Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3816 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
You have to collect the four ingredients to complete level 3816.
Before the ingredients can be collected they will have to be unlocked from the locked licorice. Stripe/wrap combos will unlock the ingredients and also the colourbomb in the middle.
Using combos to hit the fishing floats will also give you lots of fish, these fish will help unlock the ingredients and blockers.
It helps to understand how the fish usually work. The will usually target locked candies and blockers first, then the blockers under the ingredients. Eventually when there are no locked candies, blockers or waffles left the fish will target the square directly below the ingredients, whether this is a blocker or a candy.
So you can see that the fish are really the secret behind this level.

Just saw a news article on my tablet this afternoon regarding a new King game to be launched October 11, 2018 called "Candy Crush Friends Saga". Has anyone else heard about this new game?

I keep loosing my helmet too when I reset. Totally different game this way.
I stopped getting the helmet or space dash last week.
No helmets on my laptop, but I'm still getting them on my phone. But you can't use the old trick of X-ing out of a losing game in order to save your helmets. Seriously King, some of these levels are almost impossible with the helmets, the thought of having to swipe down to 606 every single time I lose is just annoying.
Absolutely furious they took away the ability to close out of a game and retain the Space Dash! These levels are impossible enough even WITH a fully loaded SD now they want us to spend another 20 minutes reloading it every time a level fails? God. King is THE WORST.
I don't even have the option to get Space Dash anymore, so at least being able to rebuild it is better than my situation...

Level 3816 is impossible with only 16 moves . Think it is time to quit loosing interest.
@DeeDee Vanoy. You don’t have to go back to 606, but go to 3246 to get full helmet.
I also loos my helmet when resetting the game.
Piggy bank full, you recieve 30 goldbars only instead of 60 for the same price. Come on King that is too expensive!!!
Has anyone found a fast way to get back to a lower level like 606?
Now King is really messing with us. I work to get my full helmet and now when I shut down and restart I’ve lost part of my earned reward- getting really tired of this! Any suggestions for this level besides the complaining;)
Yes i got it on my android mobile and fire tablet... its a combo of candy crush and Candy Crush Soda. Its ok something different to play

I don't know who is the silliest, me or the game designer. This level has no rime or reason. Just played as I have for the last day or so, no different, just lucky board and success. Must have been my turn.

Level 3817 Impossible in 16 moves. Just stare at the field en hope for luck. No fun anymore to play CC anymore.
This level is bugging me and the no helmet is driving me nuts! King is driving me bonkers with their cheapness too! Ugh! Come on king you are taking the fun out of the game!

Just another ridiculous, nearly impossible level. Too few moves and usually only one move to make. No skill required. You have to wait and hope for that one lucky board to arrive, sooner rather than later. Boring!
Stupid level again! Totally impossible with so few moves. Perhaps King is more interested in designing new games instead of making their original ‘money maker’ fun to play. Perhaps they’re as fed up with CC as well as it’s players.
As many have said previously, this used to be a fun game. But recently many of the levels are extremely frustrating and there is NO fun anymore. King, if this is the best your developers can do you are encouraging your loyal supporters to leave and the time has come to give your developers early retirement as CC has become a boring and stupid game. So sorry to see the direction you have taken. GOODBYE.

its kind of funny how those that use to get and keep the helmet, etc. were those that never got them to stop whining about it, and now those same unsympathetic ones are whining about not being able to back out and keep theirs. just saying lol
and if I could only type! those that had the boosters told those that didnt to stop whining and now they are the ones whining about losing theirs even when backing out or closing game anyway, just a little fun to keep the game from making us lose our minds

Twice I was so close with only 1 block below the last nut(no boosters). Short of 1 fish but no move left.

no more lucky board for me after i made comments. i ended up using 4 boosters to move on. stuck on 3818 now. even more ridiculous.
I was stuck on this level... Then started with a 2 color bomb COMBO. Then striped Wrapped combo near the fish bobbers. BAM!
Absolutely impossible, also went back to 3246 as someone mentioned to get boosters completed it 5 times but no boosters more wasted time, King you stink I am not even going to look at your new game you are just too greedy now, and your getting no more money from me EVER.

This level is horrible! Tired of it! Help
Here is another one of those levels where the game dictates your moves. I read in this site before that when the candy flashes not to take that move unless it was the only move available. That seems the case here. Also, really dropping the moves down to 16 from 20 makes this even more difficult then it already is. Lastly, I really hate when the game shuts down after the last move instead of having a follow thru with the last move. It cuts off what might have been the move that clears the board.
Another absolutely ridiculous level. Do you even want players to pass so they can move on after passing 3815 levels...really...get a grip of your self

All kingsize games are shit, Thats why i deleate all the games. Candy crush is the only one, mabey i have to deleat this one as Well. All the time less moves, boring and annoying.

Please help, Once again I have 25% fewer moves than advertised and can’t make any headway at all. I’m really super stuck and would really appreciate if you could send a super lucky board as soon as you can, please. Thanks for assistance and perhaps CC could investigate why this problem of suginificantly fewer moves than promised keeps happening? If there’s something I could do, at my end, to avoid this problem I’m happy to do it. Thanks for your speedy assistance.

What the heck is this level? All blockers, hardly any candy...barely any moves, makes no sense, you say fish the secret, well the way you say fish work you would need to hot the floats way more times than we have moves..you suck

I tried to get thru this one using all the advice I read. However, I am no closer to getting to the next level than when I started this one. Wow. I got to say without boosters, I don't see how I am going to move on. I am needing a lucky board asap. I hope I can get one soon.
