You have to collect 65 blockers in 14 moves to complete level 3395 Candy Crush Saga.
This is all about the coconut wheels, first unlock one of the coconut wheels and use it in the best way to clear the most blockers and unlock a second coconut wheel. Then as soon as the keys start to drop collect them to start unlocking more coconut wheels, then as soon as you have one unlocked use it in whichever direction will give you the most blockers.
Keep doing this and at the same time look for chances to make combos, especially colourbomb combos.
You don't have many moves so every one has to count, don't waste them making moves that don't at least collect some blockers.
