Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3582 Candy Crush Saga by Cookie
Level 3582 is a dual task level, you have to collect the ingredients and clear the jelly in only 18 moves to complete the level.
I doubt this is possible without boosters so I suggest you stock up on as many as you can before you start.
You need to collect the keys which are inside candy cane fences and clear the licorice at the other side of the board which is also locked and in candy cane fences. These two tasks alone can use up a fair number of your valuable moves and at the same time you will be clearing jelly.
Try to release the coconut wheel without setting it off if you can so that you can use it yourself. If it is set off by a combo or cascade it will almost always go the opposite way to the way you want and it will be wasted. If you manage to use it you can collect the keys and unlock the licorice with it.
A very good combo to use if you get the chance, is a colourbomb/wrap combo, this will clear a lot of jelly and blockers and help to get the ingredients down.
The ingredients drop down through the portals which lead them through the candy cane fenced squares to the exits, so if you clear the blockers and jelly the ingredients will find their way to the exits, so you don't need to worry about them too much.

Cookie writes, it's almost impossible without booster and 18 moves.... Now it's 15 moves. And some jellies are really badly hidden behind fences. Even with space dash I was not able to solve it as always some jellies are left and/or even one ingredient missing.
You must clear EVERYTHING under the nuts to get them through,if locks or blockers
I just pass it after 2 days stuck in that level . I got a lucky board magic dash and a fish 🐠 booster 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
I had magic helmet and fish booster from Buddy game and threw in another CB and stripe/pillow. Passed it ! Not possible otherwise. Plan on coming back to play for sugar drops!

I have been playing this level for awhile now and it appears that you will need boosters to pass it....and I don't have any.....and I will not go back and play conquered levels just to try and get boosters to pass a level I have reached...not fair....15 moves and I'm not getting anywhere....so, if you need boosters, I guess I should just quit....this is really getting ridiculous...
This is officially the longest I have been on any one level....I give up....it is impossible to beat and it doesn't help that I have no boosters left....no matter how long I would play, the result would be the same....

King's mind is not stupid or brain dead. It's very smart because it's all about getting players to spend money. If the games were easy, no one would buy boosters or extra moves. I've never spent a penny on this game and never will. I just have to be patient and I'll eventually pass this level.

I've got it twice. Been playing for just over 4 years.
Impossible level. Not wasting the few boosters I have on a booster eater. I have never won jackpot on spinning wheel. Playing for over 4 years. Started playing Bejeweled Blitz more often since I’m not required to buy boosters every other level.

Lucky board needed? No such thing. My time tested solution is to stop playing the game for three full days. When you get back, you’ll solve the board within 5 to 10 games. They don’t want to lose you as a player.
Tries lots of various boosters nothing works to pass this level. Get down to 2 jellies and 1 nut or 1 of both with no boosters at the end the clear the board. King pass this level for me before I quit forever!
Need to fit the difficult to get at blockers so many times not enough moves even after watching 3 videos to come to 5 extra moves impossible!
