Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4483 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie

I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Level 4483 Candy Crush Saga is an order level, you have to collect toffee squares to complete teh level. The toffees are on the board and can only be collected using special candies and combos as they are locked inside the candy cane fences.
Wrapped candies and stripe/wrap combos are the best ways to clear the toffees so look for chances toi make these whenever you can. There is a stripe dispenser at the top of the board on the right, but there is also a wrap dispenser at the top of the conveyor that will give you some wraps as soon as you have cleared some of the toffees from the conveyor.
Look for chances to make stripes and wraps at every opportunity. Look carefully at the whole board before every move so you don't miss any chances to make the special candies and combos you need to collect the toffees and complete the level.
