You have to score 300,000 points in 20 moves to complete level 2408 Candy Crush Saga.
The bombs will give you the score you need so get them unlocked as soon as you can, The countdown has been shortened so the first lot of bombs need to be destroyed before they count down to zero.
Look for colourbombs with every move and use them to clear whatever colour has the most bombs unlocked, or at the start you can use them just to get the bombs unlocked.
You will need at least one colourbomb on countdown bombs to get the score you need and maybe more, depending how many bombs you have unlocked.
Matches of three won't be enough to score the 300,000 points you need so at lease make wraps and stripes if you can't get the colourbombs.
Work as close to the bottom as you can, but check the whole board before every move so you don't miss any chances to make those all important colourbombs.

Level 2407 is a dual task level, you have to collect all the ingredients and clear all the jelly in 15 moves to complete the level.
You will not be able to use combos to collect the ingredients, you will have to use the fish which you will get from hitting the fishing floats in the main part of the board.
The best way to collect the ingredients is to make a stripe/wrap combo and use it to hit bothe the floatd in the same move. This will give you enough fish to clear all the blockers and all the ingredients will drop out of the exit at the bottom.
This will probably leave you with the jelly at the top left where the first ingredient was to start with. One more fish will clear that and then make sure you have cleared the rest of the jelly.

You have 20 moves to clear the jelly and complete level 2404 Candy Crush Saga.
A NEW FEATURE is introduced at level 2406, it looks like a fishing float and when it is hit with a blast from a stripe or combo it releases fish, which hopefully will clear the jellies in the corners that are hard to hit.
Each time you hit the fishing float it will release a fish, if you hit it with a stripe it will release one fish and if you hit it with a wrap it will release 2 fish. Hit it with a stripe/wrap combo and it will release 3 fish! 
The float cannot be moved, so you have to work around it to make your moves and combos.
All you really need to do to complete level 2406 is make as many stripes and combos as you can to hit the fishing float and leave the fish to do their job for you.
