Hints and tips showing how to pass level 2958 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Combos, combos and more combos are the only way to deal with this level. The spawners will block the board with marmalade and the chocolate machines will do the same with chocolate. You can't prevent the chocolate completely, but you can stop the marmalade by destroying the spawners.
Stripe/wrap combos are one of the best combos to use, in the right position they will hit the spawners and the fishing float thus giving you lots of fish and at the same time hitting the spawners. The fish will hit the spawners as well as the lucky candies so the sooner you get rid of the spawners the sooner you will get the fish going where you want them.
The priorities for the fish seem to be first the spawners, then the lucky candies and finally the licorice. For this reason it's a good idea to clear the spawners.
Another good combo is a double colourbomb combo, this will clear all the chocolate and marmalade, hit the spawners, change the lucky candies and collect any licorice.

Hi ,, I’ve just recently completed the highest level in my App. It’s level 2945, the other levels aren’t available yet. How do you guys get these new levels so quickly? I wonder if it depends on device. I use an iPhone.

As Cookie said, the only way to solve this level is making combos. I can add (after playing surely more than 50 times in vain before passing) that the solution was using several stripe-wrap combos in the bottom (= hitting the float twice = 6 fishes). Suddenly the liquorice was gone and even 2 moves left. Boosters are (in my opinion) not very useful (because don't help much in the beginning when everything is yet covered), also double CB not really was a turnaround (had it once and still 10 liquorice open in the end).
Ps: and double wraps in the bottom are very helpful, too
Pps: check booster is now usable (instead of fish). Helps very much.
Also important: get rid of the spawners asap. Fishes tend to go there instead of changing checks and eating liquorice

i got 3 hrs bonus free play and i play for 2hr not even close to pass the level. give up !
Finally Passed. Started with a full stocking, reset until 2 colour bombs matched. Used hand switch
to match 2 wrapped and another switch to match 2 colour bombs. Good Riddance to this level.

Will they never learn at KING. The bullying has started again. This level is almost impossible to finish without the colourbomb combo's.
No fun and again a lot of boring time until you get the lucky board!!

I'm not "getting" this one.... can't seem to hit the licorices at all. Sigh Guess CC will have to "present" me with an extra lucky board for Christmas Merry Christmas fellow CC players.

The only way I could beat this was with a full helmet, and one each of sprinkle bomb, stripe wrap combo and check mark boosters. It was worth it to get past this horrid level!

Fish keep hitting spawners and they don’t go away. The only way to rid of them is by hitting with striped wrap combo. Have played this many times and no luck. The fish won’t touch the licorice until the spawners are gone and by that time out of moves.
Why is this not marked as a super hard level. I don't get close to finishing the game.

This is ridiculous. Been stuck for days and days. How many times do you have to hit these spawners anyway? I hit them over and over and they don't explode. Also, when I do hit the buoy, even with a wrapped or combo, it only releases one fish! Ridiculous!

Super hard level,. Nearly impossible... Will be stuck here forever. Boring!
This is another impossible level!! Because no matter how many combos I make & hit the float, the fish don't hit the licorice!! If I rid the s pawners, then I hit the float, only one dish come out??!!! Seriously??!! This game sucks!!!
I blew up both spawners with 16 moves left. I needed to remove 14 licorice. I used color bombs wth stripes, package candy, combined 2 packaged candies right above the float. So many fish!!! Yet I didn't complete the level!!! I needed 14!!! Yes, after all that, I only managed to remove 2 licorice!!! I am supposed to believe this isn't set up for me to fail??!!! Until king decides I can have a lucky board??!! I am done!!! I can stop wasting the rest of my week!! No amount of boosters will help!!
And if this level isn't hard enough, it takes at least 7-8 hits to the s pawner to make them explode!! Yes I counted!! Beyond ridiculous!!!

Here i go again, need a lucky board
I've had some great boards, loads of combos, still makes no difference. I'm at the mercy of 'that' special board.
I started with a check mark which multiplied and I beat this level almost right away.
Wish I could clear the board like the video. Second hit gets three colourbombs. Now I know that this game is fixed. No skill involved. So fed up trying to play this game knowing that only King can give you the lucky board. No excitement at all knowing this.

I can't pass this level. So frustrated! I love this game but hate when I get stuck like this. Sucks all the fun out of it.
Are you kidding. The video shows 2-3 times as many fish. They go after the licorice while my go forever after the spawners. This one those level that requires no skill what so ever. Not fun at all. I don't even get close.

Crazy. These random luck levels are not worth it. This is one of the worst. Stupid. Back to back paired bombs will be the only way.

Used a check booster and held on to my Space Dash CB's until I could combine with a wrap that matched several lucky candies in the bottom. Finished in 15 moves. I hope this helps.
