Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3069 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 3069 is a super hard level, even using boosters you might struggle to complete it.
The difficulties are the locked row of blockers in the middle of the board and the two popcorns which both have jelly under them.
You should look for chances to make stripes and colourbombs whenever possible and switch them together if you can. Failing that use stripe combos or stripe/wrap combos.
There is no real strategy to level 3069, just blast away as much jelly as you can.
However you still need to look carefully for the best moves, there is no point simply switching candies around as this will never work. Powerful combos and boosters are the only way.

I got 6 hours of free play while I was on this level. I played for 2 hours straight and gave up. I came back later and played for another hour and I have not come anywhere close to beating this level. I don't get space dash so I can't do two chocolates together to start the board. I can't see any other way to beat this board. Besides not having that booster they have also reduced the moves to only 26. I've never given up on candy crush before but this board may finally be the end for me unless someone has some advice on how to beat it that I'm completely missing.
Passed first go using the full space dash and a fish booster. Must’ve gotten a lucky board too I reckon because the specials were easy to make. And there’s 30 moves on iPad.
Like you Tammy I don't get space dash and find it so annoying when I come to this site looking for hints only to find that most of the posts are from those with space dash who say use 2 chocolate sprinklers. I've reached the stage now that as soon as as see - use space dash- I don't read their comments. These comments are not useful to anybody so why post them.
Looking for help from all those who don't have space dash. As soon as I pass this level- whenever that might be- I'll pass on any helpful ideas to those who follow after us and are also the unfortunate ones who don't have space dash. Good luck to everyone.
After just posting I did pass this level. The only way I could do it was with using handswitches, hammers and finally 10 gold bars because I needed extra lives . No magic fixes sorry but it was the only way I could do it

Reading the comments, I threw everything I had at this. Fish, color bomb, used a couple of hand switches, etc. I didn't have the popcorns, so that helped quite a bit. (I also never get the space dash, so double color bomb start isn't a thing for me). I had quite a bit of boosters saved up since I seem to get the levels at least a week later than Cookie, so I have a few days to just play old levels to get boosters. - hbk

I agree, when I see certain names, like Ric, Sharon Gil etc I don't even read their post b/c they all say the same thing "started with 2 SD & got it 1st try"...who cares, I want to read tips not people bragging!
Playing It for the 6th Day and didn't get even near ending this level. Come on KING do something about it! This level is AWFULL, annoying and very boring!!
This level is harder than it looks. The middle blockers are always the ones I can't destroy.
Played CC from the beginning,and encountered some very hard levels,but this has got to be the worst one I have come across very hard,hate it,been on it for far too long now.

No popcorn but the closest i get was one jelly which business the blocker at the top. Need to figure a way to clear the blocker on top soon. Maybe a fish booster might help but need lot of luck from the crasher

Can't believe this isn't rated as a hard level. No matter how generous the board has been at times, I still can't get this devil. Heeellpppp!

I've passed 3065-69 without selected boosters. I agree that those comments are not at all helpful, I don't get space dash/bot/Didi anymore either. But every now and then I get to watch a short video, and receive a free booster. This time it was 3 extra moves, but I didn't need them! I found that making a CB and using it on a single colour produced more and more of them. Keep watching the upper blocker, it seems to be the most difficult one. Hope this helps someone...
What a ridiculous level. Too many of these but this take the cake. Only 26 moves to do so many things. I think many would struggle even with an extra 10 moves without boosters and a good dose of luck.
Don’t the people at King try the level first before deciding how many moves to give. This level with popcorns at top and bottom plus the middle blocks with 2 jellies beneath them to boot is simply ridiculous with 26 moves which I’m stuck with.
If I’ve got the board shown on the video on starting I wouldn’t have any problem with 29 moves to boot. I guess King have made enough money on the level but I’m stuck with the old permutation.
Colorbomb and wrap worked. Also used a fish Booster. They went for the hard to get blocks.
