Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3911 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
You have to collect the 4 ingredients to complete level 3911 Candy Crush Saga, The ingredients are all locked in along the bottom of the board and need to be unlocked by hitting them with stripes. You can also unlock the ingredients using the frog but don't place the frog on the stripe between the spawners as it will stop more stripes from dropping and they are useful for clearing the spawners.
The spawners have to be cleared for the ingredients to drop down onto the conveyor and you can use any combo to help clear them, including the frog when it is grown. Once the ingredients are on the conveyor they have to drop through the portals onto the main part of the board and then down to the exits. Once you get the ingredients onto the bottom conveyor wait until they are above a portal and make a move in the top part of the board to get them through, a stripe/wrap combo at the right time or even a well placed stripe will get them off the board in one move.

I have no idea how I passed this level! One of the ribboned candies turned into the cone booster and the board exploded. Suddenly all the cherries were in the top half along with a colorbomb stripe!
If I could get a lucky board like cookie I might be able to pass this one. Posting for lucky board
Like Donna above, CB'S kept forming so I kept using them to activate the center stripe, next thing you know spawners exploded and fruits were up top, crazy or perhaps the elusive "lucky board"
I do not get ribboned candies but I had a frog. The frog and boosters are what I needed.
I had the space dash and used a coconut wheel.
I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong! I’ve used numerous boosters in various combinations, and can’t come anywhere close. Ive played too many times to count, and I’ve only managed ONE TIME to get ONE ingredient to drop down on a last move. I can’t seem to grow the frog and I sure can’t blast these spawners. I’m a decent player to have gotten this far and have no idea what to do with this impossible level. I’m at my wit’s end and am closer than ever before to saying to hell with it and quitting this time-consuming game! I don’t have a lucky streak in my bones, but if I ever needed one, now’s the time.

No where near enough moves, spawners keep covering up the center spot after one move, frog not much help because it takes so long to grow it.
Even had one round that I got 4 color bombs - grew the frog 4 times and still couldn’t get rid of the last 2 spawners. If it takes a board luckier than that one I will be here a very long time.

The key to clearing this level is the dispenser at the bottom centre which give you strip to hit the spwaner. I use the wheel do keep hit the bottom centre.
If the frog happen to grow place it near the bottom centre as cookie mentioned.
I clear this level on the last move with strip and wrap.

Just wanted to note that on my PC the frog would not "eat" candies past the first few and therefore never grew. On my iPad the frog grew as normal and I could hit the middle spawns and striped candy at the bottom repeatedly until all the cherries fell on the belt. After just a few tries I was successful.
Without the frog, I think it would be virtually impossible to beat the level.
I am glad i am not the only one who hasn't got a clue what they are doing though by making as many combos as i can i did manage to get 2 ingredients on the main board. The frog won't hit the spawners so never sure where to place it for effect

I too am having trouble with this level. The frog sometimes stops growing and remains useless for the rest of the round. Ugh
Agree with Carol. Guess you can only pass if KING decides to give you a lucky board. 😕

I finished with 13 moves remaining on my 3rd attempt without using boosters. Maybe it was a lucky board. I kept growing the frog then setting it off on the conveyor under the stripe. The spawners were destroyed and the remaining fruit went off the board without dropping on the conveyor.

Donna, the gold bow as CC calls it gives you the pinata if you match it quickly enough. The silver bows give you purple wraps if you match them anf the bronze bows give you green stripes. Match enough silver bows quickly enough and the gold bow will usually appear.
Use the frog to keep the striped candy at the bottom clear so you can hit it and take out the spawners.
I hit the spawner but nothing happens. Once I had bomb n stripe combo with stripes going everywhere and zilch. Didn’t even dent the spawners. Need lucky board. Posting for luck.

It's funny to see how Cookie had a very very Lucky board. On the last move she has no ingredient ready to be collected but... (MIRACLE!!!) She was able to collect them all on the last move. So, It's easy: just wait for this Lucky board

I didn’t have a clue how to win this level. But after reading a few posts I used the wheel and placed the frog under the middle blocker. That worked like a charm. Won with moves to spare.

Even after watching the video, I don’t understand this level. Where do the 5 move bombs come from? Then you have to fight those on top of the spawners and the licorice!! Help!! Posting for that lucky board!!

I was having a lot of trouble with this level and so read the comments listed above. The suggestion that appeared several times was to keep attacking the center stripe on the bottom. I concentrated on this and was able to pass immediately.
Thankful this website and the helpful comments. I used the wheel as suggested and aimed it at the bottom stripe. Also grew the frog and placed him under the bottom stripe to continue to hit the spanners and release the ingredients. Several attempts with just one ingredient left on the board, but finally was successful and finished with 6 moves left.

Don't understand what I am supposed to do to pass so just keep trying different things. Frog grows but not sure where to put it. CC please help me. I need a lucky board please!
