Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3740 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 3740 is a jelly level which is likely to be changed in the future, as most levels are recently!
First of all, you can completely forget about the key at the bottom of the board, you can't clear it using combos because of the licorice and eventually the chocolate will eat it. However, at the time of writing there is no jelly under the squares that the key unlocks although this may be an oversight and could change later.
Look for combos to clear the blockers and jelly, colourbomb/wrap combos work best and if by the time you read this there is jelly under the locked cells you don't want to be clearing the chocolate so you will want to avoid stripes that will clear it. I didn't need to worry about clearing the chocolate so I used colourbomb/stripe combos as well as wraps.
If you need the key you only have to avoid clearing the chocolate for 11 moves and it will eat it for you, after that it won't matter.
If, like me, you don't need the key, just blast away at everything with whatever combos you can make.

Hello guys, I have not finished this episode yet but I am just posting this for feedback. It looks like the Reset feature is being taken away from us by King. Sunnyday and Anonymous on 8 September 2018 at 05:44 made similar comments. So far it is still working on my PC, on my Samsung Tab A, and iPad Mini. The Reset feature stopped working on my wife’s iPad Air so I configured my iPad Mini’s to my wife’s Facebook account and ran Candy Crush Saga. The Reset feature did not work either. Then, I ran Candy Crush back on my Facebook account again in my iPad Mini and the Reset works again. This is puzzling. The Reset feature is very important and a tremendous help. Taking it away will be a game changer.
I had the same game like Cookie and it was easy to complete. Thanks God to finish it, because in future I think it will be much harder

Just managed 15 levels. Time for a break. Playing on iPad mini and didn’t lose lives over reset. Would have literally been game over if I had. Threw everything at these games. To be honest I thought them very boring. Maybe I’m at last tiring of candy crush. I do hop so
My reset feature went bye-bye earlier in the week & I cannot get it back at this time - so I have been playing this episode without the luxury of a reset - it is so much more difficult. Not good, boo,hoo. Sally
This particular level I must have had a lucky board because I finished first go. But there were some pretty difficult levels in this episode. I found the next level much easier.

There were some tricky levels in this episode, but thanks to Cookie’s tips and helpful comments from y’all I made it through. It helped that I am still able to reset on my iPad! The rumor is that the next episode is easier so we’ll see how it goes. The Wednesday Club on Facebook is growing. Loved this episode! A few of the levels felt challenging but doable and not impossible. Actually had fun again instead of lamenting that there were not enough moves, etc.
I still have reset (without losing a life). I only play on iPhone 6.
Looking forward to joining the Facebook group — still a bit gun-shy about reading through all the privacy settings necessary to set up an account, now that we’ve been warned by stories in the news.

Funny how cookie never got any bombs to the last move. The chocolate never covered up her key. My key gets covered up early in the game so I have bombs and I have never been able to get past them.
Still doesn't seem fair, some people still have the LUXURY of the re-set option and the rest of us have to go back and play 606 just to keep moving forward. Everyone playing this game should have the SAME options!!
Rick, I play on an IPad mini and haven’t had the reset since late in the last segment. The only thing I’ve found to work is to shut down before end and then reboot and you will get a new configuration- a real pain but haven’t found another solution.
Just as a comment I think it unfair that the reset works on some devices King- get with it- a fair playing field!
And I agree that this was a very important feature in these upper levels!
The other option as KK pointed out is just to lose a life but I hate having to go back and keep resetting the clock:(
I only have 20 moves
Now reduced to 20 moves but still 54 jellies including 9 triple blockers etc.... Closest I’ve come in many days is 18 jellies left and that’s trying on iPad, phone and laptop so goodness knows how many tries I’ve had. Totally impossible. Again I ask why do King keep changing the levels? Ok if you’re way up there in front as those people play the levels before they are changed to harder. Not fair on the rest of us!
I've never been here before.. In that I mean I'm done.
Reset gone, magic hat and spaceship therefore nearly pointless, every stage requires boosters, this stage has been reduced in moves, made harder and I am just done ... King have finally killed the game for me, they are utterly shameless in their pursuit of money and all fun, skill and intrigue has been sucked out of the game.
I want to make sure I'm not missing something when we talk about reset. I saw earlier people had lost ability to keep SD/MH but I see lives and the clock mentioned here. I'm on iPhone and haven't had any disruption... as long as we're talking closing the app to keep SD/MH or resetting clock for lives. Is there another trick I missed?
Also, I use 606 to get SD/MH. Only takes 3 moves to finish, is always the same, and the crush uses fish instead of stripes so doesn't take as long. Anyone have a better level? My fav for sugar drops is 666. Never lose so no risk and always get 25-30 drops. Your favs?
Looks easier than it is. I’ve used several sprinkle balls with wraps and fish more than once and can’t seem to beat the level

It is my understanding that King has something against iPhones! Android users were not affected with the disruption in the loss of reset. Or the sd/helmet. If you are losing and know you aren't going to pass the level.....try closing out/x-ing out with AT LEAST one move left! This should save your space dash and prevent you from having to go back to 606 and re-earning them again. Chew on my cc friends!
There are not 35 moves there are 20. So this of no use yet again. GRRRRRRR
I have Android. I hardly ever see SD, playing 606 does nothing and I lose my boosters when resetting before the very first move. Maybe because I never once bought a booster? Dunno.
Thanks to the trick letting the key to be eaten by the chocolate (not hitting it for several moves) it becomes much easier.

I didn't find this level too hard and I don't have the advantage of the space dash. I played the level once (my last life) on the PC then had three goes on my Android tablet before I passed. The PC says the level is Super Hard but the Android only had it as Hard but I didn't see any differences between the two. All failed attempts only had me needing four jellies. I think it's just luck.
I am ready to pull my hair out by now. Ridiculous level - mostly mindless clicking.
Thats it! Had enough.... I've blocked app on Facebook. Got so frustrated that i went to buy hammers... $2.99 transaction cost me $11.50 after some bullshit FB fee!!! Next step after I backup all my data is to cancel F..kbook altogether and King can go get F..KED for reducing number of moves and I will give FB reason for cancelling thanks to King

I do not have the 35 moves advertised - only 20 moves on iPad - which is making this level impossible. Could you please send a lucky board as I have tried everything and I’m just paralyzed by too few moves. I’ve had many, many instances of having far fewer moves than promised and wonder if this is a glitch that I is associated with playing CC on iPads? Is there a plan to address this for iOS users ? Thank you for a lucky board and also for looking into the bugs that seem to keep occurring when playing CC on iPads.

I still have no idea how the locked cells become unlocked as the only key I can see is the yellow one. Maybe I'm hitting that or the chocolate is getting it and unlocking the locked cells. Aside from that this is an awful boring level. Lucky board needed. Apart from that the only solution I can see is buying extra moves.
