Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3733 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 3733 is a jelly level with only 14 moves. The first and most important thing you must do is break through into the bottom half of the board using any combo you can make.
Once you have candies in the bottom half you can work on clearing the jelly, but you need some powerful combos to do this in so few moves.
I found a double wrap combo the best way to clear some of the chocolate and once the candies begin to drop through into the bottom of the board you will get cascades which will clear a lot of jelly and chocolate without using your valuable moves.
Look carefully at the whole board before every move as you need to make every move count. This is not an easy level although it looks easy when you watch someone beating it.

After about 30 goes, I thought this was impossible as I hadn't broken into the bottom of the board. I managed to break into the bottom and ran out of moves. I hit the lucky wheel to win more moves and I won 15 extra moves and managed to complete the level with 3 moves to spare. Good luck, this is tuff.
My board is not like that one. You have to break thru the top before you can even think about breaking thru to the bottom. I am really hoping for a lucky board. Posting for a luck I hope.
I have 2 layers of blockers, 3 layers of chocolate and 4/5 layers on the waffles! How do you get past all that?

Lucky board I guess. I started with 21 moves (3 from Space Dash) and ended with 9 moves left. First move was a CB with a stripe (though I also had another CB and a wrap available on the board) and it blasted enough of the lower part open that I had several moves.
How do you win 15 extra more moves with the lucky wheel? I can only get 5 moves. Unless you're talking about doing it 3 times? That won't come cheap.
What lucky wheel??? Know about buying "5 extra moves" but where's the lucky wheel???
Lucky board? Started with SD, & all 3 boosters. CB combo first move wiped out just about everything. Fish & wraps that fell to bottom cleaned up the rest, 17 moves left
I'm not sure exactly how it works but every so often it will offer 15 extra moves..i have gotten it a couple of times

Carlton, it’s about the same as spinning the daily wheel for boosters. You rarely get the jackpot. I think I got 15 extra moves once and the same with the jackpot.

Used about 25 colour bombs in combination with double wrapped combos. Did not get past the chocolate. What a waste of my boosters. Ridiculous level when you can't get even close with so many boosters.
Now I am out of boosters, and I am just moving candies around like an idiot. Even when I manage to break a chocolate it will be restored the next move. At the end I am as far as I was in the beginning.
So I am waiting for a lucky board again. Waiting again till candy crush allows me to pass this level.

not having any luck and so far this episode is making me really unhappy
I had full space dash, and then chucked every booster into the game. I think it's the only way to do it. Luckily I had two CB together to start, and from there the game played itself with 10 moves left over.

This video is irrelevant..... I have a barrier between the top and bottom row..... I dont have enough moves (17) to get through the barrier and chocolate

Played it over 50 times now. NO results at all. The best was 33 left. This is completely ridiculous. Wasted all my boosters. It is not even possible to make 2 nice combinations in a row. By the times you can make a second combination the game is over or it is all closed again.
I quit. I have enough of this stupid levels. A game should be fun and this is no fun at all.

Yes Cookie the video is different, will you change it? This level is impossible.
After trying for days on my tablet I gave it a go on my phone..... only one layer of chocolate, the wrappers on the middle row in the bottom section and 3 more moves..... I passed first go, this is a Samsung tablet and a Samsung phone, how are the levels so different?

No no no chance. I don't see any solution with 14 moves, because the layer of chocolate is 3times!!! Therefore e. g. double CB does NOT help. Also CB + Stripe was in vain as mainly only one layer is gone or maybe 2,but the chocolate grows back immediately. I broke through only once and there was double jelly under the chocolate. So I have to hit every tile of the chocolate row at least 5 times in 14 moves (resp 14+3 with helmet)?!?!? I would like to see a video of sb who solved this. I think it's not possible without tons of luck. Maybe 30 moves can do, but this level is a bad joke currently.
Made it, but it was sooo hard. Had a helmet and started with CB+Stripe. Could switch quite soon a candy to get this important double wrap which opened the chocolate. Used several switches and hammers for optimal combos in the bottom or to get rid off an unreachable jelly. Needed all 14+3 moves. Ufff. You need luck + boosters, otherwise - as written above - you have no chance in my humble opinion.
Started with double color bombs, use them right away, then used two hammers on the chocolate on the bottom to open up candies to drop. Ended with a couple moves left
I've played this so many times and just can't break through the chocolate with enough moves left to clear the jelly. It's impossible to me. Chris
Cannot even get through the chocolate as it regrows...
Then you are starting with more than 17 moves. A double cb doesn't do squat with a triple row of chocolate that immediately comes back
There is a way to do this level but it means at least 6 hand switches ad space dash due to the two layers of blockers at top not in the video above you need to move the wrapped candy in bottom so 2 are together and near the top this will clear most of chocolate then use space dash boosters to clear top blocks this is the least fun level so far and all levels seem to be heading this way king needs to sort this out or i fear you will loose all your player make levels fun to play not impossible unless you pay

I play on my laptop through FB and I don't have the wheel to spin for extra moves or the space dash/stocking/helmut option anymore. I don't know what happened to it. I quit several months ago because I couldn't stand levels like this one and I was tired of playing the candy drop games over and over. But I guess I'm addicted because now I'm back and still frustrated. I should just quit again because the only way to win is with the lucky board. No fun anymore.

Don't know why there's a video for level 3633. Someone is a little confused. Also the bottom video for this level 3733 shows a different board layout. It's a bit different now.

Video grim cookie is different to my board, video from YT has 20 moves to clear 36 jellies.
My level is 19 moves to clear 72 jellies.
Impossible need more moves or less jellies!
