Hints and tips showing how to pass level 2698 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Score 1,000,000 points in 28 moves to complete the level.
The countdown bombs are essential if you are going to get the score needed so don't worry about them, although you must keep an eye out so they don't count down and kill the game.
If you can clear the blockers on each side of the board, under the dispensers, you will get stripe/wrap combos dropping down which you can use to clear the bombs before they explode.
The best way to score is, as always, by using colourbombs on the bombs. You can often make them in the middle part of the board, but also using the stripe/wrap combos a few times will grow the popcorns and give you some freebies from them.
The score isn't really hard if you can get some colourbombs, but the bombs can be a real problem if you don't clear the blockers in time.

This was the most fun game in weeks, thank you CC. I had to watch Cookie to see how to win but it was easier then I thought.
Yes as shown in the video, open up the sides to let stripes/wraps come down and mix them to kill the bombs. Then work at popping up the popcorns to release the colorbombs. Works beautifully. Good level and fun for a change.

Sorry but not finding this easy at all bombs explode before I have time to release them. Waiting for a lucky board

Ended up using a chocolate bomb and hit the hit the colour with the most bombs. That got rid of some blockers and gave me a large score to begin with.

There seems to be a glitch on the mobile app. The candies kept cascading and won't stop till i end the game. Wasted a few fish boosters as I thought it was a temporary issue. :(

Passed this on my second try no boosters when I seen the bombs thought oh no! But, it was a fun level and I was happy not to use boosters and that it didn’t take all day or longer to pass👍😊
