Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3458 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
You have to collect 20 yellow candies to complete level 3458 Candy Crush Saga.
The yellow candies are provided by the lucky candies which drop from the dispensers down each side of the board. To get lucky candies to drop you have to clear a space under the dispensers and this is the hardest thing to do.
You really need colourbombs to have any chance of getting enough yellow candies and ideally you need to switch them with stripes to get as many lucky candies and yellow candies dropping as you can in the least number of moves.
You will never pass this level without colourbombs, there just are not enough moves to do everything that needs to be done without them.
If you have any lucky candy boosters they may help, but only if you are getting close and just need a few more yellows.

used full space dash plus Dido. Getting a colour ball beside a yellow helps but the check/tick balls seemed scarce. best use a check/tick booster
Started with CB/wrap plus check booster (thanks Anna!) and that did it. (Also full SD.)
I can't believe there aren't more comments about this terrible level. One of the worst for me. You "do" need CB's to pass, but if they don't show up you are doomed. And if they show up but can't clear anything useful, you are doomed. Or if they show up and clear some useful things, but not enough, you are doomed. One note: If you have no moves at the start and it reshuffles, that can sometimes loosen things up a bit... Beyond that "sometimes" helpful suggestion, the rest is simply pure luck. Terrible level to me.

I finally had to use 16 hammers at the end to beat this level. Luckily I had built up 27 hammers from the didi contest.
Finally passed. Started with a CB a wrapped and a stripe. Finished last lemon with a hammer. Happy to be moving on.
I have tried sprinkle with stripe... no luck. I tried sprinkle with pillow....no luck. I even tried 2 sprinkles together, still no luck. Posting for luck. I sure need it
