Candy Crush Saga Level 2068 tips and video

Hints and tips showing how to pass level 2068 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
First try to make a stripe/wrap combo in the top section to clear the first layer of cream and also get the fruit down to the bottom row so that when you clear the rest of the blockers the fruit will fall down into that row and prevent the chocolate from filling up the row.
Once you have the fruit in the middle row you need a stripe/wrap combo in the bottom left to clear the marmalade and with luck you may be able to make a match to get the fruit down.
The video below was made before they took away some moves. I used 30 of the 50 moves in the video and there are only 25 now, but it should be possible with some luck.
Although the video has more moves it still gives the strategy needed to collect the fruit.

Again, another level they took away moves...it seems like EVERY level in this section had more moves when it came out and they took them away...URGH

Taken away so many moves and made the game so boring its no longer worth playing.

I got it with 5 moves left. I was lucky enough to get 3 stripes that took out the cream. I used 1 lollipop hammer to kill the candy to drop the cherry down into the middle. Then I had a stripe/wrap to uncover the candies. Lucky to have a match to make and dropped the cherry down. Its all about luck...

Why do you take away moves!!! Lucky board needed!!

This level was KILLING me so finally I just cleared the cream (and one line of the marmalade) and used 2 lollipop hammers to get through the bottom. Ugh.

Started with a colour bomb booster/stripe combo and a coconut wheel. First combo moved the cherry down and the coconut wheel in the bottom section cleared space after a few horizontal stripes to take out the candies in the bottom. Cherry fell right down. Tried many times without boosters and I have so many, thought I would try them. Only one star but happy to move on. Good luck everyone!

Crossed the level using a coconut wheel ..

Passed the level with 3 moves using boosters.
Started with all 3, reset until sprinkle/strip was available, and the wheel hit the blokers without hitting the combo.
First move - hit the blockers with the wheel.
Second - sprinkle/strip combo hit the blockes for the second time and clear half of the bottom right.
- Used hummer to drop the fruit down.
Third move - simple move in the bottom right send the fruit out of the exit.
Done with 22 mones to spare.
Good Luck.

i used to love this game but now i'm starting to hate it!!! without booster these levels are impossible!!! guess i'm going to get rid of this game...

Hi, this is actually a level we should all enjoy. It's back to the 'strategic' levels of candy crush. I completed this by thinking carefully before every move and placing my stripes in the right places. iPad, 25 moves, no boosters, 5 moves to spare, no lucky board. One star. Anna from Australia.

Anonymous said...

So yet again a level that had 50 moves originally is now down to 15. Why?

Anonymous said...

How come this is not even rated as a hard level?? Imposible without boosters, which I run out of, in just 25 moves.

Anonymous said...

It helps if you can get a stripe/wrap combo in the bottom and use it to clear the bottom right and leave a lot of empty spaces there that don't refill with jelly. Because that's the hardest part of this level. You clear jelly and then it comes back before you get another combo.

Just close your Candy Crush Saga business, King.

First try, but had to use a hammer to let the fruit out the exit.

Every one is right. Taking away moves is taking the fun out of the game.

I can't believe there's so few posts on this one, I can't get anywhere near! Oh well I suppose it'll happen eventually!

I used a coconut wheel. Reset to get the line of blockers first up. Played very slowly and carefully got more coconut wheels and used them strategically and got it first try with the wheel. Probably a lucky board too. Good luck it is getable.

I'm with the others who say it's just not a fun level. The developers deciding to opt for making people buy/use boosters (apparently the goal of taking away so many moves) is OK every once in awhile -- but to do it for every game just makes it yucky.

Anonymous said...

iPad has 25 moves not 50 as on video. Please correct.

Anonymous said...

It is possible to do with just 25 moves and no boosters. It took me six attempts. Only one star but a pass is a pass.

Impressive!

It is rated hard now.

Posting for luck.

Video needed 30 moves, we get 25 on iPad.

Anonymous said...

Struggling with this level. Not enough moves . Frustrating!

Anonymous said...

Can't be done in 25 moves. Show a video with 25 moves, not 50.

Anonymous said...

Not enough moves to make all the side swaps needed. Impossible to win this level with 25 moves and not a lot of boosters.

Anonymous said...

iPad has only 25 moves...Please correct..

Spawner is overkill...

Where did all the fun go? Yes, there were challenging levels, but they weren't all based on lucky boards. Ever since the new owners came along, it's just not the same game

Reading through the comments, the quickest chance of success seems to be starting with the boosters (coconut wheel, candy ball, and stripe/wrapped candies), and then restarting my iPhone until I had the candy ball next to the wrapped candy below, and the coconut wheel above. I mad sure that at least two candies below the blockers were the same color as the wrapped candy I was going to combine with the candy ball.

With the wheel, I hit the blockers one time. Then I set off the candy ball-wrapped candy combo. There were two candies in the lower half of the right side of the same color as the wrapped candy, so setting off the combo removed ALL of the candy. Didn't have to worry about the spawner any more.

