Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3718 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 3718 is almost impossible to complete without boosters so I would suggest you start with a full helmet or spaceship and hope that the colourbomb is beside either the stripe or the wrap to give you a good start.
The bombs, although with a countdown of 15 moves, can be tricky to clear and they are just as likely to kill your game as running out of moves. For this reason you should look for ways to clear the bombs from the start, stripes or stripe/wrap combos should take care of them if you haven't managed to clear them with the first cascades.
Once the bombs are gone you can concentrate on clearing the remaining blockers and jelly. Even without the bombs to worry about this is a hard level and needs some luck. You need some colourbomb combos but if you can make a couple of colourbomb combos you should be able to clear it.
I have tried several times using only a jelly fish booster but didn't find it helped very much.

This isn't even listed as a "hard" level, but it seems impossible. Not even coming close. And the game has started to "crash" at times too, as some others have mentioned. No skill to it, just luck. Either things line up nicely for you, or not, and so far they have not lined up anywhere close enough for me to pass this level.
Full SD plus fish booster did it for me.
CB wrap/combo, fish and a hand did it. First attempt.

I not believing the post above from Anonymous about passing this level with just one move...seriously? They must work for King or something.
As far as this level, impossible with the location of and the timers on the bombs. I don't see anyway of passing this one anytime soon.

Guess I'm a super loser. I have full SD and have tried adding fish and the other boosters as well. Been stuck awhile now. Booooring.

Started with a colourbomb next to a wrap, complete in 1 move.
right!
I did this in 1 move with no boosters, with the screen switched off,
and still had 10 more moves left than when I had started the game.
And... with both hands tied behind back.
And yer tell the youngsters today and they don't believe you.

One move! I have never done that before. Colour bomb with a stripe and it went berserk.
The developers changed this game! Nothing like the earlier version. Cookie, can you post an update?
Lots of licorice and waffles. Finally got a good board that gave me the keys, got free extra moves, used a hammer and a switch. A seriously hard board with insufficient moves. Totally different to what Cookie is talking about.
This isn’t the same game that I am playing for level 3718 with only 20 moves. Impossible to pass even with 2 combos together
