Hints and tips showing how to pass level 2945 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
The aim of this level is to collect the three cherries. There are plenty of exits so getting them out is not the tricky part. The tricky part is clearing the blockers and the spawner at the right time so they can drop through the exits.
To begin with don't worry too much about the spawner, if you can hit it OK, but if not it doesn't matter too much.
Work as close to the bottom of the board as you can to clear the blockers and look for stripe/wrap combos. These combos will clear the blockers and detonate the stripes in the side columns as well as hitting the spawner. Watch the cherries very carefully, you want to switch a stripe/wrap combo near the bottom when there is a cherry at the bottom of the side column so that it will drop straight through to the exit. If you are lucky you may get two in this way.
The third cherry will most likely be collected in the middle part of the board as there won't be enough moves to let it move around the conveyor again. By now the spawner should be gone so you will need to make a move under the portal in the middle when the cherry is sitting over it to bring the cherry onto the board and then out.

completed level 2960
two timed levels in this episode is very hard,
I needed to buy extra moves with gold bars.

The next episode, levels 2946 to 2960, is "easier" than the previous one. There are "only" two timed levels in this one. I completed all the levels on my first go except 2951 and 2960 (2 tries). Level 2960 is not a timed level but a hard one because of the licorice constantly covering double jelly squares. You will need a second CB combo to clear the much of the licorice and the jellies. Levels 2950 and 2952 can be completed in one move with a CB combo.
I wish Rick would confine his comments to the appropriate board. If it's not yet available, then wait until it is.
To anonymous above, I wait for the blog for a particular level to be available where I post a more detailed comment. Cookie's tip and the blog is days or week behind for a particular level that's why I post comments ahead for the benefit of the other crushers who have also reached the levels ahead of Cookie's tip or the blog. I believe my comments for levels in advance have help others based on their own comments.

I had 5 hours of unlimited life during this episode, but I only lost 3 lives along the way 2 in the timed level 2932 and one in the timed level 2940.
Passed the 13 other levels on first try.

Episode ended up being much better than I expected. Luckily we got away with only two timed levels. Hope everyone has either got through or will without too much trouble.
Still not sure what we get for finishing a level on the first try. Sometimes I get a gold crown and sometimes I don't. Last episode I finished with a 3.0 and this time with a 2.9 so hopefully will win a couple of boosters. Til next Wednesday good luck.

I was dreading this episode, but got through it with the help of the space dash and assorted boosters, swaps, and hammers. I’m glad I have an extensive collection of them! Now having some wine and awaiting some snow here in Georgia tomorrow. I once lived in the snow belt of Ohio, but snow in the south is a different event! You don't have to clear the two outside blockers. Concentrate on clearing the evil spawner and center bottom blockers. Make moves in bottom when cherries get directly above right in center so they will drop down. Direct stripes will help but are hard make. A Coconut wheel or a Chocolate sprinkle/wrap with colors same as wrap close to spawner and blockers are good to start with. It really needs to have a few more moves. I luckily had Space Dash when I played it

Horrible level. Started with CB, stripe /wrap and wheel. And needed 4 hammers and one hand to pass it.
Well I don't know what's wrong here. I'm on 2945 and above video says it's 2943.. anyway I'm sick aon it.. can only get one cherry down. I've wasted 14 wheels. N other boosters. .please help

I agree with Rick, the next level is the easiest in a long time, much more enjoyable. However, I do make full use of the space hat. The last game in the level is tricky.
So, when you get through this one you can look forward to an enjoyable few games ... at last
I have been snowed in for three days so I’m collecting a lot of sugar drops until Wednesday. I lost power for about 12 hours mostly in the overnight so it wasn’t too bad. There are many around my area who had no electricity for more than two days and it got pretty cold. There was a lot of wet heavy snow and it downed trees and limbs on power lines. I’m glad to hear the next episode may actually be fun! Maureen Clark, if you can follow Sharon’s advice posted above, it should help you.
Sage here: just finished episode. Don't really like the computer so waiting on new levels. Maybe two Wednesdays ago two levels were dropped instead of only one. Did anyone else get double the levels too? Hope it happens again.

