Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3882 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
The first job you need to do is collect the keys that drop from the top of the board, whatever you do don't try to clear the jellies down each side with a colourbomb. As soon as the keys are all collected a stripe will drop down each side and it will match up with the candies in the candy cane section and clear the jellies down each side. If you clear any of these jellies by accident it is still possible to pass the level but it is less easy.
The sides are really all you need to think about, the rest of the level is just a basic jelly level that can be cleared using any combos you can make.

pleasantly surprised that this was easier than I anticipated, unless I just had a lucky board! It was fun for a change as of lately too many levels have been a difficult and frustrating and therefore not as much fun as most of us prefer. Thanks for this level! Good luck!
Same with me. This level - like e.g. the one before, too - doesn't need boosters or incredible luck, but just concentration, a strategy and some attempts. I was very near to quit CC due to frustration about levels changed to impossible after release and now I am really happy again about challenging and nice levels like this one.
Ps: The strategy is mainly as Mrs Cookie describes it. Clear the keys and don't touch the sides until all keys are hit. I even did not read the advices beforehand, but had the same experience.

Indeed, I realize I could have utilized Fiddler or Charles or Chrome's Developer Tools to do likewise.

I found it easier to ignore the keys completely, then cleared the board with stripes, wraps, combinations. Didn't use boosters and then only took me 3 more attempts once I started to ignore the keys.