Just concentrated on hitting the blockers two more times. It would have been nice if there had been candy above the blockers of the same color as the wrapped candy, but I wasn't that lucky, and didn't want to keep reshuffling my boosters. I was able to get two more shots on the blockers, and my fruit dropped straight through with 13 moves left.

I was prepared to use two hammers to break through the center blocker, but fortunately this wasn't necessary.

Uggh, tedious and so far impossible. Waiting for that lucky board.

JC said...

It is now listed as a hard level and appropriately so!
I like the level, but, I have used all of my boosters on this level :(

TNC said...

Thanks Anonymous! Hated to use all 3 boosters but this level was miserable. Used the coconut wheel first to take one layer off the middle blockers. Then color bomb with wrapped to take out all the candy in the bottom with the evil spawner. Then a few more stripes took out the rest of the middle blockers and the ingredient fell right through. Got it first try with all 3 blockers but had to reset many times until it looked like I had the right placements.

You all are complaining about 25 moves?!?!? I get only 15. No where close to ever getting this one. It's the worst level I've seen in 2068 of em. No fun.

Gabsgran said...

Refuse to spend any more money buying boosters just to get to next impossible level! Fun is gone from CC...

Anonymous said...

Don't leave up a video that you know is wrong. Show how we can pass this level with the number of moves allowed now. There is zero value to showing how to win in 50 moves when we don't get 50 moves.

Anonymous said...

25 moves isn't enough to beat this one. I'm sure I could have done it with 50, or even 30 would help. I've used boosters and still no luck. It seems impossible with only 25. I'd like for someone to post how they did it with 25.

Bullshit...To all comments....serious chess player here, and this level is purpose designed by a teenage programmer with more time on his hands than Vaseline...! 100+ boards so far, and no strategy comes close. Wtf is it with the removal of the moves. Seriously, nothing better to do, when seeing so many people pass a level, to alter it to make the lesser intelliectuals pay for special packages, which don't usually appear. Daily moves.. bahhaaaaaaaaaaa. Weekly on a PC more like it. Daily on tablets...yes...PC. You seriously need older and smarter people in your gaming design section.

Posting for luck. Just not enough moves.

Sueie said...

I'm not a chess player and have been couculating all my moves and still can not get anywhere near this is really doing my head in grrrr

Anonymous said...

Tried six times. Only made moves that would give horizontal stripes. Got a lucky board with wraps, and bingo..passed. Was being contrary, and refused to use booster. Hang in there, it is possible!

Anonymous said...

Not real sure if I can beat this one. It just don't want me to get anywhere. I have tried to get the middle blocks out first however by the time I get them gone, I only have 3 or 4 moves left. Not enough time to get the job done. I guess I will just have to wait and pray I get a lucky board.

Denise said...

I am so sick of these stupid levels! Why can’t King be consistent and have decent levels. Luck is the only way to beat this one!

Anonymous said...

Back to post for a lucky board

Denise said...

You have to be a real pro to beat this level!

Denise said...

I’m done with this level! It’s too hard!!!

Anonymous said...

Bloody impossible....I'm giving up!!!

Teresa said...

Clearly impossible with so little moves :(((

Hoping a lucky board comes my way!

Hoping for a lucky board please!

Any luck left? I need it

Yet again less moves what is wrong with this game, this section of games are more & more impossible to pass due to taking moves away. I am beginning to agree with other players this game has been fixed so you have to purchase boosters, no money to do so, so that means it is going to take months to get through this level if I continue playing CANDY CRUSH. Time to look for another game.

Annomous said...

That's me finished with this game, when it takes over a week to get through a game it's just ridiculous. What is up with you KING SORT THIS GAME OUT. JUST BORING!!!! What do you gain from this, not every one can afford to buy their way through these games.

Annomous said...

WHERE HAVE THE DAILY CALENDER BOOSTERS GONE??????????

Anonymous said...

It obviously is doable because some have cracked it but it's not working for me and decreasing the amount of moves by half is unbelievable! Good luck needed.

Anonymous said...

Posting for luck again because it works.

Good luck everyone.

Incredible boring level based on luck. #basta

Another level less moves why king games

luckylau said...

Read the hints and on this board all my stripes go up n down and not across, the wraps burst before I can use them. Just not enough moves on
This level. Just when u think u are getting things together u run out of moves. 10 minutes, 5 lives....wow.....

The coconut wheel worked for me on the first attempt with the booster activated. I still had a lucky board, but the coconut wheel definitely helped set up a situation for where luck could come into play. The thing I found helpful in this level is that it seemed you could make normal, 3-candy combinations and get the coconut wheel to a place where you could then trigger the level(s) you needed clearing. So many times the game gives you the wheel in a place where it does not good whatsoever, but that didn't seem to be the case here. If you have the wheels to spare, I'd suggest giving it a try.

got this on 2nd try , i started with a coconut wheel and hit the bottom right side which took out the candy's so the spawner had nothing to cover , then used 2 hammers for the cherry
