Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3758 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 3758 is an orders level, you have to grow the four popcorns and collect 20 licorice to complete the level.
I am not sure this level is possible without boosters at the moment so hopefully at some stage it will be changed for the better.
Look for wrapped candies to help grow the popcorns and these will also help to clear the chocolate out of the way. The licorrice is the hardest to collect because you have to get it to drop from the dispensers at the bottom of the board and the only way it can drop is if there is space under the dispensers. This means you have to clear the candies under the dispensers to get the licorice and once you have it you have to clear it.
If you can get two colourbombs side by side switch them together to collect all the licorice on the board and hopefully get a bit more to drop.
Colourbomb combos of any kind are probably the only way you will complete this level.

I tried all, with booster, without booster and, and and. For me I can say, without booster it is definitely undoable with 23 moves. With booster you can do it if you want to spend a lot. I don't have so much. And the chocolate is ugly. This level is the hell. Frustrating und no fun.
Cleared the popcorn but not enough moves to get enough liquorice from the dispenser.. boring !
I too had trouble with the licorice but used a check mark booster the next time and got what I needed.
Added check mark as suggested above, also lucky to have full space dash, finished with 12 moves to spare.
Check Mark booster is just turning into popcorn. No help there.
If you don't clear the popcorns first, the check mark usually changes to another popcorn and often blocks the board.

Yes, get all four popcorns before using the check mark if possible. That would ensure that it will turn into licorice. Otherwise as it has been said the check marks turn into popcorn. This goes for other boards (levels) with ingredients (orders) don't use check marks until all but one order is filled.
Not enough moves to collect the orders. This seems to be a new trend with King. C'mon Developers! Stop ruining this game for your upper level players.
Even when I cleared the candy under the spender, not a liquorice was coming, but a candy from above fell into this place... This was unfair, because it happened several times and in the end only 3 liquorices were missing... Try again later, at the moment I am not amused
I usually avoid using check mark boosters because they can turn into something that I don't want, like a popcorn. But using a check mark was the only way I could pass this level. Just focus on clearing the popcorns as quickly as possible. They don't need a lot of hits to pop them. Then the check marks will turn into the licorice that you need.
Need Help this is impossible
As others above said, using the check booster but saving it/them until the popcorns were all cleared worked well. I still needed to use 2 hand switches and 2 hammers, but I was growing weary!!
Only 23 mives with space dash - not possible without check booster! My checks all changed into liquorice, even before the popcorn was gone. Reason: In the bottom you have no chance to get enough liquorice with normal moves, as you only get liquorice with a normal "3 combo" (with other combos, no liquorice falls in that space, but normal candies from above). And a "normal 3 combo" cannot be influenced much, you run out of moves You must play also in the top and hope checks are coming plus watch the bottom for possible "3 combo" under the spender. I played too long in the bottom and needed 5 extra moves.

This level is laughable.
Please change this level..and the new uodate of the game is with so slow motion..its boring..I feel sad to say that after 4 years with candycrush..i begin to fell boring of it..developers have to be more active with us..
The standard now is make it doable then change it to try and squeeze cash out of us then change again to easier or start giving you lucky boards
In my case in the old days i was ok with spending a dollar or so but now as they say killed the goose that laid golden eggs
Oh and developers make coding errors and testers will miss them. Without a doubt though this is upper management and bean counter policy
And in the past have had personnal response when contacting king. Not anymore..automated unhelpful versus human unhepful
This is impossible! I can get the 4 popcorns but not all the licorice, even with boosters. I have spent many hours and way too much money on this level. Guess I'm done. Too bad---I use to enjoy Candy Crush and didn't even mind spending a few bucks now and then.
Another don’t waste your boosters level. The problem is producing enough licorice to fill the order. I got double CB and it cleared what was there, but couldn’t produce enough. The check mark only gave me 2 licorices. At least we don’t have to blow up Spawners... Waiting for the lucky board!

I've using all the "tick" boosters, still I can't pass this level. It is made impossible here as there are only 20 moves! Is it a cheating game for money?

The reason why we keep getting these impossible levels is because there are too many people paying to just move on to the next boring level.
A new gama was launched. I suppose they want us to quit this one.

Only 23 moves was the complaint! Only 16 now. I tried using check mark which dropped and immediately turned into a popcorn so wont be doing that again. Also misread it at first as i couldn't understand why i cleared all the jellies and didnt win nut even then the liquorice is hard to get. I need a lucky board badly now.
I read the comments, then added a checkmark and all the boosters to first level witches hat. Got lucky and passed first go. Definitely needed the checkmark.

Started with a color bomb + wrapped, which got all my popcorns. Then just had to clear licorice.. I noticed that special combos prohibited licorice dropping, so I worked under dispensers with simple matches.

After I read all the above comments and playing this level with 15 moves only, I had to try the only possible way in order to pass it.
Full dash board and then I reset up to when I had the CC near a wrapped candy, after the big explosion I had only 2 popcorn left which where cleared soon after by the so called "lucky board". Now I was left with just 10 licorice to be cleared.
Then the "lucky board" kicked in again and King let me have 2 CC together which made the rest of the job.
This level MUST have at least the "hard level" warning.

I only have 15 moves. One time I only needed three more licorice and they were on the board but I ran out of moves. I have never spent any money on games and don’t plan to start now. I guess I will be here until they let me win.
Shelby Milford had the right idea. Don't use combos to create licorice. Using that strategy and the 3 boosters, I got it next go.
Everytime I play this I feel so enraged by it. Better stop before I rage quit and end up destroying my device.
I cleared the popcorns and was able to make a double CB switch to take out the licorice. The bottom filled with candy and every time I clear candy more fall in. There are no licorice dropping.
I've played a lower level many times with the hope of earning Boosters but none are forthcoming.
Feeling hopeless of ever getting past this level.

In all of these harder levels, it takes playing over and over, sometimes using boosters. Today, I used boosters, got nowhere, then all of a sudden, no boosters used, the game won itself. Stick-to-itness is what it takes, frustrating as that is. You’ll get that lucky board with patience and perseverance.

After reading all the comments I may as well just give it up. This game is boring now as you are stuck on the same level doing the same thing for months. It used to be 23 moves and everyone said impossible, then 16 then 15 well now it is 13 and I can't even come close. Then you get the pop up that says if you buy these boosters you will win...I am not paying to play this game period.
