Hints and tips showing how to pass level 2819 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by cookie
You need to grow the two popcorns because there is jelly under them, you can use a colourbomb to grow the frog, he will be useful to clear jellies in the corners that a hard to clear. You are guaranteed two colourbombs so use these to grow the frog and the frog to clear the fish.
Wrapped candies are best for growing popcorn and a stripe/wrap combo may hit both of them.
This is just a matter of making as many combos as you can and hoping for a bit of luck with the candies.
This is a hard level and needs concentration as well as luck.
The moves have been reduced by 2 so a bit trickier, but still quite possible.

It's down to 16 moves now, ridiculous.
foud it quite slow and tricky, then it relented and gave me a lucky board
Come on Candy Crush.....16 moves.....wow...not even close.
Had 3 extra moves with the space dash...which I needed! Grew the frog twice and used hm in the 2 corners. Had to use a hammer to get the last jelly. Good luck everyone!

Not a lot of skill needed in this level just luck...
I passed with 6 moves left without any boosters. I guess it was an extremely lucky board. Yay.
Just managed to complete this board. I found if you can start with a sprinkle colour bomb and use it to grow the frog then use the frog next to the cauliflowers to get another sprinkle bomb which you grow the frog with again and so on - good luck.
Been trying for a couple of days very hard with just

Come on, fix this please, only 16 moves, 10 less as shown. Even with all my boosters i hadan one move to short. Start all over again for days probably.
up to old tricks and reducing the amount of moves to 16 is terrible ... only possible way to do this level is a lucky level from the makers ...please please please luck

Can't even get close with 16 moves. Posting for luck, as I'm really low on boosters and don't want to waste them.
This site's good juju worked again! That was me just posted above. Played an old, easy, game to get the witch hat/space dash, threw in every booster, and when I started the game, the sprinkles were next to each other (on the computer, so couldn't have reset.) Played it out, used the sprinkle to grow the second frog (first one had easy matches), then used the frog to blast a popcorn, and used that sprinkle to grow the frog again. Had a sprinkle next to a stripe, which cleared the board with 4 moves left.

It's become increasingly clear that king is all about the mighty dollar. They must make the most amount of money on the, "additional moves" at the end of a game for desperate players just wanting to be done with yet another impossible board. I refuse to spend any money when the board is simply impossible. CC get it together, we play your game, don't abuse us for it.

Another stupid level where just waiting for lucky board.
Just passed on Android, nothing used and no extra help. 16 moves, but think got 1 spare. Managed to get a cb+stripe combo, then used the frog to free a block. Used cb to get the fish. Final step was using the frog to blast the last fish, which cleared the last 3 blocks.
This is not a fair level it cannot be done with so few moves. please fix it.

That's what I figured out also about the easy wins for boosters scrolling back. Even with all the boosters and extra moves it took a number of times to win and then it seemed like a lucky board.

How many days must this go on? This level CAN NOT be completed with only 16 moves! I have used many, many lives & boosters and haven't gotten close to completing this level. You may want to create a category other than "HARD", try "IMPOSSIBLE ".

How can King expect anyone to pass this level with so much jelly and so few moves is beyond my comprehension! On top of which one has to navigate an awkward board and hit cauliflowers with combos (which are virtually impossible to make in such in such a confined space).
I have no space dash at present so I can’t even use that! Even if I could it spoils the fun having to cheat by using it along with boosters. Like many others have already said before me......this has to be the end of the road for Candy Crush. Sad really, I enjoyed playing up until these last few levels, most of which have been utterly futile and ridiculous.

Very frustrating level cc.... still waiting for lucky bord from ur side... not a single time i was near to close the level....used all my booaters...lost hope to complete now...if not done better i should leave now

Be aware that the jelly under the popcorn takes 2 hits to clear!
I had one popcorn left and it was the only move I had, it would take more hammers then I had, I wish I had enough first time and just the popcorn, what are the chances of that happening again? Plus under the popcorn you would have to hit it again with 2 hammers all together plus all the hits to get rid of the popcorn before that! Oh well another chance will come by, just watched the video plus now reading candy comments to help me along

Same thing happened to me again with that top popcorn but this time I hit the popcorn a few times then I used a hammer turned into a chocolate bomb, hit it again and passed the level only used the two hammers no other boosters were needed I only played it abt 4 times, I enjoyed this level good luck everyone😊👍
