Hints and tips showing how to pass level 2787 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
You have 18 moves to collect the ingredients in the locked cells.
From the first move you need to look for vertical stripes and stripe wrap combos to clear the blockers and unlock the ingredients.
Getting the ingredients down to the exits and out is not too hard, the tricky bit is unlocking them, especially the ones at each side.
A good way to unlock them is to make a colourbomb/stripe combo, but this will only work if there are candies of the right colour in line with the locked ingredients, so it's worth making the odd move to get candies where you want them before switching the combo.
Don't switch 2 colourbombs together to unlock the ingredients, it doesn't work. I have tried this on previous levels and it stopped working a while ago on locked ingredients.

I can't get anywhere near getting the side ingredients unlocked. And by some stroke of luck, once I got two colorbombs next to each other and switching them hit everything EXCEPT the ingredients. I mean....are you KIDDING me?
Uh.....I collected all of the ingredients and it didn't let me pass the game because it said I needed one more ingredient, even when all the ingredients were shown as "checked off." Anyone else have this glitch? That is infuriating.

I switched two chocolate sprinkles with each other and it didn't unlock the ingredients. I would have beat the level on my first try if it wouldn't have cheated me.
Two times now I have switched two chocolate sprinkles, and both times it didn't release the ingredients. I simply can't get to both of the side cherries in time. It's been days. It started off seeming like a fun level, one that requires actual skill. Now it just feels impossible. And boring.
I finally collected all ingrediƫnts and than the game said "You need one more", and that two times already. How can I pass this level???
Add me to the list of crushers who got all the ingredients only to get the level failed message, fgs fix the bugs!
This level is worse than 2784! King obviously wants players to quit...
I don’t believe this level is passable unless a couple of colorbombs magically appear with a stripe. Simply not enough time to get the side candies. I bought extra time on 2784 like an idiot and King gets no more money. This is ridiculous.
Cookie's video of 2787 bears no relation to my board - there are no double blockers underneath the cherries on Cookie's board, for starters, and I only have 18 moves to use, not 24 as in the video here.
After having posted earlier today about the video being unlike my actual baord, I have just passed this level, having gone back to the beginning to get all the boosters from a Space Dash. I started with a colourbomb next to a stripe, and it all fell into place from there, with 3 moves to spare in the end. Phew.

Passed! That's not so hard if you use boosters.
I tried more times with all available boosters and had no chance. You had a lucky board, that was it. And I am waiting for this board
This one is infuriating! I've collected the three in the middle, but haven't been able to get the side ones. I've collected the side ones but haven't been able to get to the ones in the middle. Whenever I've got a colourbomb/stripe combo, the candies have all been in the wrong place to make any difference. Grrr. I know it will let me through, but how long will it take?
I finally had a lucky board, and was able to make a colourbomb/stripe combination two times and with two seconds left I made a stripe/wrap low in the middle.
As is often the case, two tries after posting on here it decided it was my turn to pass by providing me with a lucky stripe/wrap in the right place on the last move. No boosters used, so it can be done. Onward...

I used a wheel booster along with the helmet and the wheel appeared several times and was a help.
Posting for luck again. I'm having trouble getting rid of the chocolate, never mind collecting the cherries. Impossible
With a little luck
Used the Magic helmet plus a colorbomb booster. Combining them cleared away the pesky chocolate. Then I was able to make more colorbomb stripe combos and I'm done.
No strategy, lucky board is only way
The version on Internet Explorer using Flash has the old board, 22 moves (if I remember correctly) and no blockers immediately below the locked ingredients. Getting close using this version was easy, and I got it on the third try, though I used the coconut wheel booster.
I think King are trying to slow down the players who are at the end of the track by creating levels such as this.
This level is a joke.

Everyone read Cookies suggestions. She said do not combine two CB as it will not unlock the ingredients, that stopped a few games back
First of all the video shows 24 mores I have 20 not surprised they've gone through and cut moves to make them Impossible on almost every level Not gonna work guys will never buy boosters from dishonest cheating apps

there is a glitch in this level; I got all fruit down and even checked that I was done but said I still needed one more. What a rip off. When this happens we should get the boosters we used back. I will never buy any more.
