Candy Crush Saga Level 2257 tips and video

Hints and tips showing how to pass level 2257 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
You need to score 180,000 points in 30 moves to complete level 2257 Candy Crush Saga.
The first, and most important, thing you have to do is clear the bombs. You have 15 moves to unlock and destroy all the bombs before they count down.
If you make a colourbomb try to use it on bombs that are already unlocked if you can do it without risking the locked ones counting down too much. This will give you the best scores and once the bombs are gone no more will appear.
Work as close to the bottom of the board as you can to create cascades and use the conveyor to get your combos together whenever possible.

fun level, got this first try,2 stars

Not fun at all. If I managed to get rid of all the bombs, I would only come within 20,000 pts of what I needed. The worst part was clearing the bombs in the corners, especially the bottom ones. When I finally made the score it did cost me 1 lollipop to get rid of one final bomb, but I finally passed and it was worth it.

I finally passed this level using 2 lollipop hammers to destroy the last 2 bombs. The sugar crush at the end put me up to 200,000. But I was prepared to buy 5 extra moves if needed just to pass. Was a frustrating level ~ especially with the bombs in the corners!

Got rid of all the bombs with about 17 moves left, but couldn't get a high enough score. WTH?

The key is color bombs. Lots of color bombs. Then you will easily get high enough score.

I got this on the 1st try. Don't use boosters. I used a color bomb but did me no good. I have to use it in the first few moves. The hardest bombs to clear are the ones in the corners. Clear as much licorice as possible by making matches. I cleared all the bombs except the one on the bottom left and it was still locked with 2 moves to go. Luckily for me, a color bomb came and I matched it with the same color as the bomb. Then another color bomb came and match it again with the color of the bomb so I did not have to hammer it.

I tried once with no boosters and it was a fail. Second attempt I used a sprinkle to start and used it on the bombs in the cages that had most of the same color, in my case, blue. After that it was making specials, etc., and I managed two stars.

If you start with a sprinkly ball next to a wrapped, you'll get rid of most of the bombs. You don't want to be rid of all of them, though, because you'll need to explode remaining ones to get your score up above the one-star cut-off. I had played a good number of times with no boosters, and could never get rid of all the bombs in 15 moves before some counted down to zero. However, I got it on the second try using boosters.

I started with a color bomb booster and right away hit the bomb with the most color. Using a color bomb usually makes it easier to create more. This was true for this level. I also created cascades when possible. I tried once without a booster and got nowhere. Second time with and I got three stars. Lucky board as well? Who knows. Diane

After two days of trying no boosters, I gave in to chocolate sprinkle and a wrap stripe Combo. Reset until chocolate and wrap were side by side. Ignited those and it took out most of the bombs. Easy to get the rest and had plenty of time to build score. I always try for awhile to get the levels without boosters. But, it is getting increasingly impossible for me. I will use them to go on. I want to finish.

This was a welcome respite after the dreadful level 2256. Alas, 2258 also dreadful! Don't need boosters on this one, you have enough time to plan your moves.

Not enough moves to get rid of all the bombs.

I started with the Sprinkle I got from the Christmas Stocking. I couldn't match it with a bomb so I picked the colour of the most bombs in the cages. I soon got another Sprinkle and matched it with the colour with the least number of that colour on the board. That gave me another Sprinkle. I passed with 2 Stars playing on PC.

The game of cc is pure luck, for this game you neef patience by all levels. CC make iT difficult in the hope you buy boosters. I never dus and i never will. I have and take time when i want to play it and yes i am not addicted to a game at all!

Got all the bombs with 12 moves left and ended short of the 1 star. Rats!

Got it the second time, no boosters. My score was too low the first time as I didnt get the most from the timed bombs
I had blown them all up with a sprinkle and sprinkle match.

I started with a color bomb 3rd try and hit a bomb with the most colors of bombs and then kept making more bombs
