Hints and tips showing how to pass level 2769 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
You will need a bit of luck at the start as the moves are very limited. You need to clear the cakes as soon as possible. The cakes will go a long way to clearing the locked candies and licorice.
If you can't make moves that effect the cakes try to force a shuffle by making moves that leave you nowhere to move.
You don't have to worry too much about the ingredients, they will usually find their way down to the exits once the cakes are destroyed.

I've played 5 times now and agree with Cookie. The only way to beat this is to get a bit of luck with matches near the cakes. Pure luck unfortunately...
Double color bomb switched together along with a fish booster worked for me.
Just did it with no boosters. I knew it was my 'lucky' turn by the number of matches lining up around the cakes. It'll give it to you eventually. Onward...

Haven’t tried boosters yet but took advice working from the bottom I get the ingredients yea👍But I have to many jelly’s to get at the top did this a few times, I’ll keep trying working from bottom if u can even thou I didn’t pass yet I seem to get further ahead👍
Worked from the bottom when I could, wasn’t paying attention to my moves here only needed to use a hammer
At the end, I used my gold bars to get 5 moves, used my hammer and passed👍😊
