Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3022 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
First you need to collect the keys in as few moves as possible, don't try to clear the blockers, this will just waste moves. Concentrate on making special candies and combos to clear the keys and the blockers will take care of themselves.
Once the lucky candies start to drop avoid making matches of three, you won't complete the level that way as there are just not enough moves.
Keep making special candies and combos, especially colourbomb combos as this is the only way you will get the orders needed.
If you are struggling to do this without boosters try using a colourbomb booster to collect one or two of the keys to begin with.

Started with 2 cbs together so cleared the licorice and and keys right away. But had to use several hand switches and a hammer to ensure I got enough of each item. Only 1 star, but I did get it first time.
I added a CB and check booster to the space helmet. I had two CB’s together, but did not match them. I used one on a jelly with the most keys and another had a wrap next to it with the same color key. The reds are the the slowest to come forth, but once I had the yellows, the checks changed to reds. Finished first try with no other boosters.
Twice had 2 wrap candies which I was able to switch together and that did the trick for me. Mrs Cocky

Posting for luck. Tried lots of boosters and combos. Not even Even two CB's together didn't work. Waiting for lucky board.
I have no idea why we continue to play this game! This level kept turning my ticked candies into white puffy blockers and would not produce enough yellows and reds. No way could I pass in the amount of moves given with all these blockers turning up. Then....after about 50 attempts it simply let me pass! No white blockers appeared and it cleared all the yellows and reds for me leaving me with 5 moves spare.
I didn’t pass this level, King let me pass it after having thrown all the cr*p at me on previous attempts. This game is no longer a game of skill it’s King’s programmed algorithms which monitor each of us which decides when it’s going to let us through to the next level. It really sucks!

Thought there’d be no way to pass this without boosters but I eventually got lucky. Made a sprinkled candy next to a wrapped candy and that basically got most of my ingredients for me. Took quite a few attempts over a couple of days for that to happen though.

Why?
Just when you reach the trust in yourself, that the impossible levels are over, you will be confrontated again with the frustration of playing this nonsens levels.

Seriously! Another mind numbing level where you have to play for days on end until you eventually get a lucky board.
Booboo is right. The software randomly decides when you let you have a winning board. Players just move pieces until the game decides to let you win. CC is a joke and no longer fun.

Played today on Android, it's up to 30 moves now. Passed it on the first try with 30 moves.

I've started with Boosters and without. It doesn't seem to make any difference. I have yet to collect enough of either red or yellow, although I did manage to get the Blockers a few times.

Not working with Cookies hints. Not even coming close with special candies only falling in limited space. And with so few moves and having to collect four keys is next to impossible. This is a terrible level. Come on King. Fix it so it is at least doable!!
Impossible...can’t seem to collect them all...combos are just not coming together...this is definitely a lucky board level. I have used the cb/cb combo several times and still run out of moves. No fun... :-(
Getting blockers isn’t an issue for me. Collecting candies seems quite unattainable.

Ridiculous level and you won't win until King is ready and you have used up most if not all of your boosters. I like a challenge but some of these levels are just tiresome and no fun. King is a money driven. Not fair to the players.

They weren't lying when they said this was a hard level.
It took me a few days but I am finally through without boosters.
I tried a few boosters earlier, didn't work for me but definitely helped me get closer.
Your first job is to get the keys. If this doesn't happen fairly quickly, you've no hope. personally, I found clearing a blocker space did help to get me started.
But once the lucky candies start to drop, what you need to make are special candies eg a wrap or a wrap/stripe combo, to get the cascades starting. Unless you can get a couple of those, I doubt you'll get through.

Finally passed after a few days, made colorbombs stripes and wraps just not enough, when I finally got close I had ten more ingredients to get I used my ufo and passed the level, I’m just happy I had one to use, this was a very hard level, good luck everyone👍

As per usual, there will be no way of making the required number of reds or yellows in the moves given until the game decides it’s your time. Not even fun to play while you’re waiting. It’s all so tedious now, every game.

I got the lucky board. I started with a CB and was able to get rid of the keys pretty fast. Then I worked exclusively in the upper left part of the board and was able to get my yellows and reds to come down. Needed a hammer and a switch to finish. Good luck, you really need to work almost the whole time in the upper left
