymous said...

Can't get enough chocolate. My checkmarks don't turn into chocolate, and even after I unlock the spawners, they don't spawn chocolate. What gives? Think I need to quit for awhile.

I have 20 moves on all devices. Seems impossible. Have gotten down to needing 1 chocolate once and most other times not even close!

20 moves on my iPad.."

Tried with and without boosters. Finally passed it without using boosters. What worked for me was unlocking only one chocolate spawner. That way, the chocolate only grew in one part of the board, which made it easier to avoid hitting it and interrupting chocolate production.

Anonymous said...

Only 20 moves and there's not enough chocolates even with all 4 spawner unlocked. Funny that these spawners can spawn chocolate like nobody business on other levels but just became so dormant when it really matters.

Can cruise through getting licorice and sprinkle with tons of points, but can't get enough chocolate!!!!!!!

Quite an enjoyable level but very difficult to get the chocolate required with only 20 moves , I dont understand why they take away moves unless it's because too many people passing without buying boosters ,so now in order to pass you need to play for days on end or buy boosters and that's so unfair to the people who can't afford to ,plus at this level I have very few candy crush friends left that I can get lifes from.

Wasted all my boosters....only a lucky board can help u in this....I started playing n after 5 moved unlocked the chocolate spawner...don't know from where all the color bombs came pouring in...n before I knew...I had cleared the level.

When did Orville Redenbacher come out with this indestructible popcorn?

Use a hammer to unlock chocolate on your first move. That's what worked for me on my first try.

Anonymous said...

Finally passed this on pc 3*s no boosters! Could not even come close on IPad!

Anonymous said...

Can someone tell me how to use the hammer on the chocolate spawner? I'm not able to use it while it's wrapped. I've released the licorice by my 3rd move and still can't get enough chocolate to pass the level. Many times I've been down to one with all licorice and and popcorn removed. I just can't get the enough chocolate. Apparently you need to start the spawner immediately to get enough. Yes, strange indeed that the spawner can work against you depending on the level- either too little or too much. Stupid level!

Anonymous said...

Lost count of the number of failures before I eventually passed. Many times I got down to needing five chocolate. Sometimes just three but they were slow to grow.

Eventually I got lucky. Three moves and the popcorn was gone. Two more and the licorice was cleared plus a couple of chocolate. I tried to make moves away from the chocolate fountains to let the chocolate grow but it still wasn't easy. With two moves left I needed two chocolate and only one on the board but fortunately another grew and I had a match next to them to take them both with my final move.

No coconut wheel on this level.

Judie said...

Agree with others saying to use the check mark. I finally had 99% luck with it .. but needed 1 more chocolate. I had enough gold bars (no I did not pay for them) to make 5 more moves but in my case only needed one of those 5. Whew moving on.

Anonymous said...

Need more chocolate! Thank you!

Anonymous said...

Again.... 20 moves instead of 30. Not enough turns to get all the chocolates. Waiting for lucky board.

Anonymous said...

This board is just STUPID.. I get the marshmallow and licorice and it does not spawn enough chocolate. On top of it only 20 moves with is ridiculous. I used all the boosters I had on my computer. I won't spend any more money on the game I will quit first. This is NOT A SKILL level it's buy stuff or not win level. :( CYA Candy Crush it's been fun.

Unknown said...

Checkmarks helped. Spawned a ton of chocolate for me while I worked the rest of the board.

Anonymous said...

This is a nasty level. The chocolate spawners are oddly reluctant to produce any chocolate. I haven't beaten this level yet, but I'm waiting to earn some of the check mark boosters. I think the secret is a checkmark and a lot of lollipop hammers, just in case.

vicrock said...

Checkmark did it for me

Anonymous said...

I passed it with ease the fourth time when I thought about it differently. The tendency is to get rid of the licorice and popcorn first. But that's backwards. I only worried about opening the spawners and making one block for them to spawn. Then I avoided those areas. I stayed toward the top of the board. Four spawners creating chocolate every third move gets you the chocolate you need. The popcorn and licorice took care of itself, as do the chocolate.

Unknown said...

I want to share a cool thing that I discovered. If you use a checkmark and it's on the conveyer belt when you match it, if it turns into popcorn, not only does it immediately turn to a sprinkle but it also counts as popcorn completed. It is the easiest way ever to do the popcorn.

Unknown said...

I don't know if they changed it after a few months, that often happens. But for several games I have opened every spawner early. They still do not spawn chocolate. Sometimes you'll get one chocolate after four or five moves. The only thing that saved me was the check booster. I had tons of cascades which dropped lots of checks and those turned in to chocolate. The only way it is possible to win.

Donavan said...

That is a really cool glitch in our favor. After reading the above post I started with the check booster and matched it on the conveyer and it turned into a sprinkle. I then created another sprinkle and it ended up on top of the other sprinkle. This took out all but 2 of the licorice but did not unlock any of the chocolate spawners. I tried to use a hammer to unlock a spawner but it would not let me. By the time I unlocked a spawner I only had 12 moves left but the check marks were giving me chocolate as well. With all of this good luck I still ended up 2 chocolate short. Grrr.

Anonymous said...

This level is driving me NUTS! Every level where there is chocolate spawners, the chocolate rebuilds so fast you get overrun. Not this level, you can't get enough chocolate. Popcorn and liquorice is easy, but always lose due to lack of chocolate!!! grrrrrr

Anonymous said...

