Candy Crush Saga Level 2578 Tips and video

Hints and tips showing how to pass level 2578 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 2578 is a dual task level, you have to collect the 2 cherries which are in the locked cells at the bottom, and clear the 8 jellies in the diagonal columns.
First collect the keys to unlock the cherries and at the same time you should be looking for stripes and combos to clear the jelly.
The cherries drop from the locked cells and onto the main part of the board where they have to travel down the diagonal columns as you clear the jelly.
Colourbombs are good, especially if you can switch them with a stripe or a wrap. But even used on a single candy in the track for the cherries will be helpful in getting them out of the exit.
The jelly will be cleared as you collect the cherries.

Boring, tedious and very difficult considering number of moves and shape of board. Yawn.

Hammers will not clear jelly?

Anonymous said...

Hammers will only clear jelly if there's a candy on it.

Horrible level. Posting for luck (and I never thought I'd say that).

Manatees (family Trichechidae, genus Trichechus) are large, fully aquatic, mostly herbivorous marine mammals sometimes known as sea cows. There are three accepted living species of Trichechidae, representing three of the four living species in the order Sirenia: the Amazonian manatee (Trichechus inunguis), the West Indian manatee (Trichechus manatus), and the West African manatee (Trichechus senegalensis). They measure up to 4.0 metres (13.1 ft) long, weigh as much as 590 kilograms (1,300 lb),[1] and have paddle-like flippers. The etymology of the name is dubious, with connections having been made to Latin "manus" (hand), and to a word sometimes cited as "manati" used by the Taíno, a pre-Columbian people of the Caribbean, meaning "breast".[2] Manatees are occasionally called sea cows, as they are slow plant-eaters, peaceful and similar to cows on land. They often graze on water plants in tropical seas.[3]

I managed with pure luck to do this in 2 moves having thought I would never get through it. I used a colour bomb to start with and continually reset the board until it looked in a favorable position. It worked since I made a packet with my first move which landed on the conveyor next to the colour bomb also on the conveyor. My second move, I switched the bomb and packet together. It took out all the keys, jelly and let the cherry's fall too. Talk about luck....I needed it!

Struggled left with 1 so many times! Reading that jelly won't crush without a jelly..thankfully I didn't waste my hammer on it many times as i always needed at leasr two to get fruit out. Wasted all my sprinkles etc I gathered along the way!! But managed a wrap on sprinkle and lucky it matched those on exits!

Color bombs are good?!? No kidding! Winning the lottery would be good too. I have about as much chance of that as of passing this level. (Not even going to watch the video, it'll just infuriate me as I've no doubt it's the usual case of double color bombs magically falling from the sky.)

And, of course, the next two tries I got color bombs, but still couldn't pass. Used two hammers to finish it off, and good riddance.

I can't believe what just happened. I had a free colourbomb so I just took a stripe/wrap out of my barebones cache. I reset many times until the colourbomb was next to a wrap with 11 of the same color on the board. One switch and it was all over! First time this ever happened. I also wanted to add that in the three years I have been playing I have never, ever gotten a jackpot.

In the video She focused on making the specials and ignored the keys. So I will change my tactics.

In the end I used 3 lolly hammers. 2 to get the cherries out and then to clear a stray jelly.

really impossible until you put your "time" in and they decide you can have a "lucky board". really so very tired of this tactic!
