How to pass level 19 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 19 is an ingredient level, you have to collect the cherries to complete the level. You'll need to clear the cream blockers so that the cherries can drop down the board. You can do this by making matches beside the blockers and they will dissolve and allow the cherries to drop.