I, too, just finished the latest round of levels and that last one (2960) was NOT fun! I have wasted way too many boosters (I don't pay for them so I don't have many) on way too many TOO DIFFICULT levels. I think at this point Candy Crush should be happy some of us are still playing and stop trying to make us quit with their ridiculously difficult and thereby also boring levels. I personally find the easier ones much more enjoyable. I play this game to de-stress and I would hate to have to stop playing it because they only want people who pay for boosters.

Cookie is not up to date with the posts because she has to record her plays on a level and posts it whenever she completes it without the use of any boosters. That is very hard to do. I don't know how many times she has to play a level to pass it without boosters, that is why it takes a while for her to do the postings. In our case, we have the Magic or Space Dash and use boosters to complete levels, which enable us to get ahead of her posts. I watch her videos on some hard levels and I was amazed at how much luck she got that she was able to pass that level without the use of boosters.

Well said, Rick! I really like this blog and the help from Cookie and the friends on here. To anonymous above: I think Candy Crush is very generous to us. I have tons of boosters because CC gives many chances to easily earn them. I would not be this far in CC without them.
I have decided to leave CC when I reach level 3000. I wish CC had made the decision to have an endpoint...but it seems that won’t happen as long as people are willing to keep spending money on it. ...so I picked my own endpoint. It’s been a fun 5 years but the game isn’t the same...just pushing to make it harder and almost impossible to complete some games without boosters. Anyone have good suggestions for a replacement game?

Bear with me - I have also been having problems getting into Cookie's blog lately especially the next episode. I finally started looking under Candy Crush 3000 and then get a list of levels 2901 through to 2960. Below the video it will show how many comments there are and you have to tap on that to have them show up. Hope this helps.

Hi Sharon! I don’t know if you will see this post since I got here so late, but thanks for caring. The fires have been north and east of me this time so I have been lucky. I usually don’t worry too much for myself because I do live at the beach and the fires don’t usually burn too close because of the moisture, but they just wreaked havoc in Ventura which is beachy. It has burned quite a few celebrities homes. We lost a local CalFire engineer who was up there with our fire units helping and he left a wife, a two year old daughter and his wife is pregnant with their second daughter. So sad. They have a Go Fund Me for the family, but that doesn’t replace him.

Hi Diane from San Diego! So good to hear from you. I've been watching the fire news where I live in B.C., Canada. The pictures have been unbelievable. I saw where the Fire Engineer died leaving his pregnant wife and 2yr old daughter. It is heartbreaking. I too live in a high fire risk area. We were in very heavy smoke all summer but luckily didn't have any major fires. Most of B.C. was on fire all summer. My thoughts are with you and all Californians in this terrible time. I'm so glad you're safe where you live

Not quite sure about all these comments. My level is having to get 4 colour bombs and it is nigh on impossible, I've been trying for days. Anyone else got this for the level??

My level 2945 needs 4 CB. The written description for level 2945 doesn't match the video for 2945. The video is what I see and shows the 4CB. Has nothing to do with cherries or conveyor.

I’m on level 2945 & it’s completely different to what it’s supposed to be also the two levels before were different 😡

No quiero dejar de jugar a C.C pero... no veo otra salida, este nivel es realmente imposible , como ya he dicho anteriormente en mi PC se juega como en el video no como en los comentarios, he gastado todos mis refuerzos y continuo atascada. Demasiadas horas invertidas para ningún resultado :(

Your on the wrong page Cookie. You trying to tip us on getting 3 cherries but my level 2945 is to get 4 colourbombs. What is going on. I’m fed up with these inconsistencies in King games. Also the moves are different. King has more. What a farce this game is becoming. GONE! And I invite others to do the same. Cookie, don’t give tips if you are not on top of the game.
