Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3621 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 3621 is a fairly hard level to complete without boosters, but it does not rely on luck so much as careful planning of your moves and strategic use of the frog.
Colourbombs are the only way to clear this level, look for chances to make them from the first move. As you are looking for colourbombs get the frog uncovered from the chocolate on the right of the board and as soon as you have a colourbomb use it to grow the frog.
Use the full grown frog straight away, there is no value in saving it and it is likely to be covered in chocolate again if you leave it in place. Use the frog to clear some jelly on the left side of the board and also if you place it between two of the popcorns it will grow them by one stage.
Once you have used the frog, grow it again using another colourbomb and keep doing this, grow the frog, use it to grow popcorns, grow it, use it.. Don't waste a single move trying to grow the frog by switching it, if you don't have a colourbomb to grow it make one, or use a stripe to grow a popcorn.
You can switch a colourbomb with a stripe if you happen to get them together but otherwise just keep making colourbombs and growing the frog.

I disagree that this level doesn't require that much luck... The chocolate is constantly covering up just what you need to collect. Got down to one jelly needed, and a chocolate formed over it... Frustrating level.
Tips on feeding the Frog: The first time I didn't even notice the frog so did not use it right away. Today I used it and passed this level.
1. Use a cb on the same colour candy as the frog. This will help grow it. 2. Put the frog beside or cornerways from a popcorn. Yes, for me the frog helped grow the popcorn. Use fish whenever as possible because one thing they are good at is going for the jelly. Anna
Cookie is right about color bombs and frog. One thing I did learn, even if you know the color of frog and match it with color bomb, won't work if frog is covered with chocolate. I also used some stripe/wrap combos to help finish.
Besides the frog, I was able to make CB/stripe combos which cleared a lot of jelly and also hit the popcorns. As Cookie said, use the frogs!
I had amazing luck with the frog turning in to a vertical stripe twice while in the right column. I started with a CB+wrap and then had luck with the wraps falling on the left. I thought the licorice might prevent me getting the last jelly but managed it with 1 move to spare- Boris
Since when did using the frog count as a turn? Or am I just not realizing it always did?

Every now and again... CC f*cks with your mind.
This is the level that its doing it for me again.
I should have won multiple times, but then some bizarre drops from the top
just wipe everything out.
I use Cookie method precisely, I think its only way through too.
But if CC wants you stuck on a level, then thats where you'll stay until you
pay up. well.....won't!!
Frog doesn't always grow. Glitchy level. Need lucky board
Jonah I found the frog does not always blink but it can move to blow up an area. Cookie is exactly right about using colorbombs to grow the frog. Do not use switches to grow the frog just colorbombs. One CB will grow the frog enough. CB, frog, CB, frog, etc is exactly how I cleared this level.
I’m frustrated to death with this sick level. Should be easy to get but apparently King has control of the board. This is a very humiliating game.

I think the current supposed gift of infinite lives is actually making levels more difficult/impossible to pass because King won't let you win a level with less than 50 attempts or more. Need booster bot and candy drops back instead. I found playing the same levels time and time again to win candy drops boring but the only way to pass later levels. King must be making an absolute fortune from people who are willing to buy boosters at the moment. I know they are a company and companies exist to make profit but they could be a bit more generous during this crisis they are not about to go bankrupt that's for sure!
Why do I keep playing this it makes me really depressed.😥 Getting out in the garden now to do something else I feel sorry able people who don't have gardens.
