Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3834 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 3834 is a dual task level, you have to collect the ingredients and clear all the jelly to complete the level.
First clear the chocolate and at the same time look for wrapped candies to use to grow the popcorns in the middle of the board. If you can't get some of the popcorns grown fairly quickly you will struggle to get anything done at all.
Forget about the candies in the bottom of the board until you have some of the popcorns out of the way and candies dropping through.
Don't worry about the ingredients too much, they will be collected as you clear the jelly, but they have to get past the popcorns.
Once you get a colourbomb use it to set off the stripes at each side of the board, these will hit the popcorns and help to get them growing, just keep doing this until you have grown all the popcorns, then you can see what there is left to do to complete the level.
This can be a very hard level if you don't get a good start, but if you have the helmet or spacedash boosters to start with you should do it much easier.

The moves have been reduced to 24 and now they've added 18 chocolate in the bottom so as soon as you get a candy on the bottom the chocolate takes it. I don't think this level is doable without the space dash to give you a good start.
I started out with the helmut's chocolate ball, wrap and stripe. Used the fish and chocolate ball booster also. Once the to chocolate sprinkles were together, I swapped them. That opened up the board and gave me two more sprinkles side by side (very lucky). Also, I had 21 moves, not 24. Ended up with 5 stars and 8 moves left.
Got it by adding a CB and wrap/stripe booster, used CB to wrap for a good start
Used 2 cb combo to clear majority jelly
Watching Cookie's video is interesting...but not the exact same level I'm struggling with, at all. In MY level they have reduced the moves to 21 AND added 18 extra chocolate squares at the bottom.
Pretty big blow to lose the Space Dash AND have the game continue to be as ridiculously hard as it's become. Sorry, haven't discovered any tips yet to share, just posting for luck...

I don't get the helmet game to play to collect boosters so it is another level to move around the candy's till I am allowed to pass this level or wait till I collected enough boosters with the daily game.

I have played this game for many years and come across some really hard levels ....but this one is sooo boring and impossible without buying boosts ..which I will not do !! Think you've finally pushed me to leaving ..no pleasure playing anymore..
