If the level you play is different from the one here it is because the developers have changed it since I played and I have no control over this. Please let me know on our FB group and I will try to change it.

Level 316 candy crush. This level freezes up and I have to quit the game even though I have many moves left. In some cases, 2 pieces of candy overlap each other and then it freezes that way. In other cases, it freezes as soon as I've broken thru the blocks in the left section. I did download the game's update yesterday so I'm wondering if this glitch is associated with the update. Has anyone else been having this issue since downloading the update? Feeling frustrated.

By the way, I did turn my iPad off. Also, I tried uninstalling then reinstalling the app but there is no change in the glitch.

level 316 candy crush. this level always freezes even though I have so many moves left, most of the time as soon as I've broken thru the blocks in the left side or two candies stuck together. I already turn my phone off still there is no changed...............

Having the exact same issue. I've e-mailed them at candycrushmobile@support.king.com.

I suggest you all do the same. The more notices they get, the sooner they'll get it fixed.

The same thing happened with a previous level and they fixed it with the last update.

Yep exact same issue!!! Tried everything and there is always a 2 candies overlapping one another at the top!!

Hi, I have the same problem with level 316 freezing too. Hurry up with another upgrade to fix it, or you will loose a lot of clients who play

I am so glad that I am not the only one with this problem. I emailed them earlier after exhausting every remedy I could think of and they wrote me back giving the same ideas I already had! Seriously need to fix this problem soon!

I was on this level prior to the update and it never frose. After the update it freezes all the time on both ipad and android. Glad to see I'm not the only one. Congrats to you all for making it this far. :-)

just realised that it works on facebook, so thinking as a temporary fix pass level 316 on facebook and then hopefully it works again. Not sure if its only level 316 that's a problem

I emailed the company too. Also, mine is no longer synching with my computer. I'm on lever 316 on my phone, but 273 on my computer. They used to sync. Anyone know how to fix that? Thanks in advance!

I over come the freezing problem by passing the level on my laptop now I can continue play on my ipad n iPhone. Cheers

So I just played it on my cromebook and it worked and I beat the level. It seems as though it just isn't working on apple products.

Play it on a PC instead of a iPad or iPhone. Than you are able to move the candies on the right as well.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaack! This level keeps freezing up and I can't make ANY moves!

And dear Anonymous… some of us DON'T HAVE A COMPUTER! Blast it! Got all this way without paying these guys a freaking cent and now I'm stuck. Yes, I upgraded. Yes I am connected to Facebook via iPhone. Yes I understand the glitch is happening on mobiles and tablets. And yes I haven't logged out of anything.

You must have downloaded the game's "update" in this past week. Well, the "update" included a glitch for level 316. Some folks say the level can be passed on a PC, however, if you're like me, you only have your mobile device. SO, I'm held hostage on level 316 until King decides to create another update to fix this mess. : /

found something yesterday saying you can play level 316 on the computer then continue on the mobile device with next levels. Unfortunately, getting error on computer and taking lives and boosts though it is not letting me play. guess just need to wait for that update they said they were working on.

You just log in facebook on laptop. Click app Candy Sugar Crush on the left column, it will automatic log in to Candy. Play level 316 on laptop through facebook. It's easy to pass and continue next level on ur iphone. I did it this morning and successful. Good luck to u guys :)

I was on this level 316 awhile ago playing for almost 10 times and it always hangs up on me that I have to exit and waste lives every time. I came to this thread and did what was advised, played it on my Laptop which took forever to start and upload. Finally I was able to play and passed the level! Just need to refresh it on my ipad and now Im on level 321! Hahaha..

I booted up my ancient PC to complete this level and it doesn't work there either now. Gives me an error essage 1007 and then takes a life too. So frustrating.

So frustrating!! Been trying since Saturday and when I look back at earlier comments I cannot believe it has taken this long to fix ... I'm sure I'm not the only one who has spent money on this "free game" on extra lives, new episodes, etc and I think we should all demand the money we've spent over all the levels to get this far if this issue isn't resolved ASAP ...

I'm glad that the bad patch that caused the freeze-ups is now a thing of the past. I'm going to give you tips on this level. So far, licorice seems to fall every fourth move. Also if you clear the meringue blocks at the bottom, your colored candies will drop through into the top of the jelly panel, instead of licorice. That's all I've got so far -.-

Much easier than it looked at first. Once you've cleared the blockage at the bottom of the left panel and have colored candies falling into the right side, concentrate on the right. Combos shouldn't be an issue now...color-bomb and a stripe is a winner.

Cleared the bottom bricks need to clear them all. Then had thirty moves to clear the jelly.

C/candycrush here.
Not a hard level, takes a few tries. You need a bit of luck with the possible moves, that is all.
Basically, concentrate on clearing the bottom blockages on the left hand side, so the candies can fall through to the right hand side. Ince that happens, concentrate on clearing jelly and trying to make some combos. A colour bomb/striped candy works a treat. Good luck.