No matter what I do, I'm still short 3-5 chocolate. Waiting on a lucky board.

Anonymous said...

Since this help was posted the board has changed. Opened up more so it's easier to get the popcorn, but harder to get the chocolate to spawn due to cascades with almost every move.

Anonymous said...

This is impossible! If I pop the popcorn, I don't have enough chocolate. If I have enough chocolate, I can't pop the popcorn. I need a lucky board asap. I have been on this one for a few days now and getting really tired of it.

Anonymous said...

Where are you lucky board, no skill here, just luck me thinks!

Anonymous said...

Are all the levels going to be rigged now. What's with the spawners not making chocolate!!!! How are you expected to pass this stupid level other than being allowed by king to pass.

Anonymous said...

Omg used a check mark and it turned to licorice! Then I didn't any more check marks until less than 10 moves left. Used 7 gold bars to spin to win more moves and got a lollipop hammer instead of extra moves and I still haven't passed :(

Anonymous said...

I Am glad that are less stressfull games than the cc and kingsize games. I play them more and more, for me, no kingsize and cc games!

Unknown said...

I think it's important to unlock only ONE spawner. Then leave chocolate to grow in one corner while you work on the popcorn. Be careful not to bust even one chocolate as it won't grow on the following move. The best thing for the popcorn, I found, was getting a wrap into each of the upper corners and then maybe you need to clean up a licorice or two. A little luck and the wrapped will bust the popcorn without you spending a move..finally clean up the chocolate.

Been stuck on this level for months don’t play as much anymore and when I do I get down to only needing one chocolate the spawners don’t give out enough darn stupid level

Anonymous said...

Yet another stupid game where one has no control over the chocolate. Going on holiday tomorrow, will not be taking my tablet!!

Carole said...

I guess I have to wait for a lucky board. I had almost finished couple if times but ran out of moves 😐

Anonymous said...

Once a chocolate shows up, AVOIDE clean any chocolates, or chocolate will not grow, and you will have not enough chocolate for 12. Since chocolate grows one piece at a time, the first chocolate better shows up before 12 steps left.

Silverdollarbill said...

Got it first try starting with the stripped UFO, no other boosters , 4 moves left, 3 stars. Reset until I got a CB stripped switch. Few moves later made a CB wrapped switch. Just had to wait for enough chocolates to appear, while making stripped candies and CBS.

Barbc said...

This one was hard but you don’t need any boosters to pass it. The tip above about clearing one spawner, then work making matches on the opposite side or corner of the board, is the trick to this level. Let the chocolate accumulate, look for making wraps and stripes, then if you can get one positioned near the popcorn, set it off near the end of your moves. It will clear the popcorn and all the chocolate. Anywho, that’s what worked for me. My last move was to set off a stripe wrap next to the popcorn, which I had already hit a couple time with stripes.

Old Lady said...

I hate this level. You can't use any strategy. Anything you try to set up is obliterated by unanticipated cascades. There is NO WAY to predict what will fall.

Anonymous said...

Can't get near that popcorn thing in the middle, need a lucky board.

Anonymous said...

Thanks for all the tips. Took a few days to pass it but I used the tips of (1)just opening one spawner first and then just staying away from it and letting it spawn chocolates and not destroying them. (2) I ignored the popcorn because I knew if I got enough chocolates, I could hit it with a few lollipops but that wasn't necessary. The board has to be fairly lucky too. Stars need to align on this one.

Anonymous said...

Beginning day #3! This is a really hard level. Just cannot get enough chocolate! Either I have one more chocolate to go or the popcorn to get -- no more moves! Time for a lucky board!!

Annie said...

Possibly the most boring level so far. No strategy works unless you have boosters to back it up. All I can do is wait for a lucky board I guess. Day 4 so far. Really not enjoying this one.

Linda said...

That works. Thank you.

Linda said...

Yep! That worked for me.

Linda said...

I took this advice from above. It works. Open just ONE chocolate maker ASAP. Then stay away from it and let it make chocolates! If you break a chocolate it will stop or slow down production. Wait till you've got all the chocolates, then break them. In meantime, work other parts to make combos and clear licorice and popcorn. Hammers are helpful if you have some saved for last moves.

Anonymous said...

Ridiculous awful level.

Unknown said...

I have noticed whilst playing candy crush saga level 1919, the video that plays starts with 30 moves, whereas my version starts with 20 moves.
Also, I start with 8 more liquorice squares than the 20 on your video. Therefore, I am find the inconsistencies a stumbling block to complete this particular level.

James said...

OKAY GUYS, THIS IS HOW YOU BEAT THIS LEVEL!

First, you use a UFO booster to launch some wrapped candies first thing - this will *immediately* liberate some of the chocolate dispensers...

Then, you focus on the BOTTOM of the board. I don't know why this works, but it does! Just keep making simple combos at the bottom of the board - the board will shift enough to knock out the licorice and pop the popcorn - but it will also create enough chocolate to pass the level. I actually finished the level with 5 moves left.

Seriously, I have been stuck on this level for days - I tried this strategy and passed on the first time! It works!

Anonymous said...

Firstly, there is no ufo thing now. Secondly, we don't have the luxery of resetting anymore and thirdly, for whatever bizarre reason I keep finishing needing 3 chocolates. It's been the same all day!
