Candy Crush Saga Level 2330 tips and video

Hints and tips showing how to pass level 2330 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Another orders level, you have 22 moves to collect 3 colourbombs and 20 stripes.
The easiest way to collect the majority of the stripes is using a colourbomb/stripe combo.
If you have trouble making colourbombs then make stripes as much as possible before you unlock the lucky candies down the sides. It is not easy to make colourbombs with 6 colours on the board but it is possible, especially if you make use of the conveyor to get the candies into position.
Try to get at least one colourbomb/stripe combo as early as possible so you have most of the stripes you need.
The lucky candies will give you what you need and if you have most of the stripes they will turn into colourbombs.
Look carefully at the board before every move and you should be able to plan your moves using the conveyor.

Starting with a color bomb and waiting for it to sit beside a stripe really helped. This took me so close to finishing the stripes it was a matter of time before a check candy gave me the last color bomb needed.

Good luck from Manila

Another easy episode and no timed levels. Did half of it on the PC and the rest on my Android. Much easier on the Android because of the Magical Helmet. Started with CB and reset until the 2 CBS are together. The rest is easy.
Till next Wednesday.

Nothing special to say about this episode.
As usual, easy with the Megical Helmet.

Cheers from the Land of Milk and Honey, and see you all next Wednesday.

Just updated today with this episode on iPad. Saved my magic helmet from yesterday and passed all 15 levels first time? Cheating? Maybe, but still enjoyable. Until next Wednesday ..........

Reset til my Magic Dash chocolate sprinkle was next to stripe. After that easy. Finished with 16 moves left, three stars. Easy episode with the help of Magic Dash again. Even got to use my favourite combo of Coconut wheel side by side or top and bottom with Chocolate sprinkle a few times this episode. Found some of the jelly levels very tedious but I'll take that as a trade-off for no timed levels. Til next Wednesday.

Not impressed by this episode. Many of us are playing sugar drop levels to collect free boosters, one of headache is that it may jump back to last level once a sugar level is completed. Some suggested to turn off wifi to prevent it jumping back. But I don't like to switch wifi on/off. For me 654/666 is a pair(means that playing 654 first, it won't jump back until 666 is also played), 281/276 is pair(Play 281 first), 1137/1168 is a pair(should play 1137 first). After these three pairs, I decide whether or not to play boring level 1476, or level 906 to complete 180 candies.

Below is a baseless feeling:
I feel that "lucky" factor is determined when a level is loaded by contacting server. If you are struggling at a hard level, you should close the level (by tapping x at retry window upper right corner), and reload the level again. The "retry" appears to have same level of "lucky", so you are forfeiting chance of getting lucky board by "retry". Again, I don't have proof of this, just feel that I lost lives too quick by "retry" and long over due lucky board appears to happen more on fresh try.

If Magic Dash is available to you the easiest way to fill the helmet is to play level one. It's only six moves so play it six times. If you lose it on a level just go back to level one and fill it again.

A second one-day-wonder episode again this week. The Magic Dash makes what might have been a couple of more difficult levels a relative breeze. I collect sugar drops twice daily so I've had no shortage of extra boosters available. I'm one of those players who thinks that using boosters is sometimes a necessary evil. Use them or lose them as they say! Until next Wednesday Crushers ...

If you lose magic dash on a level you don't have to go back to level 1 and earn it again. When you lose just stay on the screen that comes up after you played your last move. Then close out of the app and reload the app. This allows me to keep playing with Magic Dash.

You lose all of your boosters from sugar drops then don't you. It takes less than five minutes to go back to to level one and play it five times yo reload the helmet.

This seems extremely risky...reloading the app. So if i reload the spp that means i deleted the app..wow and all of my boosters? Seems like a lot of work. And i would argue that it's actually faster to just go back and play one of those first levels 6 or 7 times.I usually do level 9..takes less than 5 minutes and I don't lose my boosters. I'm just curious. .what device did you use?

I really don't see how that would work. I use level one because it only has 6 moves. Play it five times and you're done. Then if you lose it go back and do it again.

I must be doing something wrong. Can't believe I am the only one having problems with this nightmare of a level.

So when I'm wrong I will be the last to admit it...just kidding I will be the first to admit it. So Mr. Donovan may be right. When I first read your comment I thought when you said to reload the app that meant I had to delete the app and then reload/reinstall the app. BUT what you are really saying is that after you fail a particular level you simply close the app and then reopen it and voila your helmet reappears. I tried it four times and it works. Caveat: I use android/galaxy so it may no work on every device and one King realizes this it may change. So a big shout out to Donovan for a great tip

carlton said...

Just to clarify:after your last move the screen reads "out of moves"this is when you close the app. If you wait till the next screen when it reads "level failed" it won't work

How does the paintbrush booster work? Is it free? And is it effective?

Anonymous said...

Donovam ment you only need to close the game and reopen it, not delete the app.

Anonymous said...

Sharon,
When you loose a game, don't select replay, close the game an reopen it, this way you keep the helmet on.

Thanks to Anonymous above, Donovan and Carlton. I understand now and will try it when Magic Dash is available again. I also wonder about the paintbrush booster. I know it costs 15 gold bars to purchase it and I also know I'm not going to pay for it. Too bad it isn't available to win.

Found 2328 very difficult. Still now complete.

Now can't progress to 2331 on iPhone-- there's an unopenable booster box in the way.

Anonymous said...

Follow up to above: I had to rewin 2330 to progress to 2331.

I have it. Dont know how I got it. It came and disappeared by itself several times. Never used it. I tried to tap current one, a note popped up, something like you can change any selected candy to a stripe and stripe direction can also be chosen. I did not proceed, does not appear to be very useful. UFO would be much powerful than paintbrush.

I'm finding it tricky too. And magical helmet? Not getting that on my iPhone!

How do get helmet?

Anonymous said...

WTH? I reached a treasure chest and when I came back to play...it was gone!

Anonymous said...

Re: helmet. I play on the iPad and not through FB. helmet is achieved by finishing a level on first try (from my experience) OR by playing level 1-6. I found it is only available from Monday--Thursday. A helmet is a sprinkle ball booster.
