Hints and tips showing how to pass level 2923 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 2923 is a jelly level with a timer. To start with you get 40 seconds but there are quite a lot of extra time candies dropping. The snag is that the extra time candies drop in the left side of the board which is restricted by blockers which you will have to clear before you can start collecting the extra time.
Make sideways stripes and colourbombs on the right side and use them to clear the blockers on the left.
Once you have cleared a few blockers you should try to collect as many extra time candies as possible to keep the game going while you clear the jelly.

I see few comments on these levels. Wonder if I am so slow at completing levels I get left behind or players have quit. I see that most videos have the pre-tweeked time and goals so advanced players had an advantage before King made it more difficult. Any tips to complete this level with the 40 second limit I have?
I'm stuck here too. Get plenty pf stripes but still can't match the time candies. Lucky board please! RedMo.

I seriously LOATH timed levels, and you should heard me swearing at the screen every single time I play this horrible one. I mean REALLY swearing....like a retired Navy freakin' truck driver, after a few beers. It ain't pretty.
No advice or tips, I just wanted to post here because you guys get it. = )
I've been playing this level for about a week and yes, it has changed! The only thing that drops on the left side is licorice! Never any candies. How are you supposed to clear the blockers if all you get is licorice! Very frustrating to say the least!!
Up until now, I've taken tough levels in stride, but not this time. I finally made it through 2923, working now on 2924. But I'm still angry about 2923. It was the most miserable level I have encountered. Not the least bit fun to play, but rather just nerve-wracking.
I am accustomed to time levels. I don't like them, but I've developed an approach. I hated this level above and beyond the usual timed level. Many games I couldn't even get a foothold by clearing blocks on the left-hand side. No progress until I could free up the left-side enough for the time boosters to drop.
If I never encounter a level like this again, it will be too soon!
Wish I had all the time in the world to do these levels when they are released, nearly every time I get to one it has been made harder and watching these videos of people completing the easier ones is very frustrating !!
Not fair it was changed to only 40 seconds. The example is 1 minute. I’ve just played it about 20 times and even with the dasher, all the boosters and hammers I couldn’t even come close to winning. Please at least change it back to 1 minute.
Worst level ever! Not come close even with gold helmet. Been here for ages!

Bwaaaahahahaha, even with helmet this computer program manages to cheat. Both color bombs and a wrap bomb along with a stripe were on the left board and unusable. Good for you cheaters. BUT you still won't get a penny from me. Back to level 8 to gather helmet and try again.

There shouldn’t be Timed levels, they don’t think of people that are elderly with crippled hand that can’t move that fast This level may certainly be the end for me :(

Hahahaha, just passed this level! Sitting in the hospital emergency! Used 30+ hammers, 3+ Hans switch 50+ gold bars! But passed it lol
What really annoys me is that players who reached this level before me passed because the timer was 60 secs so they are happily doing new levels. They have since reduced it to 40 secs so it's impossible now. How is that fair? I am in my 60s so I struggle with with timed levels at the best of times. What about the the players struggling with dexterity too? King discriminates to the elderly and handicapped. This is a comment section you have created. Do you actually pass our comments onto King?
I TRULY HATE ALL TIMED LEVELS!!! Especially when you give some people extra time - what is fair about that? I had a stripe and a color bomb and it was put on the left side so I never got to use either one. I think to rest my nerves I will close for now and play, Words, Bubble Witch or Sudoku.
Well all I can say is - YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING! I have just finished using 20 more lives and have not even gotten near to completing this level!! No fun when we are giving levels like this!!! I HATE THESE TIMED LEVELS!!!!
Very difficult! Have tried every combo and can’t get near enough jellies. Either need more time or a lucky board. Ugh!

AND the game is in slow motion..you can only make about 12 moves!!!!!!!!!

Just read this and next game I was lucky. Infos it with colorbomb stripe and then it was easy. Good luck everybody!
I almost gave up on this level. I couldn't come anywhere close to clearing anything in just 40 seconds and anytime I would get a combo it would take so much time to clear stuff that I was out of time before it finished. I finally got a lucky board. I played a wrap/stripe combo and then another one two moves after that and then the board pretty much played itself. It opened up the left side of the board and I kept getting cascades that set off special candies and cleared timed candies. By the time the cascades finished all the jelly was clear and I still had 40 seconds from extra time candies. It took absolutely no effort on my part though, just a lot of patience waiting on a lucky board.
I used a fish booster only and passed this awful level. Out of curiosity I play again with fish booster(this time color bomb there from space hat) and passed again. First time commenting but I had to share because I could not believe my luck.
Like the anonymous poster before me, I was just about ready to give up with this ridiculous level. Then I decided that I would use the fish booster - I didn't want to before because the fish take up so much time - and then guess what? Just as above, I finished the level easily, didn't even use the fish, I made two moves and it pretty much blew itself up. Try it, it might work for you too.

Now I passed... but I think that timed levels should allow us to quit the game at the beginning without loosing checked boosters, as you can do with not timed levels.
Not sure if this level was recently made easier, but I passed it two times in a row (wanted to see if my method would work again or if I was just lucky), and it did. The first time (with helmet) I matched the CB with a candy that there were a lot of on left side. That opened up enough that I ignored right side and time candies came raining down and the board finished playing itself. The second time I matched a striped wrap and the same thing happened. Cascades came raining down. Fun! JS

2e day of posting for luck for this impossible level
Got LUCKY on 1st try with Magic Dash, Sprinkle Ball, Wrap and Stripe and fish. I don't think I would have passed any other way.
Got this on the first try with a sprinkle booster. Most of the board was blue so I used the booster on the blue and things just kept falling. Lucky, I don't like time levels.
I started with a color bomb and could make wrap right away and switched them. That gave me most of what I needed to have unrestricted time candies. Also got more color bombs wraps and stripes due to the cascades.
I hate timed levels too, but I got it in my second attempt by using a fish booster, as well as a switch hand to create a stripe/sprinkle combo which opened up the L- hand section and allowed the fish to do its work.

Just 40 seconds....i am trying for says , its to difficult. Please givs us the 1minute like i saw on youtube.
Not even trying anymore.Start and stop 5 games.Go on and play other games and repeat.One day I will get the magic board.Too old for this!

Started with a space dash super booster, and the sprinkle was next to the wrap. That one move opened up the board, and cleared all the jelly on the right side. Made a few panicked moves (I hate timed levels) but then got a sprinkle next to a stripe, which cleared the rest of the jelly.

Started with spaceship and used another chocolate sprinkle and waited until they were next to each other. Played them together which cleared most of the right hand side but didn't really do too much on the left hand side of the board. I suppose I will have to keep trying.
NOT A TIMED LEVEL ON IPAD!!!. Used helmet; reset until 2 cb together; watched while all jelly demolished.
This is no longer a timed level.
