Need vertical stripes. Clear both cakes. Then just a bit of luck. Took me thirty attempts.
Easy, did it first go.
This level is relatively hard, and I've reached it without ever using any booster. At 30-40 attempts, on iPad and on Facebook, still not passed. Vertical stripes, combos, clear the cakes, ... : sure, but not without a lucky board you don't !
Not a hard level, just another annoying one that relies on getting a luck board that will give you enough options to make good combos. May take a day or weeks. Depends on the luck of the draw unfortunately.
just started this level and yes - it seems like you need vertical stipes and I also noticed that wrapped and a vertical help and 2 wrapped..and a sprinkle ball and a striped..and so on .its just a matter of getting that lucky board!! LOL
first attempt level passed ,, stripped and wrapped combos and freckle and striped finished game off not that hard ,,
did it on first attempt. easy easy. probably a lucky board.

It's do-able in a few days, so it is not as diabolical as some earlier levels, but it isn't dead easy either.
You pretty much need to clear both the pizza cakes before you'll have a good chance, that is the sad fact of the matter, so go for that.
Combos and clearing the big cakes is what got me over the line eventually.
