Hints and tips showing how to pass level 1683 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
First you need to collect the keys which will fall down as you play. This will unlock the candies in the bottom, where the jelly is.
As you are collecting the keys try to make stripes and stripe/wrap combos to fire down and hit the spawners so that they are easier to destroy once you can make matches next to them.
The spawners have to be removed as there is jelly under them, but as they explode they will take a lot of the jelly with them and each one will hit the one beside it so help to remove more.
Wrapped candies are best for clearing the spawners and jelly and if you can make a colourbomb/wrap combo once the cells in the bottom are unlocked that will clear a lot of spawners and jelly.
If you are struggling with level 1683 due to the shortage of moves you could try using a fish booster, this will clear jelly and also give you hits on the spawners.

Am I the only one finding this ridiculous? The keys don't come down fast enough and when they do clearing them generally ruins all the combos you've been waiting to drop! Forget the fish - it can't take out the licked area🙄 I've played several times and by the time the keys show up I only have a small number of moves left😁

Keys too slow to drop
Definitely need to get the lottery ticket. I had the third lucky board in a row. I used a fish booster and got close, needed 2 jellies plus a spawner so I used the spinner and got 5 more moves free. That was all I needed for the win. Now I'll wait to open the last treasure chest until tomorrow when I can use the six hours better. Carol the elder in GA

Last key always shows up with only 6 moves left. Impossible. Playing on android.
I hate this level soooo much! No matter what I do the last key doesn't show up until only 6 moves left. It even made me stop playing for a couple days and for me that's saying a lot lol

This is now down to 18 moves from 22. Still quite doable if you manage to clear the keys and get a candy ball + wrapped candy combo.

As usual Ms Cookie has more moves. Only 18 on PC. This gets very tiresome.

Not enough moves the keys dont come down quick enough then you run out of moves. Impossible.
I wasn't able to get very far on my android but was able to pass after a few tries on the PC. I find that to be true on a lot of the more difficult levels. Making combinations to hit the spawners before all the keys have dropped definitely helps.
Some tips would be really helpful. Fish is only tip I got. I'm trying to save disco stripe together for last six moves... Wish I had some helpful tips!
Side not: I miss the free time from the treasure boxes! Why did they change that :-( bummer

I have 18 moves, not 22 as in video. Unfair and frustrating! Can't believe the cascade egpffect on move 9 in video. We never get that.
Why do I think that King make levels like this to make you pay for extra moves?
I found this one quite enjoyable after the last one. I am quite sure I got a lucky board. Quite obviously wraps are the key to this game. Getting wraps into the lower level is vital. I wasn't watching the number of moves, just playing when I got the bottom unlocked and in the cascade two wraps formed on each end of the board at the bottom under the clocks. By a stroke of luck, both were the same color and a chocolate ball had formed in the top half which I was able to switch with the same color as the two wraps and the resulting explosions and cascades wiped out the rest.
I kept running out of moves with three jellies left. Then early in the game I matched a sprinkle with a wrapped on the bottom row of the top half and the blasts from that did some damage to the spawners. Once the final key dropped on 5 moves to go I needed one move to wipe out the centre spawners. A sprinkle against the same colour of a wrapped next to one under a side spawner destroyed that, and the candies fell right to take out the other end in the next two moves.
Man I hate spawners.
Early on a wrapped candy and chocolate bomb materialized next to each other. I kept those safe and worked on the other side of the board to take out the keys. When the locks were finally gone (5 moves left), I went immediately to the wrapped/bomb combo and blew up a bunch of stuff at the bottom. I still had to use a lollipop hammer with one move left, but that's fine by me.
I am not getting the keys, so kind of it makes it impossible
I did the same as Nov. 29. Had a sparkle paired with a wrap and waited until I had all keys but one and exploded them... the last key must have dropped and got blown up but the best part was the wraps fell down onto the spawners and either blew them up or they only needed a hit or two.
I also did the same. First I created a stripe next to a color bomb and set it off to hit the spawners below. Then I created a wrap next to a color bomb and waited until I matched the last key with 5 moves left to set them off. The explosions took out all of the spawners and I only had to take out 1 final jelly to win.
I agree with the other comments it's unfair that some get 22 moves i.e. the above video. Also the keys drop too slow. In one try the last key dropped with only 3 moves left do yet again just waiting for the lucky board like the video!!!

A totally rubbish level. By the time all the keys have dropped I rarely have more than 5 or 6 moves left to get rid of the spawners and the jelly. Exactly how is one supposed to pass this level King????
The closest ive come is 3 candy left. Played 20 times so far, ugh. Tips are not helpful as i am not getting anywhere near the types of boards mentioned. Im lucky to make a few combos and in 17 measily moves, its all over.
This is a brutal level. Changed from the first time I played it about about 7 months ago. I started with the helmet but used the fish booster as well and still no luck. Just have to wait for that lucky board. I did get down to 2 jellies and can see wraps are the key.

I struggled forever with level 1682, only to move onto this BS! This game just isn't any fun anymore!
