Candy Crush Saga Level 3544 Tips and video

Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3544 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
You have to destroy the Evil Spawner (magic mixer) at the top of the board to complete level 3544 Candy Crush Saga.
The only way to hit the spawner is with the stripes that will drop into the candy cane fences once you clear the licorice. You can either use stripes or wraps or a combination of the two to clear the licorice and once it is cleared you will get the stripes you need.
Having stripes below the spawner is only half the battle, they also need to be the right way up, sideways stripes are no use and even when you get vertical stripes you still need to set them off using more combos.
The spawners needs to be hit a total of 5 times to clear it, but if you have 2 or 3 stripes in the column below it each one will count as a hit, so once you get the stripes dropping it isn't too hard to clear the spawner.
The other problem is that the spawner makes bombs! These bombs will drop onto the board where you can clear them, but you can't afford to waste moves chasing bombs when you need to get those stripes hitting the spawnrer. The best thing is to clear both the stripes and the bombs together using a stripe/wrap combo.

If the level you play is different from the one here it is because the developers have changed it since I played and I have no control over this. Please let me know in the comments and I will try to change it.

Found this one difficult. Don't know why you have the option to use a check booster. After deciding this was the way to go I had three wraps above the check thinking it would be destroyed right away. But the check just turned into a regular candy not an evil spawner. Very difficult with those candy cane fences. Choc combo, 2 stripe/wraps in center, wrap on stripe in center and one lollipop hammer.
Just tried it again and didn't start with a combo but got several vertical stripes in center that I was able to hit with horizontal stripes or wraps. Finished with moves left. Lucky board this time.

Just posting for luck. This level is impossible even with boosters. The few stripes I am able to get are useless sideways ones thanks to the candy cane fences which I have come to hate. And as if that isn’t bad enough bombs drop constantly. The rest of this episode has been fun for a change and now this. It’s designed so you have no choice but to waste all your boosters and still no guarantee it’ll do any good. Good luck everyone.

I disagree that the spawner only needs to be hit 5 times. I had to use 3 hammers on it at the end. I started by switching two CBs so it got hit then. I also hit it two times with vertical stripes in the center column and I’m certain it was hit once with a stripe/wrap. If you are going to make it hard at least make it play fair. This level ruined what had been a fun episode. Thanks a bunch.

After reading the comments, I started with the double sprinkle and then hammered the evil spawner four times and that did it. Enough of this nonsense! 😉

Carol the elder offers the best advice in this case. Doesn’t seem possible otherwise.

Sad comments, I am prepared for the worst...

Absolutely horrible level, especially after the last one. I have used up all my hammers. They are sucking the fun out of this game.

Here's a twist I used that helped. Save a CB and either stripe or wrap combo and wait until it spawns bombs and then if the color of the combo matches, you can get 1 or 2 hits on the spawned. I still needed 2 hammers to finish but good to save as many as you can with these candy cane levels.

Sage here: lost too many lives and boosters. Problem is too many horizontal and no vertical stripes!

Able to defeat it on the first try, but I know luck had to have had a hand in it. I just constantly attacked the middle where possible for the needed striped candies, then zapped the spawner. Took about 5 or 6 hits, and I had 5 moves left at the end. Didn't use any boosters.

What's the point in playing?

Please, King, take away this helmet and space dash or give it to all of us.
