Hints and tips showing how to pass level 7460 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie

I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Level 7460 Candy Crush Saga is a rainbow rapids level, you have to clear the way for the rainbow to complete the level. The rainbow travels around the side of the board from the top and spirals to the end in the middle.

As you can see from the picture, you will need to clear the blockers and toffees to allow the rainbow to move around to the end. Wrapped candies are always the best candies for clearing the board of blockers and toffees, switch with another special candy if you can, but if you can't do that use wraps alone to clear the blockers.
If you can make a colourbomb, which shouldn't be too hard once the board begins to open up, switch it with another special candy if you can for the best results. Take your time and look carefully at the whole board before every move so you don't miss any chances to make the special candies and combos needed to clear the board and complete the level.
It is possible that the moves will be reduced in the future and although the video below starts with 23 moves it is completed in 10 moves so it is possible to pass level 7460 in very few moves.
