Score at least 10,000 points in 18 moves to clear level 1940.
Sounds pretty easy but it isn't as easy as it sounds because some of the candies are locked and unable to be moved at the start which means you waste several moves just trying to open the board a bit.
You will need to make at least a couple of combos, stripe/wrap combos score fairly well, but colour bombs are always best, especially if you can switch them with another special candy to open up the board a bit.
Starting the level with a colour bomb booster may be helpful as you can use it to unlock some of the locked candies and get the board moving.
Look carefully at the board before every move and try to work as close to the bottom as you can to create mini cascades.

You need to clear the cake bombs as there are jellies under them and the top outside corners are impossible to match beside so these sections have to be hit with stripes or combos.
The best combo is a colour bomb stripe, even though it isn't easy to get them together due to the shape of the board. Don't worry too much about the jelly, concentrate on making the combos you need to clear the cake bombs and the jelly will take care of itself.

Level 1938 is an ingredient level, all 5 ingredients are on the board at the start of the game and some of them may need moving into an adjacent column before you will be able to get them out of the exits.
Moving the ingredients isn't the biggest problem, collecting the keys is!
The keys are in a difficult place to get at with stripes as they are hard to make near the sides of the board.
What you need to get the keys is colour bombs and stripe/wrap combos. A colour bomb/stripe combo may work well if there are candies of the same colour as the stripe in line with the keys, or if one of the keys is the same colour. Otherwise just use the colour bomb to collect or unlock the keys.
Check where the ingredients are at the start and move any that need to into either the teleport column or towards the middle into the exit columns as soon as you get the chance. 
If you are struggling with level 1938 use a coconut wheel booster, this can be used to collect the keys and save a lot of headaches.
